#eggplant#икраовощная#баклажан Вкусную овощную икру из баклажан,помидор и перца я готовлю, не обжаривая овощи, а запекаю и выпариваю в микроволновке, 10-15 минут при мощности 800 в зависимости размера овощей и вкусная икра готова. Моем овощи,у меня один круглый баклажан, три перца и три помидора .У Вас может быть Другой набор овощей. Складываю овощи в посуду для приготовления в микроволновой печи. Ставлю овощи на 15 минут.В них много воды,но чтобы овощи быстрее начали готовиться я добавляю немного воды. В процессе приготовления овощи будут отдавать воду. Воду мы потом сольем. Овощи готовы, они очень горячие .Лучше всего оставить овощи при закрытой крышке Очень быстрый вариант для тех кто спокойно относится к шкурке помидор и баклажан их можно не очищать,блендер не оставит и следа от шкурки. Перец я рекомендую очистить, как правила летний перец имеет более жесткую шкурку. Ну а я сегодня решила показать,на всякий случай,как легко чистятся овощи. Лишнюю воду сливаем. Все овощи пробиваем блэндером, добавляем специи и приправы ,у каждого будут свои любимые наборы.Обязательно не забудьте добавить соль,сахар и кислинку это может быть укус ,лимон. Чеснок и лук на любителя. Сегодня я добавила чеснок,сладкую паприку,укроп. Ставим в микроволновку еще на 10 минут,чтобы лишняя вода выпарилась.Икра овощная готова. Приятного аппетита.
