00:00:04
very important because we work for you We are
00:00:06
the interlocutor today, a retired Israeli army officer,
00:00:08
military history Grigory
00:00:09
Tamara Grigory I greet you,
00:00:11
hello, good afternoon, Not taking
00:00:15
this opportunity, I would like to ask everyone
00:00:16
viewers listeners also subscribe to my
00:00:18
author's channel I will be very pleased
00:00:20
Thank you very much for sure Dear
00:00:22
viewers subscribe to Gregory's Youtube channel
00:00:24
Gregory I propose to
00:00:26
start our conversation today with the visit of
00:00:29
Vladimir Zelensky to Washington This is the
00:00:31
first foreign visit of the President of
00:00:32
Ukraine since the full-scale
00:00:34
invasion of Russia, the Ukrainian delegation
00:00:36
is aware of that that at this meeting with
00:00:38
Biden they will ask for Atakan missiles with a
00:00:41
range of about 300
00:00:42
kilometers, as well as reconnaissance
00:00:44
strike drones of the Russian Federation, this is reported by
00:00:48
the politician. Let's talk about this
00:00:50
help that Ukraine is asking for if we
00:00:54
receive it, as if in principle, in general,
00:00:55
we assessed the likelihood that Ukraine
00:00:57
will receive this help, what
00:00:59
advantage will it give us at the front?
00:01:04
Well, let's look a little more broadly at
00:01:08
this visit.
00:01:11
Firstly,
00:01:12
300 days have passed
00:01:16
since your president was offered a taxi
00:01:21
and he told me I don’t need a taxi, I need
00:01:24
weapons
00:01:25
and 300 days have passed since then the moment your
00:01:28
president did not escape like the hetman
00:01:32
from Kiev once did in 1818,
00:01:34
he remained with his people
00:01:38
along with his commander-in-chief
00:01:41
and the result is obvious for 300 days, your
00:01:45
state is not just
00:01:47
resisting, not just fighting, but
00:01:51
tearing the so-called second
00:01:53
army to shreds, inflicting an operational defeat on it
00:01:58
scale and
00:02:01
moves confidently on the path of complete
00:02:03
liberation, complete deoccupation of its
00:02:07
territories,
00:02:09
your president
00:02:11
receives the most influential political
00:02:15
person on the planet, residence of the United
00:02:17
States, someone likes it, that this is the
00:02:20
most influential political person on the
00:02:21
planet, someone doesn’t like it, but this is an
00:02:24
objective fact, it’s impossible to argue with him
00:02:28
first visit your president
00:02:31
outside the warring country, namely to America.
00:02:33
That is, to his main
00:02:36
geopolitical ally, firstly, the very
00:02:38
fact of the visit was technically possible
00:02:41
to carry out, this is a very complex,
00:02:45
complex action, a complex manipulation
00:02:48
should have ensured his
00:02:50
safety, and so on, if this is a
00:02:52
possibility, that in
00:02:55
itself means that says a lot,
00:02:58
so now, as for the
00:03:01
new weapons systems that will be
00:03:03
provided to our country, that they
00:03:05
will be provided, I have no one in this, the
00:03:06
number of
00:03:11
units of ammunition installations is another
00:03:14
matter, but in principle I think the issue
00:03:17
has been resolved, otherwise your president did not go. The point is
00:03:22
that this war is not only a war of
00:03:25
two state political
00:03:27
paradigms of democratic Ukraine and
00:03:30
totalitarian Russia, it is also a war of two
00:03:34
completely different military concepts of two
00:03:36
completely different principles of structure,
00:03:43
and if the Russian army remained
00:03:46
the paradigm of the Soviet one, that is, the paradigm of the
00:03:48
army of the Second World War
00:03:51
only with atomic weapons, then
00:03:53
your army which in the fourteenth
00:03:55
year was virtually absent in 8 years,
00:03:58
it was created from scratch and was built on the
00:04:03
principles of command and control and organization of
00:04:07
troops of the Western model, the most
00:04:10
advanced, the most
00:04:13
developed in the world from a military point of view,
00:04:15
while your military specialists
00:04:17
learned not only from NATO, they learned from
00:04:21
all those countries are not only the only
00:04:23
player on the world stage of military thought
00:04:26
that knew how to fight and could
00:04:28
provide them with technology. For example,
00:04:30
Israel is Israeli, but the fact that your
00:04:33
country studied in Israel Today no one
00:04:35
will deny. In 15, I myself
00:04:37
took part in the training of your
00:04:39
military Medics, and so
00:04:40
on Today we see that
00:04:44
two
00:04:46
completely different
00:04:48
military-technical thoughts collided
00:04:50
and the fact that you were provided with Weapons
00:04:53
Look how events developed at first
00:04:55
no one in the West believed that you could
00:04:57
survive And you were provided with javelins,
00:05:00
you stopped the Russians with these javelins, they
00:05:03
burned the tank coupon, they saw that you
00:05:06
you can fight That you are ready to fight
00:05:08
to the end you were given by Khimars and Mars this is
00:05:13
what completely
00:05:15
baffled the tactical Russian
00:05:18
troops However, they have adapted to this
00:05:21
