El objetivo de este modulo es ser utilizado como un cargador de baterías (por ello el control de corriente CC y de carga CH). Analizaremos el circuito de la fuente, hablaremos de la teoría de funcionamiento. Luego procedemos a ensayar o testear el modulo en el laboratorio con la carga electrónica y el osciloscopio. En nuestro resultado hemos analizado que el control de corte de corriente CC de la fuente, no posee un control lineal o suave sobre la misma, es decir, el control de corriente actúa directamente sobre el control de feedback de la fuente de manera binaria, ON/OFF según la salida del amplificador operacional como comparador LM358 lo decida mientras realiza el sensado de corriente de shunt. Este cambio de estado en el feedback obliga a la fuente LM2596 el control inmediato del ciclo de trabajo, siendo tan pronunciado el cambio de estado, la fuente no logra modificar el limite de ciclo de trabajo entrando en una protección. Como resultado este control de CC genera muchas perturbaciones en la salida que aumentan el nivel de ruido ripple de la fuente. Este incremento de ripple no es importante si solo usamos el modulo como cargador, pero si lo usamos como fuente para alimentar un proyecto podría ser peligroso. RESUME: In this video we will show the DC DC LM2596 Step Down source module with DC current control, CV voltage control and CH load current control. The purpose of this module is to be used as a battery charger (hence the control of DC current and CH charging). We will analyze the source circuit, we will talk about the theory of operation. Then we proceed to test or test the module in the laboratory with the electronic load and the oscilloscope. In our result we have analyzed that the source DC current cut control does not have a linear or smooth control over it, that is, the current control acts directly on the source feedback control in a binary way, ON / OFF according to the output of the operational amplifier as LM358 comparator decides it while performing the shunt current sensing. This change of status in the feedback forces the LM2596 source to immediately control the duty cycle, the change in status being so pronounced, the source cannot modify the duty cycle limit by entering a protection. As a result this DC control generates many disturbances in the output that increase the ripple noise level of the source. This increase in ripple is not important if we only use the module as a charger, but if we use it as a source to power a project it could be dangerous.
