Северное приэльбрусье. Дорога по горе Сирх -ведущая на поляну Эммануэля. На поляну проехали в первой половине дня, а возвращались вечером по дождливой погоде. Гора — Сирх , ней совершали свои ритуалы жрецы древних верований, проживавшие там в уединении. Там и сейчас сохранились под вершиной, на гребне с восточной стороны, две ямы, оставшиеся от прежних жилищ. Поляна Эммануэля, названа в честь генерала — Георгия Арсеньевича Эммануэль. В 1829 году он возглавил экспедицию на Эльбрус. Поляна — представляет собой практически ровную площадку размером примерно 2 км на 1,5 км. Посередине поляна разрезана живописной рекой. На поляне находится Серебряный источник. Совсем слабо минерализованная вода в нём необыкновенно чистая, и имеет синеватый оттенок. Глядя на него, трудно поверить, что его глубина более 1,5м. Особенностью Серебряного источника является то, что он изливается с середины июля до конца сентября, в остальное время остаётся сухим.
