Ингредиенты: Каннеллони - 1 уп. Фарш мясной - 400 гр. Морковь - 1 шт. Лук - 1 шт. Чеснок - 2 зуб. Сливочное масло - 30 гр. Растительное масло - 2 ст.л. Томатная паста - 2 ст.л. Итальянские травы - 1,5 ч.л. Соль/перец - по вкусу. Соус бешамель Сыр тёртый - 100 гр. Сыр фета (брынза) - 1 уп. Ингредиенты соуса бешамель: Мука - 3 ст.л. Сливочное масло - 50 гр. Молоко - 700 мл. Мускатный орех - 1/2 ч.л. Соль по вкусу. Приготовление соуса бешамель: 1. В сотейнике или кастрюле растопите сливочное масло и добавьте муки, постоянно перемешивая. Теперь понемногу добавляем молоко, также постоянно мешая венчиком. 2. Как соус достигнет нужной консистенции, (а это не такой жидкий, как молоко и не такой густой, как манная каша, скорее, похожий на жирные сливки), добавляем мускатный орех и немного соли. Готово! Приготовление: 1. Обжариваем мелко нарезанную морковь и лук на сливочном масле с добавлением растительного, до почти готовности. Теперь добавляем фарш и жарим до почти готовности, затем добавляем мелко нарезанный чеснок, жарим и мешаем ещё 3 минуты на среднем огне. 2. Добавляем томатную пасту, перемешиваем, жарим пару минут. Далее добавляем все специи и заливаем кипятком, чтобы он покрывал фарш. На самом маленьком огне томим под крышкой, пока почти вся вода не выкипит. 3. Кладём фарш в каннеллони поочерёдно с сыром фета, выкладываем их в противень. Сверху посыпаем тёртым любимым сыром и заливаем соусом бешамель.
