Drawing on his many years of industry experience, Ehsan will walk our audience through his career as a creature artist and how his extensive traditional art background in figurative drawing, clay sculpting, and oil painting continues to influence his concept design. Attendees will hear insights about teamwork, the importance of taking care of your mental and physical health, and how to be professional in a highly collaborative industry. During his career, Ehsan has worked on over 22 films and 11 TV shows including It Chapter Two, The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power and the upcoming Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. He has also released the Gnomon Workshop title "Professional Character Design for Film," which details the making of Dîv, a demon character with supernatural strength and power. This event is a great opportunity for artists interested in leveraging their 2D skills into a mastery of current CG tools and those curious about the professional, creative pipeline for character design in entertainment.
