Как можно размножить орхидею фаленопсис с помощью цветоносов без применения цитокининовой пасты и других фитогормонов. Детки могут появляться спонтанно на цветоносах и моноподиальном стебле орхидей из находящихся в этих частях орхидей из мерестимальных клеток. Мерестимальные клетки у растений это как стволовые клетки и из них могут естественно образовываться дифференцироваться и расти: корни, листья, цветоносы или детки. Что именно будет расти из мерестимальной почки зависит, где она расположена и от условий внешней среды. В частности на цветоносах, совершено естественно из таких стволовых клеток растут, либо цветоносы, либо молодые детки будущих орхидей. Мы провели простой биологический эксперимент с положительным результатом, доказывающий, что в зависимости от созданных условий на срезанном цветоносе орхидеи могут появляться детки из вышеупомянутых клеток и успешно развиться в отдельно существующее растение. В эксперименте использовали следующие материалы: стеклянная ваза 50 см высотой, живой растущий сфагнум мох, 3 срезанных цветоноса фаленопсис орхидей, перфорированная пленка, осмосная вода. Условия содержания орхидей: 25-28 градусов Цельсия, влажность 75- 80%, продолжительность светового дня близкой к тропикам и субтропикам и равной приблизительно 12 часов.
