下载 "are bb guns good for home defense?"

I make a lot of videos on pellet pistols and bb guns and the question I get asked the most is, do I think a BB gun is a good home defense weapon. My short answer is no, I prefer a firearm. perhaps the least powerful firearm you can get is the little 22 caliber pistol. I did a video on my Taurus 22 pistol, also on my HiPoint 9mm carbine which is my favorite low cost home defense weapon. However, if for some reason you do not want a firearm or you are not allowed to own one the Daisy 426 and other similar air pistols can be helpful in some home defense situations. The BBs from the Daisy 426, when shot with a fresh cylinder of CO2, would be very painful when felt at close range. Combined with lasers I doubt most people who were unarmed would advance very far or stay very long. If a person was high on drugs or adrenaline they would not be stopped as much though which is why I prefer a firearm for home self-defense.
