Woodturning - Can Pine Be Beautiful (Green Turned Pine) In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a freshly cut scott's pine log into a natural edge vessel when woodturning a piece like i find it important to nibble away at it until I see what shape the wood wants to be, this is what is so enjoyable about woodturning. big log to bowl (little bowl) but i find removing the wood in layers allows me to find the best possible shape.
