I Am A Woman - By Kat Burns I am a woman give me the courage to roar to leap forward into this uncertain world and seek opportunity when it doesn't seek me to open all the doors left ajar I am a woman. Let me speak my mind, my thoughts, my words. Let them sing to you Let them resonate Let them be reflected upon. I am a woman there will be hurdles and mountains but I'll jump and I'll climb I will scrape my fingers to the bone to reach the summit I may not be smiling but I'll be thriving My heart will be open and beating and I will have done it. Triumphed. Prevailed. When the ship had all but sailed.
