This workout targets your core, especially your lower ab muscles. You can make your belly look flatter, burn stubborn belly fat and make your ab lines visible. If 8 mins seem too short for you, just go into the 2nd round and repeat the video once again. :) ▪️ Intensity: Medium ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