today already 78 kilometers the
00:05:24
destruction range has already
00:05:30
been studied by Russian commanders today they
00:05:32
can, with certain inconveniences,
00:05:35
adapt to this further you
00:05:36
represent a weapon that will be
00:05:39
able to defeat up to 300 kilometers
00:05:41
And so I say these 300 kilometers
00:05:44
are what to put an end to,
00:05:48
these 300 kilometers are what you need
00:05:51
today in order to achieve the complete
00:05:53
decupation of your Earth,
00:05:56
you can Having these means of fire
00:05:58
destruction in the first place to completely keep the
00:06:01
Crimean Peninsula under fire control,
00:06:02
you will be able to completely keep the
00:06:05
land corridor under heating control,
00:06:07
you will be able to inflict fire damage on the
00:06:09
Black Sea Fleet and its bases, and you
00:06:13
will be able to achieve it in other sectors of the front,
00:06:17
and I think that at the moment when the weapons
00:06:21
are delivered, the war will
00:06:25
enter its final phase when
00:06:29
the Russian occupiers flee
00:06:32
Grigory You are talking about the fact that if it is
00:06:35
already most likely that Ukraine will receive these
00:06:37
weapons, we really hope for this. We hope this will
00:06:39
put an end to the war, but does
00:06:41
Putin understand that if Ukraine now receives
00:06:43
these weapons, then everything is already a
00:06:47
foregone conclusion. Well, -Firstly, I have
00:06:50
already spoken about this many times
00:06:52
on different platforms, unfortunately we
00:06:55
are now in a situation where
00:07:00
we see that Putin has lost some
00:07:04
connection with reality. In my opinion, he
00:07:07
is in captivity of some kind of illusion, he
00:07:09
receives information that is completely distorted
00:07:11
from his
00:07:13
lackeys and it is unlikely that he has an objective
00:07:16
picture. However, however, there is some understanding
00:07:20
there at a
00:07:21
certain level. That is why I
00:07:24
believe that I spoke about this a long time ago,
00:07:27
more than a month ago, I
00:07:29
said for the first time that Putin is preparing a
00:07:32
second attempt to capture Kiev from the
00:07:34
territory of Belarus by
00:07:36
Russian troops in order to
00:07:39
try to take over your capital
00:07:41
Putin perceives its capture as an
00:07:44
opportunity to nullify all his shameful
00:07:47
failures, failures, humiliations of the military
00:07:50
that have happened to his army in
00:07:52
recent years, however,
00:07:59
he will not have prospects for military success in this enterprise, he will not
00:08:01
be able to capture your capital
00:08:03
because you are ready for this situation
00:08:11
Grigory it was said that in order to
00:08:14
capture Putin, a group of
00:08:16
not me is needed, there are about 200 thousand military men. And this is
00:08:20
how our military experts also
00:08:21
say that as soon as they start
00:08:23
moving, we will already understand Yes, and
00:08:26
we will work on them, I
00:08:28
understand correctly, so it will not be
00:08:30
very successful for many reasons, firstly, you
00:08:33
know the number of troops, it is of course an
00:08:35
important factor, well, let’s say, not the most
00:08:39
important, not the only one, that’s when they
00:08:42
start saying so many
00:08:44
soldiers are needed or there are more or less. I
00:08:46
always shrug my shoulders because it’s time for the
00:08:50
Israelis
00:08:51
to defeat their Arabs in the Israeli Wars neighbors
00:08:53
were always in an absolute minority, the
00:08:56
number of troops is far from the most
00:08:59
decisive factor in the
00:09:01
theater of war, much more important is
00:09:04
how these troops are organized,
00:09:07
how they are led, how they are trained, how they are equipped, what
00:09:10
tactical doctrine they are fighting and
00:09:12
strategic. That is, these are things much
00:09:14
more important than their objective number
00:09:17
200 thousand people it can be a formidable
00:09:20
force and a mighty army can be just a
00:09:22
herd of frightened people where
00:09:24
organized it
00:09:25
can be armed Or it can be unarmed
00:09:28
That is, this is a very relative concept of 200
00:09:32
thousand 200 in any case, the point is not even
00:09:35
that you will shoot them At
00:09:37
a distance distances are comprehensively prepared
00:09:38
now the situation that your capital can
00:09:41
be if the
00:09:43
Russian army succeeded, I’ve been talking about this
00:09:46
for a long time, it’s not just my conviction that
00:09:48
they managed to achieve tactical
00:09:51
surprise at the beginning of the war, and even the point is
00:09:54
not that
00:09:56
some of your officers or politicians are starting to
00:09:59
convince me back. ready I
00:10:01
spoke with some of the officers of your army
00:10:06
and one thought was heard, one
00:10:09
phrase that sank into my soul,
00:10:12
they said we looked through binoculars in
00:10:15
mid-February, we saw the concentration of
00:10:16
forces, but we could not believe and Realize that we were standing
00:10:21
on the threshold of war,
00:10:23
it was beyond our consciousness that is,
00:10:26
Maybe they saw it with their own eyes,
00:10:28
they were able to realize it.
