The cream turns out to be incredibly tasty, it tastes like ice cream, very tender and airy. For custard, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, starch. Add milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Allow to cool to room temperature. 5. For the next step, it is very important that the butter and custard are at the same room temperature. Whisk butter for 2-3 minutes. Add custard in small portions, whisking constantly. 6. Cut the finished biscuit into 3 equal parts, soak with milk. Lubricate with cream. It is convenient to collect the cake in the same form in which it was baked. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up. 7. For glaze, melt the butter, remove from heat. Add chocolate pieces to warm butter. Cover the cake with chocolate icing.
