Boring in the early twentieth century. In 2014, Cary Tamarkin of Tamarkin Co. bought this building and converted it into a luxurious residential building. The six bedrooms of this penthouse are located on the seventh floor with a total of 5,719 square-foot of indoor space. Each room is well flooded with sunlight in every direction, but the biggest and most luxurious is the corner primary bedroom with two massive walk-in closets. The bathroom of the master suite features luxurious finishings like Calacatta Gold marble slabs and several state of the art amenities. The main kitchen is also located on the seventh floor and it features solid oak white cabinets, marble countertops, and backsplashes. The kitchen has an integrated sub-zero refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, Wolf microwave drawer, warming drawer, and pot filler among many other items. The eighth floor, accessible via an internal staircase or an elevator, is reserved for an unrestricted view of the city down below. Wrapped around this floor is the 1,520 square-foot roof terrace accessible via the living room, dining room, and library. The two floors boast an impressive 8,400 square-foot of indoor space and 3,145 square-foot of outdoor space.
