Some clips of my old 1991 BMW 5 Series E34 M5. It was powered by a 3.5-litre 24-valve straight six that generated 310bhp and 266lb.ft. Power was transmitted to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. The car was a capable performer, despite its heavy kerb weight of approximately 1,670kg. The 0-60mph sprint was dispatched in 6.3 seconds while the top speed was electronically limited to 155mph. It was an excellent car to drive, comfortable, extremely reliable and even relatively good on fuel considering the performance on offer.
