Shaking my ass since 1988. I called this 'The Worst Twerk Tutorial Ever' because I never think it's good enough. A stupid habit I have is to put myself down and never think I can reach what other people can. It took me a while to decide that I should share this, because I think some people can relate. It took me 30 years to stop caring about the people who don't like me and the things I do. I'm sorry, I just can't please everyone... Hopefully I can inspire you to do the same and do whatever makes you happy. My students asked me to film my technique explanation and it took me a while to get the confidence, but now I am finally at the point where I think 'f*ck it!' and just do it. So here it is! My way of teaching you how to twerk. It also shows some of my personality; never satisfied, always thinking of how I could do better and what I could do more, but also very happy. This tutorial is for beginners, I explain the twerk basics like the 'pop' and 'drop' and some variations. If you are more experienced or a teacher it's also nice to watch, because we can always learn from each other.
