Very suitable for men who are looking for a super intense set to burn out the trunk! ► DURATION: 30 minutes ► EQUIPMENT: no equipment ► DIFFICULTY: advanced ► INTENSITY: high This routine has taken a handful of some of the hardest cardio core movements, coupled with super-challenging core-burning exercises. This allows us to not only effectively burn a high number of calories in a short amount of time, but to also strengthen and tone muscles throughout the body and get an extra focus on the abs, obliques, and lower back. Besides, you will definitely need coordination for some of the exercises! The structure of this no repeat routine: 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. If this is too much for you, make sure you take breaks (feel free to modify in any way), but don't forget that the more effort you put into your abs burn, the sooner you will see the dream six pack!
