In this session we do different exercises with focus on shoulders, triceps, abductors and core together. You need some weigths like dumbbells or bottels of water. We start with easy KIBO Punches and Kicks to come in. After the warm up we go on with the interval workout. Each exercise lasts 60 sec / 30 sec break. An so we spend the time together after we finished 20 different exercises. Let's have fun :-) It's a free course class. But you can support us via PayPal with a donate.
