It was later ported to OS X in 2008 and PlayStation 3 in 2011. The eighth entry in the Tomb Raider series, Anniversary is a remake of the first Tomb Raider game released in 1996. Taking place in the continuity of 2006's Tomb Raider: Legend, Anniversary follows series protagonist Lara Croft's quest for the Scion of Atlantis, prior to the events of that game. Gameplay features Lara navigating linear levels, fighting enemies and solving puzzles to progress.