00:10:30
Therefore, yes, on
00:10:31
February 24 there was a factor of tactical
00:10:34
surprise, I insist on this, and
00:10:37
nevertheless, having the factor of tactical
00:10:39
surprise and less having superiority in
00:10:42
firepower in the
00:10:44
number of armored vehicles, total
00:10:46
superiority, and so on so on and
00:10:48
on the Russian side failed
00:10:50
to do anything essentially except acts of
00:10:54
vandalism and war crimes in
00:10:57
relation to your peaceful this is
00:10:59
the only
00:11:02
Gregory continue the theme of Belarus it is
00:11:04
known that Putin flew to
00:11:05
Lukashenko Yes, for the first time in three years,
00:11:07
well, as if publicly they were only talking
00:11:10
about They didn’t remember the economic issues of Ukraine,
00:11:12
but it is also known that
00:11:13
they had a meeting Behind a closed door, that’s
00:11:15
what you think, after all, what
00:11:17
could they talk about, what could they
00:11:19
agree on, but let’s now
00:11:21
check who is the more successful politician,
00:11:23
Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky.
00:11:27
Vladimir Zelensky flew to the most
00:11:28
influential politician in the world. Let's
00:11:31
see how this meeting ends. But
00:11:33
how the meeting of
00:11:35
Putin's trip to Lukashenko ended and respect for the
00:11:39
Belarusian people, it is hardly possible to
00:11:41
say that Lukashenko is the
00:11:43
most influential politician in the world or an
00:11:45
influential politician in general,
00:11:47
so apparently
00:11:51
this visit did not end in anything because I
00:11:53
suspect that Lukashenko was required to take
00:11:56
very specific actions which
00:11:58
he once again did not take. That is,
00:12:00
he understands, he is a very cunning person. He
00:12:03
understands how this will all end, he does not
00:12:05
want to go to prison in The Hague. He hopes to
00:12:08
escape responsibility He also hopes to
00:12:11
mediate here to carry out some kind of mediation.
00:12:15
Surely he has such thoughts and he does
00:12:18
not want the army to take a direct
00:12:20
part in military actions. Despite the fact
00:12:22
that in fact Belarus as a state
00:12:24
is naturally a participant in the
00:12:27
war because from its territory it is
00:12:28
inflicted, in my opinion strikes there
00:12:30
troops are concentrated there are being
00:12:31
prepared in camps
00:12:33
for Russian military personnel then but He still
00:12:37
hopes to leave with others
00:12:39
and he only if at gunpoint
00:12:42
he gives the order that his troops
00:12:45
firstly he understands that they will be
00:12:47
defeated secondly He is afraid that the bayonets of
00:12:50
his military personnel will be turned against
00:12:53
his criminal power
00:12:55
and thirdly, he is afraid of international
00:12:57
responsibility,
00:12:58
okay Grigory, if we return to the visit of
00:13:01
Vladimir Zelensky to Washington, we
00:13:04
mentioned it
00:13:06
and it is also known that Ukraine is
00:13:08
asking for strike drones,
00:13:13
let’s talk a little about them that
00:13:15
all- So, what kind of drones are these, let’s say
00:13:17
in what cases they are good and how they
00:13:19
will help us.
00:13:21
The fact is that
00:13:25
you understand, some
00:13:28
factors are happening in this war, some events we
00:13:31
sometimes attach a meaning that is completely different from
00:13:33
what they actually are, in
00:13:37
general, a drone This is a type weapons
00:13:41
that can be effectively used
00:13:45
at a time when the air defense system of the country
00:13:48
against which they are used is
00:13:50
organized and
00:13:52
disorganized.
00:13:54
That is, in fact, a drone is a
00:13:57
means when the stronger side
00:13:58
finishes off the weaker.
00:14:01
Now I’m not taking now
00:14:03
the use of suicide bombers against your
00:14:06
country, this already applies to some kind of
00:14:09
you know the category of military jokes
00:14:12
are bad and on the one hand, on the other
00:14:14
hand, your
00:14:16
military personnel. Although initially, again,
00:14:19
that factor of tactical surprise
00:14:21
was achieved, but now you
00:14:24
are fighting them very effectively, that is, they cannot
00:14:27
strategic situations
00:14:28
if we do not consider Iranian free ones
00:14:31
in this vein, we are talking about
00:14:34
drones
00:14:35
high-tech, that is, such as,
00:14:37
say, produced in the United States of
00:14:39
Turkey in Israel, when this machine
00:14:42
is the
00:14:44
embodiment of engineering technical
00:14:47
military thought, indeed, we are
00:14:50
talking about the fact that it can be
00:14:52
used such a drone at the moment
00:14:54
when the enemy’s weapons
00:15:01
are well, a type of weapon that is easily
00:15:04
knocked down.
00:15:05
So, I want to In this connection, recall
00:15:08
that some air force,
00:15:11
presumably the state of Luxembourg,
00:15:13
recently attacked an airfield in
00:15:16
Engels
00:15:19
where two Russian strategic bombers were destroyed or disabled.
