Place the adaptor and accessory of your choice into the work bowl. Then add your ingredients and secure the lid to the work bowl. Slide the speed control to your desired setting and press down on the Pulse/On button to begin chopping or pureeing your ingredients. Use the drizzle basin to add oil while ingredients are processing. Use the whisk accessory to whip and emulsify. When you've reached your desired consistency, slide the speed control back to the off position. Twist to remove the work bowl from the base and remove your ingredients.
