Alright so now that I’m home and I’m finally able to record in a nice gym, I thought I’d share with you guys all of my workout routines, starting with this back and bicep session that I hit today. My first exercise was a hammer strength bilateral low row to work the traps and rhomboids. Honestly, it was a little difficult to get into the contracted position, so next week I’ll probably try doing this unilaterally instead. After that I did some iliac pulldowns, I know you guys have seen this a hundred times, nothing really too special here, and then I finished off my back with some overhead pulldowns for a little bit more teres and lats. Moving on to rear delts, all I did for these was a couple sets of cable rear delt flys as my rear delts are already a strong point, and the low row did already provide them a little stimulus. Then over to biceps, keeping it nice and simple, some preacher curls for the shortened position, and some regular old dumbbell curls for the mid range.