00:15:24
So maybe this was done to
00:15:27
show the Russian stand for the
00:15:29
Russian air defense system, maybe this
00:15:32
It was done for this purpose, after all, the visit was for
00:15:33
Zhilsky. He was not
00:15:35
prepared yesterday; we already understand with you that this is
00:15:37
some kind of action that is being prepared for a long
00:15:40
time,
00:15:42
so maybe Luxembourg specifically
00:15:44
inflicted fire on the airfield in
00:15:47
Engels in order to show its American
00:15:49
partners that the air defense system of the Russian
00:15:51
Federation is such that the use of
00:15:53
drones is exactly what
00:15:56
can now successfully finish off the Russian,
00:15:59
technically backward,
00:16:01
technically helpless, which
00:16:03
has rendered itself completely bankrupt both
00:16:06
in terms of command and control, in terms of
00:16:10
tactical training, professional of
00:16:12
its army and in terms of technical
00:16:15
equipment,
00:16:16
all developments, I have one more point, your all
00:16:21
technical developments which the
00:16:24
modern Putin regime is proud of, all without
00:16:26
exception, they are the result of the
00:16:28
work of engineers of the late Soviet
00:16:31
Union and then they only
00:16:33
modernized there, nothing new
00:16:35
has been done
00:16:39
well. Grigory It is also known that
00:16:42
Dmitry Medvedev visited Beijing, met with
00:16:45
singing and after that
00:16:48
expressed the hope that all sides of the
00:16:50
Ukrainian crisis will save
00:16:51
restraint And in particular, he said
00:16:54
that China is ready to move closer to
00:16:56
Russia for the sake of fairer
00:16:57
global governance, he called for dialogue
00:17:00
on Ukraine, he also said that he
00:17:01
hopes that the parties will maintain
00:17:03
rational restraint and conduct a
00:17:05
comprehensive dialogue, how would you
00:17:07
analyze this meeting The meeting and
00:17:10
now from the point of view, does this
00:17:13
possibly mean a positive signal for
00:17:15
Ukraine in the sense that China will put
00:17:17
pressure on Russia to stop
00:17:19
the war or not? Or how should one perceive
00:17:21
the information?
00:17:25
China said that Polar, that is, the United States from
00:17:30
China, will
00:17:33
diagnose Russia as a
00:17:38
geopolitical player of the first magnitude
00:17:41
more does not exist
00:17:43
because a state that does
00:17:45
not have an economy and does not have an army cannot
00:17:48
claim to be a superpower. Russia
00:17:51
is a state that does not have an
00:17:53
economy does not have an army. The Russian army
00:17:55
is buried in your steppes,
00:17:59
so that’s what concerns
00:18:02
China’s position. I think that China is
00:18:05
actually the main one. to say the benefit of the
00:18:09
acquirer in this military because
00:18:12
today, in general, there is no
00:18:16
deterrent factor for the soft
00:18:18
expansion of Russia, I think in fact this
00:18:22
visit is a Visit to bow,
00:18:24
this is a Visit to bow to the new patron,
00:18:30
that is, Russia is already ready today for
00:18:32
any development of events. She is ready
00:18:34
bow at the feet of China if only somehow
00:18:37
you would end up with broken legs from a
00:18:41
torn tail from this fight,
00:18:44
why did they send Grigory Medvedev?
00:18:48
Well, I think that bears, firstly, have a
00:18:51
reputation. In my opinion, it is absolutely
00:18:53
undeserved, but this is how
00:18:55
historical circumstances developed; he has a
00:18:57
reputation in the West most
00:18:59
liberal Russian politician
00:19:02
As you understand, Putin could not go for
00:19:05
a number of reasons, he doesn’t go further than Belarus. We don’t
00:19:08
travel, this is the farthest country in which a
00:19:12
trip can be allowed.
00:19:14
So Medvedev was apparently sent as a
00:19:18
person who has a reputation for being the
00:19:19
most pro-Western
00:19:21
politician. I think about this reason, you
00:19:23
know,
00:19:24
in general, the political sphere of
00:19:29
my competence is first and foremost, so
00:19:33
I can only express here
00:19:35
to assume
00:19:37
well Grigory, I will clarify if
00:19:40
you speak about the fact that Russia is already ready
00:19:43
for any scenario, in particular Shoigu
00:19:45
said again that Russia is always
00:19:47
open to constructive peaceful
00:19:48
negotiations Well, that is, you see, we again
00:19:50
see the same thing that they are saying about the
00:19:53
negotiations. She understands perfectly well that
00:19:54
they are inclining Ukraine to this.
00:19:57
Everyone knows Ukraine’s position, but they just
00:20:01
understand that for them this is already a dead end.
