You must build the farm at least 6 chunks away from land

Go upto Y=216 using sand or scaffolding

Now place down glass as shown and on the opposite corner place a dispenser

Place down solid blocks in the middle

Now make a 4 block high wall around the platform

On the opposite side of the dispenser make the wall 2 blocks higher

Place a trapdoor facing that way and a torch to stop spawning
