Is it possible to develop abilities such as accessing the Akashic records, reading minds or knowing what happened in someone’s past? A questioner wanting to know more about these siddhis, as they are known in Sanskrit, asks Rupert to comment. Rupert says it’s perfectly possible. If your finite mind, were to expand beyond its current limitations, it may develop the ability to read someone else’s mind. Why? Because both finite minds are ultimately appearing in the same field — they share a medium. So, the content of one finite mind is accessible to all other finite minds if they had the capacity to access it. So, some minds that have a particular sensitivity may have unusual access to the Akashic records, reading another’s mind, or even stored memories. But hese expanded capacities of the mind have got absolutely nothing to do with the recognition of one's true nature. You could develop these unusual capacities and be completely unaware of your true nature.