00:20:05
Now let’s figure it out,
00:20:06
imagine two one state
00:20:09
attacks another,
00:20:11
seizes part of its territory
00:20:14
and then begins to suffer military setbacks
00:20:17
and the state that fights back says,
00:20:20
Listen, I’m ready to sign a peace
00:20:22
treaty if we return to
00:20:27
internationally recognized borders,
00:20:29
not if I capture your capital, not if I
00:20:33
capture the same amount of territory, but
00:20:35
it’s simple Come back to the border, that is, they have
00:20:37
reset the situation Let's go to a draw, I'm
00:20:39
signing up, it
00:20:43
turns out that
00:20:45
they're not ready for a draw
00:20:48
psychologically, they don't have this mechanism
00:20:51
that can allow them to
00:20:54
accept it, it's missing. It's the imperial one that
00:20:58
destroyed it; inside them, it's
00:21:01
decomposed,
00:21:02
which means that's why in order for them to be ready for this, you
00:21:07
need to inflict a defeat on their army of such a
00:21:10
level
00:21:12
that it completely destroys the
00:21:16
foundation of their worldview. That
00:21:19
is, you need to achieve a
00:21:23
defeat at such a level at the front that they
00:21:25
will not be able to continue with this. Just live and
00:21:27
exist, so
00:21:30
returning to the political perspectives of the
00:21:32
realities
00:21:36
for which peace will be concluded
00:21:39
will be determined not in the offices of
00:21:42
politicians
00:21:43
but in the trenches at the front
00:21:46
[music]
00:21:47
clash of Russia The more successful the
00:21:51
actions of your troops are, the easier it will be for you to
00:21:55
convince your Western partners of the
00:22:00
validity of your position and the easier it
00:22:04
will be for you to persuade the Russian side to
00:22:06
sign an agreement and the agreement will be
00:22:08
signed you will not leave it will not be The
00:22:10
third panic war in Russia
00:22:13
you will have to sign the agreement
00:22:16
and They will have to sign the agreement it
00:22:18
has always been this way but
00:22:20
what will be written in this agreement will be
00:22:23
determined that the stone of your
00:22:26
Gregory I clarified You say a defeat of
00:22:28
this level, that’s what level of
00:22:29
defeat you are talking about
00:22:32
bringing the Russian army to a state
00:22:35
where it cannot continue
00:22:37
hostilities, as for example it was in the First
00:22:39
World War. When the Russian army could not
00:22:41
continue hostilities, as was the case, for
00:22:43
example, in the Russo-Japanese War, when the
00:22:46
Russian army was unable to
00:22:48
continue
00:22:50
such a level of defeat, inflict and
00:22:55
then it will be possible sign Yes, and
00:22:57
of course, the complete decupation of yours.
00:23:00
That is, if we assume the complete
00:23:03
decupation of the territory, this is the
00:23:06
defeat of such a level that you
00:23:08
say is a process not directly related
00:23:12
to each other, the
00:23:13
defeat of the Russian troops can be
00:23:16
inflicted and at the same time it will not be
00:23:19
possible, and vice versa there must be two
00:23:22
parallel processes
00:23:24
where the occupation of your lands and the
00:23:28
reorganization of the
00:23:29
Russian organization inflicting such a
00:23:33
defeat when the army in fact no longer
00:23:35
exists, it cannot continue
00:23:36
fighting, this is
00:23:39
what, for example, happened between Israel
00:23:41
and the Arab countries at the end of the
00:23:44
six-day war, the Arab armies were those
00:23:47
that
00:23:48
posed a danger to Israel, they
00:23:51
ceased to exist
00:23:54
well The
00:23:57
Board of the Russian Ministry of Defense
00:24:00
Clearly made several statements for
00:24:03
myself that I highlighted that it is
00:24:05
necessary to increase the size of the
00:24:06
Russian army to one and a half million people,
00:24:09
including 670 thousand contract soldiers,
00:24:13
you initially said
00:24:16
that sometimes the number is not important after
00:24:19
all if the number of
00:24:21
one and a half million people and contract soldiers is called
00:24:24
670 thousand people, firstly,
00:24:44
they, firstly, mean one and a half million
00:24:47
human tragedies for the citizens of
00:24:50
the Russian Federation,
00:24:52
and secondly, they mean the
00:24:54
clinical idiocy of the Russian
00:24:57
leadership,
00:24:58
clinical idiocy.
