is uh is just too difficult for the

Ukraine military it's too complex it's

and even if they continue to fight they

and engage in an artillery

type of warfare war of attrition

they're still outmanned and outgunned

and really the only hope is for the

Collective West NATO Ukraine military

fighting and some sort of machine change

so the bottom line is if according to

the same course it's on trying to break

then the only way for them to get to

it was uh it was a summit which was

which was framed as

00:14:24

an empty

imperialist

and a lot of a lot of big things came

out the summit you had that relief

00:14:36

something like 23 billion

00:14:38

in debt relief that Russia gave to the

00:14:41

African nations you have uh

00:14:45

you have the free grain that Russia is

00:14:47

going to be providing to to nations in

00:14:49

Africa that need it you have regular

00:14:52

shipments of grain that it's also going

00:14:54

to be uh providing to African nations uh

00:14:58

in

00:14:59

in uh in replacement of the

00:15:03

of the Ukraine grain

00:15:05

so you have that as well

00:15:08

and uh

00:15:11

and you had the 70 74 Point document

00:15:16

which was agreed upon

00:15:19

between Russia and the African nations

00:15:23

which was which is the big deal and it

00:15:26

talks about

00:15:27

technology and universities and uh

00:15:31

with all kinds of cooperation and

diplomacy and business and Tech

um social issues

uh all kinds of things this document

covered

uh 17 I believe 17 Nations sent to their

heads of states to The Summit

this is the second annual Summit and the

00:15:55

first summit that took place last year

43 heads of state went but 49 countries

were represented in Africa so if they

00:16:02

didn't send their heads of state they

00:16:04

sent their foreign minister or a very

00:16:06

high level official to this Summit and

00:16:10

while

00:16:12

this is uh this was considered a success

00:16:15

by uh by the countries of Africa and the

00:16:19

Russian Federation

00:16:21

the collective West media

00:16:23

they considered this

00:16:25

a failure they said uh that Putin was

00:16:29

furious at the fact that the African

00:16:32

nations did not send their uh

00:16:35

their leaders like all the African

00:16:37

nations did not send their presidents

00:16:39

and the fact that only 17

nations were represented by their uh

00:16:46

their head of states

00:16:48

was like a slap in the face to Russia

00:16:51

and basically they were positioning this

this Summit as some sort of uh of a

00:16:55

failure in diplomacy

by the

by the Russian government and by Putin

and Putin was Furious and upset

00:17:04

and I believe it was either The

Huffington Post or CBS news they

actually reported on on a rumor a tweet

actually from someone someone put out a

tweet and they reported it as as fact

that uh that Putin was really upset and

00:17:19

he was like storming out of the

00:17:22

the conference rooms and just you know

in a fit of rage that's that's what they

so just you know nonsense nonsense

narratives as they always like to push

that they're willing to travel to Russia

to voice their grievance at uh at the

conflict in Ukraine or put this war of

aggression you know that if even if all

the world leaders of all the African

nations went to uh to Saint Petersburg

00:20:24

the mainstream media would find a way to

00:20:27

to paint it as a defeat or they just

00:20:29

wouldn't report on it at all as if it

didn't happen you know nobody would even

00:20:33

know that there was uh that there was a

00:20:35

summit that took place in St Petersburg

so you know you whatever

whatever the turnout was the the outcome

from the collective West media was going

to be the same it was always going to be

painted as some sort of failure

so uh Putin gave a speech at this Summit

and he talked about anti-imperialism he

talked about sovereignty he talked about

the history between the Soviet Union

talked about uh the cooperation going

forward and he also talked about

the conflict in Ukraine but he talked

about it from uh negotiations uh

00:21:22

standpoint

and he once again said that uh this is

00:21:26

the second time he's telling this to

00:21:28

African leaders

the first time was a few weeks back but

00:21:31

he said that we had we had an agreement

with Ukraine which was initialed by the

00:21:36

olinsky regime

00:21:37

for uh

00:21:40

for an end to the conflict we had

00:21:42

negotiated settlements and then he said

00:21:44

Ukraine pulled out of that settlement

so he said it again to to the African

00:21:50

leaders

and uh he said that you know Russia what

we what we wanted all along

is uh and what we still want is for

to be neutral and to remain neutral and

Putin basically told the African leaders

and that's what he basically said and he

points he said when the Soviet Union

he said that the that the Ukraine state

that came out of the Soviet Union

was supposed to be a neutral

and he asked the African leader she said

and the Ukraine

military the election regime they claim

of course that Russia hits residential

buildings

but the Russian military and I think the

photo evidence

supports the the Russian

military claims they said that they hit

the sbu building it was a precise hit on

the spu building uh nothing else in the

surrounding area was damaged and when

you look at the photo evidence it's it

kind of points to that at least in my

opinion but who knows I could be wrong

if this really was this precise of a

missile attack well

that was a pretty precise missile strike

I mean they really they hit the building

they're claiming that in this vicinity

haven't really reported on casualties

but there are rumors

building and there have been requests

who were targeted in this

were nowhere

interesting aspects of this strike is

the air defenses of Ukraine did not

work there were a no-show

they actually put out a request

so they actually put out a request to

the uh to the collective West

for 12 more Patriot uh batteries for 12
