00:00:05
seeing your brother pass away like that
00:00:10
from from street violence did you feel
00:00:13
like I got to get away from all this or
00:00:16
did you make it you kind of feel like
00:00:18
you needed to go harder no I really a
00:00:20
lot to you time you made me feel like
00:00:23
nobody care about my brother how how he
00:00:25
felt about him so it is what it is okay
00:00:29
so then you start getting mixed up in
00:00:32
the streets yourself yeah I was already
00:00:34
confident in the streets but that yeah I
00:00:36
kind of put kind of put me here first
00:00:38
you talked about I think it was a genius
00:00:42
interview that you'd been shot at a
00:00:44
bunch of times yeah like how old were
00:00:48
you when you first got shot at
00:00:51
probably about
00:00:56
15:15 yeah okay when you first got shot
00:01:02
at how did that affect you yeah I mean
00:01:07
for me I always been a thinker so like I
00:01:11
always knew it will come with it okay
00:01:18
well getting shot at is one thing but
00:01:20
then at one point you actually got shot
00:01:21
I think in the hand yeah
00:01:23
can you talk about that situation though
00:01:25
no okay but from what you said in an
00:01:30
interview that you actually put your
00:01:32
hand up to your face yeah I knew that
00:01:34
shot in the hand so if your hand wasn't
00:01:36
there you would have gotten shot in the
00:01:37
face yeah most people would just say I
00:01:43
I'm just gonna move like this is this is
00:01:46
getting too crazy cuz you were literally
00:01:50
an inch away from you know getting
00:01:53
killed potentially right mm-hm
00:01:56
so you had a near-death experience did
00:02:00
anything change after that just the way
00:02:03
I move move smarter so I wanna get put
00:02:06
in that situation again you fear me so
00:02:09
like I'm just moving right do you feel
00:02:14
like you got caught slipping that day
00:02:15
yes so he talked about he became
00:02:19
paranoid afterwards yeah it kind of made
00:02:22
me more more alert got pay attention to
00:02:25
everything yeah I mean I actually I
00:02:32
interviewed this guy shot guts and gore
00:02:34
he he had a situation in Detroit where
00:02:39
somebody shot him in a trap house and
00:02:44
then he just got so paranoid he started
00:02:47
carrying a gun everywhere and then he
00:02:49
had a situation where a drug deal
00:02:52
started to kind of go sideways and he
00:02:53
ended up pulling out and killing the
00:02:55
dude I think he ended up spending you
00:02:57
know eight twenty years in prison
00:02:58
over that end up writing a best-selling
00:03:01
book about about his situation which you
00:03:04
know and he was on Oprah's show and
00:03:05
everything else like that but you know
00:03:07
he talked about how after you got shot
00:03:09
he was really traumatized and how let's
00:03:13
just say a white kid in the suburbs gets
00:03:15
shot he gets a bunch of counseling and
00:03:19
he goes to see a therapist and they talk
00:03:21
about what he went through but most
00:03:23
black kids they get shot they patched
00:03:24
him up and they throw him right back in
00:03:26
the same neighborhood with the people
00:03:27
who shot him is that pretty much what
00:03:31
happened to you yeah I mean I didn't go
00:03:35
to the hospital when I got shot
00:03:36
so like that me I feel like [ __ ] me yeah
00:03:42
that's my choice like I know what I'm
00:03:44
doing the game you know goofy nothing like
00:03:47
that you know what I'm saying
00:03:49
why did she go to the hospital curse
00:03:52
stuff come on you come when you gotta go
00:03:53
to the hospital for stuff like that
00:03:55
alright cuz they got to report a
00:03:57
shooting yeah okay but how bad was the injury it
00:04:02
didn't the bullet didn't go through my
00:04:03
hand I didn't come out the back oh it
00:04:07
didn't come out the back no so you still
00:04:10
have a bullet in you no I got stuck you
00:04:11
got took out like certain people in the
00:04:14
hood you could trust you go to [ __ ]
00:04:16
wait wait wait I've never even heard
00:04:17
about this before okay so you're telling
00:04:19
me you went to like a hood doctor to
00:04:21
take the bullet out yeah my mom okaythis
00:04:27
she likes numb the whole area or
00:04:30
whatever or does she have to pull the
00:04:32
bullet out while you're still feeling
00:04:33
everything tough situation you know that
00:04:37
sounds crazy I have never heard about
00:04:38
this before because usually anything
00:04:40
like that there's a bunch of anesthesia
00:04:42
so you don't feel anything so you're
00:04:44
saying she someone took a bullet out of
00:04:46
your hand with no anesthesia yes sir how
00:04:51
old were you about 17 at that time 18 yo
00:04:57
I was 18 18 and they're pulling a bullet
00:05:01
out of your hand
00:05:02
I'm sure there's blood everywhere are
00:05:05
you screaming like during this whole
00:05:07
process honestly I'll relieved and
00:05:10
remember holiday honestly [ __ ] [ __ ]
00:05:15
up
00:05:18
okay uh so now now you get shot they
00:05:23
patch you up
00:05:24
and you're right back in the streets
00:05:26
again you talked about a game called gun
00:05:29
mayhem yeah what is that it's just like
00:05:32
I think it's like a computer game and
00:05:34
they call they call Glocks cuz you can't
00:05:37
you know it's a trademark you can't use
00:05:39
the name they call them glicks on there
00:05:42
okay and you you you have a thing for
00:05:44
clocks yeah what is it about the clock
00:05:48
that you like over other guns it's
00:05:49
reliable that's true that's true doesn't
00:05:55
Jam that much okay so at what point do
00:05:59
the rapping start last year black baby
00:06:03
was my second song so about a month
00:06:06
maybe two months before a black baby I
00:06:08
put out my first song