00:25:01
Because when a person is mobilized into the
00:25:04
army, he must not only be mobilized
00:25:07
he needs to be equipped, armed, trained to
00:25:13
lead
00:25:15
and fed and treated,
00:25:18
like all this is not there, there is no one to
00:25:22
lead these one and a half million,
00:25:25
someone needs to train them effectively, someone
00:25:29
led them, someone equipped them, gave them
00:25:33
uniforms, weapons. This is much
00:25:37
more difficult than just distributing
00:25:38
Kalashnikov people with horns,
00:25:40
all this is not there And the people who give
00:25:44
these orders They still do not realize
00:25:46
what they are doing, you
00:25:49
know, They lack this
00:25:52
professional understanding, it seems to them
00:25:54
that the quantity can solve the problem
00:25:56
cannot be the number of unnecessary problems It
00:25:58
was impossible two with half a thousand
00:26:00
years ago, make the Capersian Wars in the game
00:26:03
when a
00:26:05
totalitarian state attacked
00:26:07
democratic Greece, democracy was
00:26:09
ancient,
00:26:11
it’s impossible today, not everything
00:26:14
is decided by deprivation of numbers, and when you know, the
00:26:17
conquests of Genghis Khan sometimes
00:26:20
faced an enemy who was
00:26:23
equal in number, however, they didn’t win
00:26:25
here, it’s not a matter It’s not just about the numbers, it’s about
00:26:30
how the troops fight, how they are
00:26:32
trained according to what doctrine they operate,
00:26:34
this
00:26:36
army building is one
00:26:39
of the most complex and
00:26:41
multidisciplinary
00:26:42
sciences in the world today
00:26:47
good Gregory Let’s also
00:26:50
continue the topic regarding assistance
00:26:52
to Ukraine, it is already known that the
00:26:56
United States is transferring to Ukraine patriot information
00:26:58
was confirmed in the White House, the system is carrying out the
00:27:01
following package of assistance, the peculiarity of the wipe is
00:27:03
that the system’s missiles
00:27:05
can shoot down not only cruise missiles and
00:27:07
ballistic missiles, in your opinion
00:27:09
Gregory This is a very good signal
00:27:11
considering that there is also information
00:27:13
that Iran can provide ballistic
00:27:16
missiles to the Russian Federation
00:27:18
Do I understand correctly that if we
00:27:19
get these with
00:27:21
these systems we will be able to beat these
00:27:24
Iranian ballistic ones
00:27:29
they are very
00:27:31
good This is known they were used in
00:27:36
contrast to some other systems in
00:27:38
combat conditions for example they were used
00:27:41
in the American Iraq War in 91 they
00:27:46
were supplied combat duty in
00:27:47
Israel and beat up the Scuds here
00:27:49
quite effectively,
00:27:51
they have several levels of
00:27:53
modernization and they are repurposed for
00:27:56
different types of
00:27:59
air threats and they can fight with
00:28:03
aircraft with missiles of different classes
00:28:05
then depending on the degree of
00:28:07
modernization. However, you understand what’s the matter,
00:28:10
Ukraine is a very
00:28:12
large state it is impossible to cover all your
00:28:15
civilian infrastructures and then inflict fire
00:28:17
damage on Russian
00:28:19
troops.
00:28:22
However, if you are provided with
00:28:24
several dozen installations, you can
00:28:26
do something completely different with them. One of the
00:28:29
reasons why you do not launch a
00:28:30
large-scale counteroffensive,
00:28:33
relatively speaking, on the Zaporozhye front before
00:28:37
attempting to go to the Sea of Azov in
00:28:40
order to cut off The southern group of
00:28:42
Russians supply line is one of the reasons
00:28:45
you are not covered by the service
00:28:48
and Russian aviation can simply
00:28:50
bomb your offensive group.
00:28:52
If you get these systems, it will make it
00:28:55
possible to attack on Yuzhny, and by cutting off the
00:28:59
entire Southern Russian group
00:29:02
and having a fire system with a range of up to 300
00:29:06
kilometers, you can put it
00:29:09
under Fire control of the entire Crimean
00:29:12
peninsula and inflicting constant fire
00:29:14
damage, intensive
00:29:16
communication of the headquarters, warehouse with
00:29:19
ammunition, communications center of the airfield,
00:29:22
military port, and so on, you can
00:29:25
simply, in a fairly short
00:29:27
time, simply force the group to
00:29:30
surrender as a result of a complete loss,
00:29:34
we will hope that Ukraine
00:29:36
will receive these weapons from the allies,
00:29:40
Forbes also compared the existing
00:29:43
military power of Ukraine to Russia. They write
00:29:46
that the gap between Ukraine and Russia in
00:29:47
military power is gradually decreasing and there are
00:29:50
two reasons: on the one hand, Russia is suffering
00:29:52
large losses in technology and strength, on the other,
00:29:54
Ukraine is strengthening its position thanks to
00:29:56
the help of allies, this is actually what
00:29:59
we are talking about throughout the entire broadcast with you
00:30:01
But still, at the moment,
00:30:04
how would you still assess the
00:30:06
Russian power of both the Russian Federation and Ukraine? The
00:30:09
fact is that one of the
00:30:13
news, so to speak, that became
00:30:15
clear to military experts around the world
00:30:18
as a result of this war, that the figures
00:30:20
that
00:30:21
were declared by the Russian Federation
00:30:23
were written down on paper regarding its
00:30:26
military potential, they were simply taken from the
00:30:28
ceiling, that is, there are 20 thousand tanks in 2000
00:30:32
Why 2 Well, they wrote it down and wrote it down. That
00:30:35
is, maybe they exist.
00:30:37
Maybe they don’t exist. maybe there is a
00:30:39
chassis, but maybe they are not
00:30:41
equipped, maybe they are not worth
00:30:43
the weapons, or maybe they are in
00:30:45
long-term storage, that is,
00:30:47
today no one, including the top
00:30:50
political leadership of the Russian
00:30:51
Federation, understands what
00:30:53
resources they actually have. They have a huge
00:30:56
amount of equipment that they have yes,
00:30:58
it is still in long-term
00:31:01
storage Is
00:31:02
it in stock? It has been around for a long time
00:31:04
In what state is it after
00:31:07
storage can it be
00:31:08
preserved and can it be
00:31:11
used in this state
00:31:15
no one could say this today there
00:31:16
are numbers there are these numbers there is someone
00:31:18
you say now one and a half million But
00:31:21
this is just a figure What is this one and a
00:31:23
half million Let’s
00:31:24
mobilize them They are combat-ready they can
00:31:27
be used
00:31:29
how they can be used what is this
00:31:32
today
00:31:35
globally the Putin regime Has shown its
00:31:39
bankruptcy and any assessment of power today For the
00:31:44
Russian Federation as a military power,
00:31:47
they are absolutely conditional and
00:31:51
presumptive in nature.
