🇬🇧 Here I am with a new ab workout: a medium level! This one is an easier version of my 12 MIN SIXPACK WORKOUT. If you are not a beginner, but struggled with my sixpack workout, this one will be perfect for you. I also encourage all beginners to give it a try. You can take breaks if you need to, of course. But even on an advanced level, I enjoy this to get all warmed up for my ab day or as a finisher in the end! ♥︎ ▪️ MY TIPS: • Try not to take any breaks in between, but if you need to, just take them. • For ultimate results, squeeze your abs during the whole workout. If your neck hurts while doing the exercises, try to squeeze your abs a little bit more. • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly. 🇹🇷 Yeni bir karın antrenmanıya geldim: orta seviye!
