Dead Head Fred is a horror-comedy, action-adventure video game. Developed by Vicious Cycle Software and published by D3 Publisher in 2007. Dead Head Fred has an interesting premise that is a combination between 1940's noir and horror. The game's protagonist is a truly fascinating character, named Fred Neuman. A private investigator who has literally lost his head. Now resurrected with the ability to switch heads, he resumes his quest to take down the local mob boss and his goons. NoirStation Rating: - 5 Out Of 5 - I have not played anything this exciting in a long time. The setting, characters, dialogues and music it’s all so amazing and immersive. All with a very rich world to explore, even after the main quest is done. There is so much to do and see. Replay value for this game is definitely not an issue. The only real criticism I can give, would be directed to platforming and some parts of the combat. In short, they are disappointing compared to the rest of the game. If you are looking for a great noir game or a new hidden gem for your game collection. I can undoubtedly recommend this to you.
