The recording was made in Matrix Recording Studio by Dimitris Misirlis who achieved an exceptional capture of all the frequencies and quality of these unique instruments. I suggest you sit or lay down comfortably, and turn your phone in flight mode (wifi is probably needed to be on for the youtube video), in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Use headphones for best results. Close your eyes, take some deep breaths from your nose, and exhale from your mouth. Let your body relax with the therapeutic sounds of the singing bowls. Without any judgment, observe your thoughts as clouds that slowly pass, like the sounds that come and go, one after the other. You can also use it during yoga practice, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, drawing, writing, or any kind of self-care time with yourself.
