In this 30 Min BODYWEIGHT + DUMBBELL HIIT Workout we will have 2x Block of 18x movements, 9x Exercises With the Dumbbells and 9x Bodyweight exercises. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 and 20 seconds rest in between. After the first block there will be a 50 seconds water-break. The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x 5kg 2x 10kg The Gear that I am using: https://www.amazon.com/shop/danielptfitness You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.