00:31:53
But there is one nuance, the
00:31:58
two types of military company are very different, an
00:32:01
offensive war when it is aimed at
00:32:06
seizing foreign territory,
00:32:08
so I fully admit that
00:32:12
if Russia had to conduct a defensive
00:32:15
for a number of reasons related to the national
00:32:19
mentality with
00:32:21
climatic conditions, their military
00:32:24
potential would be much higher than
00:32:26
if we considered the
00:32:28
current situation when they are waging a war,
00:32:31
the offensive is good Gregory Let's
00:32:33
also discuss the visit of Vladimir Zelensky
00:32:36
and in Bakhmut it is known that there are
00:32:39
such very difficult situations at the front,
00:32:41
fighting continues already
00:32:43
information that God himself
00:32:46
has already cleared the bakhmut from our military. But this is not yet
00:32:48
confirmed information. I would like to
00:32:50
ask you from the point of view of
00:32:53
the visit to Vladimir Zelensky. From the
00:32:56
first days of the war, he repeatedly showed by
00:32:58
his example such personal
00:33:01
courage. Yes, and he did not abandon Kiev visited
00:33:04
met with serving wounded
00:33:06
soldiers Putin and his general
00:33:09
behave in the opposite way First, you
00:33:13
won’t be holed up in a bunker rarely
00:33:15
meeting, but those meetings that we see are
00:33:17
with the military So military experts
00:33:19
say that most likely they are
00:33:21
orchestrated And that he is there they don’t
00:33:23
travel and like Shoigu, that’s what this can
00:33:27
mean,
00:33:29
well, you know your president, he’s a
00:33:32
very talented, courageous man, and
00:33:36
no matter what Russian propagandists try to talk about him, the
00:33:38
fact that he
00:33:39
remained under the bombs says a lot
00:33:43
about him as a person, as a
00:33:45
national besides everything else, he is also a
00:33:48
professional showman, this is very important.
00:33:50
I’m saying this now
00:33:52
without any hint of mockery and without you
00:33:55
trying to devalue him, his value
00:33:57
as a politician, in this case, Reagan
00:34:00
was a showman and his elbow, and he repeatedly showed his acting
00:34:05
qualities in
00:34:07
politics back in those days times when there
00:34:10
was no Internet, there was no Facebook,
00:34:12
so Zelensky does all this,
00:34:17
everything that has to do with the concept of Pavlik
00:34:20
relations, he does everything at the level of
00:34:23
acting, and of course, a visit
00:34:26
to not just a front-line city, but the
00:34:31
hottest point of the front is
00:34:33
very important today a
00:34:36
propaganda step, political
00:34:39
behavioral, this is an act of a
00:34:43
national leader who, together with his
00:34:45
people, together with his soldiers,
00:34:47
shares the dangers, it is clear that this is
00:34:50
the front. And anyone who has ever been to the front
00:34:53
knows that there could be a stray bullet and a
00:34:54
stray shell, and no one there
00:34:57
insured anything, he went to his own people fighters to
00:35:00
their soldiers who were there around him
00:35:03
with personal weapons.
00:35:06
Can you imagine that
00:35:10
dozens of military personnel with personal weapons gathered around Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, I
00:35:14
can’t imagine this, for example, so
00:35:17
I think that this speaks of the connection between the
00:35:21
president of a democratic country with
00:35:24
his people And due to the absence of such a
00:35:26
connection between dictators and their people,
00:35:29
Putin travels because he is afraid for his
00:35:31
life.
00:35:33
Putin does not travel because his life.
00:35:36
Putin does not travel because he does not understand at
00:35:38
all the fundamental possibility
00:35:41
today of meeting with the people with the
00:35:43
real ones with the
00:35:47
FSB officers in disguise, the civilian
00:35:52
people in Russia. There are different people.
00:35:56
who are watching Solovyov's show, there are people
00:35:59
who come out to the square in the number of
00:36:01
many tens of thousands with posters No to
00:36:05
war,
00:36:06
such people are also in Russia, there are
00:36:09
different people in the same place Vladimir Putin
00:36:11
can get punched in the face from
00:36:14
some Russian, I do not exclude
00:36:16
this possibility
00:36:18
Grigory If we talk
00:36:22
about the fact that the Russians there lose from
00:36:25
50 to 100 people a day killed and where and
00:36:28
the same number wounded, we understand that these are
00:36:30
colossal losses already. According to
00:36:32
our General Staff,
00:36:35
about 100 thousand
00:36:37
Russians are already killed, I just have a
00:36:41
question for you: I understand correctly
00:36:43
that Putin does not feel sorry for his Soldiers at all
00:36:46
and he is ready for the sake of his goals for the sake of
00:36:49
his ambitions, nothing is known How
00:36:52
many people
00:36:56
spoke about Stalin that he was an effective
00:36:59
manager, one should have listened Better
00:37:02
then 10 years ago, we unfortunately
00:37:05
thought that this was just such a figure
00:37:12
also relatively Bakhmut, they talked
00:37:15
about the fact that Surikin and
00:37:17
Prigozhin actually promised Bakhmut as a
00:37:20
gift, let’s say, to present it to Putin
00:37:22
on New Year’s Eve, as we already see and
00:37:24
understand that this will not succeed, but I have a
00:37:27
question for you from the point of view of whether it will bear the fruit. For
00:37:30
example, Sura Vikin as
00:37:32
the commander-in-chief of what -let’s
00:37:34
say responsibility
00:37:36
for what didn’t work out and what
00:37:39
they wanted to somehow affect him.
