Ready? Let’s begin! 20 minutes of high intensity work followed by 20 minutes of steady state cardio to really work entire body and burn a lot of energy! Every exercise is different so we can have a lot of fun not knowing what is coming! All you will need for this HIIT and low intensity cardio session is a mat and a bottle of water handy! The timer will be on for the HIIT 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest! The total time is 20 minutes!
