In this 30 Min HYPER Dumbbell + Bodyweight HIIT workout | No Repeat we will have a 2x block of 20 movements. A Combination of Single dumbbell, Double Dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds long and there will be 15 seconds rest between the movements and a 20 second rest after each 4x exercises.