00:37:42
Well, you know, in a totalitarian state,
00:37:45
in general, every slave must be prepared for the
00:37:49
Lord to punish him with
00:37:54
private mercy, there is no concept of
00:37:56
legal norms, it’s possible,
00:38:01
the principle is possible, but I I think that when
00:38:05
Surikin signed up for this appointment, he
00:38:07
probably understood,
00:38:08
probably the brain in his head understood what
00:38:12
this could do for him. Let’s
00:38:14
see
00:38:16
Grigory, how would you evaluate him from the point
00:38:18
of view of being commander in chief after his
00:38:20
arrival, something significant changed
00:38:22
on the front of the entire parish, he, unlike
00:38:26
Gerasimov which Let the man there of the
00:38:31
old school of the old Paradis really
00:38:39
use outdated methods, but
00:38:41
he is a professional,
00:38:44
but he is not the commander in chief, he is not a
00:38:47
strategist, he is punishing and that’s all his entire
00:38:50
track record. If you look at this, this is
00:38:52
actually the biography of crucian carp,
00:38:56
what is he doing now at the front, he
00:38:59
is integrating the methods of
00:39:02
terrorism into military craft so that
00:39:06
the bombing of peaceful cities there are
00:39:10
no
00:39:12
special innovations except for the
00:39:15
use of missile potential
00:39:17
against your civilian structure, he did
00:39:21
not do Kherson, by
00:39:25
the way, if it went for Kherson, it was possible and it was possible to
00:39:28
fight, it was possible to impose
00:39:30
heavy battles on you in urban conditions, wear out
00:39:34
your advancing units, force
00:39:36
technical losses However, this was done. It
00:39:38
was not the
00:39:39
Russian troops who simply fled.
00:39:45
You are saying that he is using such
00:39:47
tactics of terrorism, but we also see and
00:39:50
feel it, for example, living in Kiev. That’s
00:39:53
what you think, so many
00:39:55
experts now say that
00:39:56
such massive missile attacks are possible on New Year’s Day
00:39:58
shelling throughout Ukraine and in
00:40:02
particular by the same martyrs,
00:40:04
what do you think? They are preparing something like this for the
00:40:06
New Year,
00:40:08
you know in general for the Soviet for the
00:40:11
Russian
00:40:12
army.
00:40:15
The desire to tie
00:40:23
[music]
00:40:26
Berlin or something like that is very typical. This is
00:40:29
completely illiterate from the point of view of the
00:40:33
Five-Year Plan in three years, this is
00:40:39
understandable, but from the point of view of military
00:40:42
science, this is
00:40:45
nonsense; there are no military operations going on there on a certain
00:40:47
date. This is not a park meeting;
00:40:51
what is needed there? The military does;
00:41:07
which are
00:41:09
taking place in the Russian Federation, it is
00:41:11
known that the State Duma
00:41:13
adopted a law providing for
00:41:15
liability up to life
00:41:17
imprisonment for the creation of a
00:41:18
sabotage society for training and
00:41:20
assistance in sabotage and financing and
00:41:23
Propaganda. That is, if
00:41:26
such a law is adopted, then they are so afraid and the
00:41:28
probability of all these processes is so high
00:41:32
No I think it’s more likely that the cup says this
00:41:37
than this general attitude of
00:41:38
tightening the screws on the one hand, and on
00:41:41
the other hand, I don’t believe that today on
00:41:44
the territory of the Russian Federation it is possible to
00:41:46
create serious underground
00:41:48
pension organizations. However, it’s
00:41:51
possible that something else could be
00:41:54
spontaneously undertaken for an unseen reason by the
00:41:57
people who expressed it there
00:42:00
Somehow, disloyalty is labeled legal on them
00:42:02
in order to hold them
00:42:05
accountable. With this verdict, it is
00:42:14
also known that there will be no
00:42:16
appeal to Putin’s Federal Assembly.
00:42:20
Putin, as if he had previously dealt with this,
00:42:23
and before that there was information that he
00:42:25
canceled this a big press conference
00:42:27
like Well, I understand that your military
00:42:30
expertise is already very interesting, your
00:42:32
opinion, it turns out that why is all this
00:42:34
being canceled because Putin has nothing to
00:42:36
say or he doesn’t see the future, he doesn’t know what to
00:42:39
do or he sees
00:42:41
the future, you know, but he’s not happy
00:42:43
why is this happening? The
00:42:47
New Year will not come and Russia will remain
00:42:50
23
00:42:52
and he thinks that in this way he
00:42:55
can prevent the
00:42:56
New Year from coming
00:43:01
well Gregory I thank you for the
