Растительное масло для жарки Все ингредиенты должны быть комнатной температуры. 1 Творог для оладьев лучше брать мягкий или пастообразный, который легко разминается. Добавить яйца, сахара, соль, хорошо перемешать. 2 Влить тёплый кефир, перемешать. 3 Частями добавить просеянную муку, замешивая густое тесто. Не добавляйте слишком много муки, иначе оладьи получатся "забитыми", но и не слишком мало, чтобы оладьи не сильно растекались на сковороде. Добавить соду, хорошо перемешать. 4 Влить растительное масло (1 ст. л.) перемешать. Готовое тесто лучше оставить при комнатной температуре на 10 минут, чтобы прошла реакция соды и кефира. Готовое тесто ни в коем случае не перемешиваем, чтобы не разрушить воздушность. 5 Аккуратно выкладываем тесто ложкой на раскаленную сковороду с растительным маслом. Жарим до румяности. 6 Готовые оладьи выкладываем на бумажные полотенца, чтобы впитался лишний жир. 7 Творожные оладьи готовы! Подаем оладьи со сметаной, медом или джемом.
