Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time. Vous ne verrez pas d’abdos, un plus gros fessier ou de plus gros biceps en faisant seulement 1 ou 2 vidéos, en 1,2,3 ou 4 semaine car tout le monde est différent. J’ai expliqué plusieurs fois dans certaines de mes vidéos, sur ma chaîne que voir des résultats peut prendre du temps et qu’il y a beaucoup de facteurs à prendre en compte, donc n’utilisez pas les titres de mes vidéos hors contexte. Cibler la perte de poids n’est pas prouvée scientifiquement. Tout le monde est différent et ça prend du tout. Lorsque vous décidez de faire mes entraînements à la maison, faites bien attention de vous entraîner dans un endroit adapté à cet effet, je vous suggère de consulter un professionnel de santé ou un coach sportif pour des conseils plus approfondis sur vos besoins alimentaires et votre posture lors d’entraînements.
