チャンネル登録ありがとうございます！毎週月曜・木曜にハウスダンス初心者向けレクチャー動画を配信中！ ハウスダンスステップの詳細・名称一覧はこちら→https://housedance-mania.com/all-about-house-dance/ 【HOUSEDANCE】 ハウスダンス 誰でも出来るターンのやり方 STEP1:右足を前にクロス STEP2:右カカト、左ツマ先で左方向へ回る STEP3:後方で右のツマ先、左のカカトを着地 STEP4:左カカト、右ツマ先で左方向へ回る STEP5:前方で左のツマ先、右のカカトを着地 注意点 ・足元を見ない ・猫背にならない ・腰を反らない ・力づくで回さない ・両ツマ先にならない ・両カカトにならない ハウスダンサーでも ターンが結構苦手な人は多いはず。 だって僕も苦手だったから。 別にターンが出来なくても ハウスダンスは楽しいし ショーを盛り上げる事も可能だけど、 ターンが出来た方がもっと楽しいし 踊りの幅も出ます。 という事で今回はターンの説明。 このやり方は数多くのターンの中で 最も回りやすいスタイルです。 なぜなら両足を床に付けたままなので バランスを崩す事が無いから。 ただこのやり方は数多くのターンの中で 最も回転数が少なく一回転しか回れません。 なぜなら両足を床に付けたままなので 一回転で足が巻き付いてロックするから。 なので、今回のターン練習の目的は高回転数回るのではなく ・ターンの感覚を掴む ・ターンの苦手意識を克服する ・回転時の軸を意識する となります。 このターンで回る感覚に慣れて 苦手意識を克服出来たら 逆方向や片足、連続やジャンプなど 様々なターンに挑戦してみましょう！ 今回紹介しているターンのやり方は 先程説明したように ジャズダンスやバレエの様な一本足で バランスを取りながら回るのではなく、 両足を床につけっぱなしで回るので ダンス初心者やターン苦手勢でも フラつかず落ち着いて練習する事が 可能です。 ただ、左右の足のどの部分を 床に付けて回るのかが最初は慣れずに モヤモヤするでしょう。 頭では理解していても 両足ともツマ先になったり 両足ともカカトになったり。 両方ともツマ先になる人は前傾姿勢かも。 そんな場合は身体を起こして回りましょう。 逆に両足ともカカトになる人は 腰が反っているかもしれません。 お腹に力を入れてお腹が出ないように 意識してみましょう。 大切なのは 『力で回すのではなく軸で回す』 という事。 つい力ずくで回したくなるんだけどね。 コマに例えると、 軸の歪んだコマを力いっぱい回しても 綺麗に回る事は出来ません。 逆に、軸が綺麗に立っているコマならば 力を入れなくてもスムーズに長時間 回り続けてくれます。 それと同じ道理です。 今までターンに苦手意識があった人も 是非このやり方で克服しましょう！ ただ、あまり頑張って練習し過ぎると 目が回るのでノンビリと焦らず 練習していきましょうね。 ハウスダンスのステップは動きが細かく速いため、最初は戸惑うかもしれません。 そういう時は動きを立体的に理解し、ゆっくりでも良いので正確に動くことを意識しながら練習を繰り返しましょう。 それがハウスダンスのステップをマスターするコツの１つです。 その為にも、この動画では初心者でもステップのイメージが理解出来るように様々な角度から撮影しました。 この動画を見てくださった皆さんが、心からハウスダンスを楽しんでくれることを願っています。 世界一解り易いハウスダンス【HOW TO HOUSE DANCE】シリーズ。 都内中心に毎週450名以上の参加者にレクチャーしている現役インストラクター、万里によるハウスダンス動画。 基礎から応用まで、様々な種類のステップを名前と共に初心者にもわかりやすい動画で紹介していきます。
