00:00:10
what's up guys welcome to a very special
00:00:12
edition of Tommy lren is fearless
00:00:13
earlier today I sat down with my good
00:00:15
friend and our outkick founder Kay
00:00:17
Travis and we had the honor of sitting
00:00:19
down with once again with Frank Siller
00:00:21
of tunnel to Towers we're going to be
00:00:23
talking about all the great things that
00:00:25
organization does for Our Heroes our
00:00:27
veterans our First Responders so make
00:00:29
sure you watch this special episode and
00:00:31
go to t2. org $11 a month or more to
00:00:35
help support these Heroes and now here's
00:00:37
our
00:00:39
special an incredible organization
00:00:41
tunnel to Towers Frank Siller here with
00:00:43
us now and Frank we're going to get into
00:00:45
some serious stuff but I just came back
00:00:49
from your golf event Liberty National
00:00:52
you raised unbelievable amounts of money
00:00:54
you're doing phenomenal work how would
00:00:56
you assess my golf game though to start
00:00:59
here well well I I will say that reports
00:01:02
for coming back to me first I was
00:01:04
watching you play because I drove around
00:01:05
I actually play was driving around and I
00:01:08
said oh I can't watch this anymore and I
00:01:10
moved on to other people I came back I
00:01:12
thought maybe after a couple holes you
00:01:13
would loosen up little alcohol might
00:01:15
have helped me out maybe maybe I brought
00:01:17
it to you for sure hoping that it would
00:01:19
change your game but it didn't uh but
00:01:22
nonetheless thank you for being there
00:01:24
because it was a great day like you said
00:01:25
we raised a lot of money uh for our
00:01:28
great Heroes and their families that
00:01:29
have left behind and we you saw the
00:01:31
support that we had there for so many
00:01:32
individuals yeah it's incredible Tommy
00:01:34
we were there and they had three
00:01:36
different widows stand up wow and
00:01:39
actually tell their story and what
00:01:41
Frank's organization has been able to do
00:01:43
for them and when you see the families
00:01:45
that are impacted the women that are
00:01:47
impacted the mental health challenges
00:01:48
that you guys are helping them with and
00:01:50
I know right off the top here uh we've
00:01:52
had a tragedy uh that's happened five
00:01:55
service members have lost their lives
00:01:57
recently you have already made contact
00:02:00
what can you tell us about what you know
00:02:02
about that awful incident and what
00:02:04
you're doing to help so I want to read
00:02:06
their names because I think it's always
00:02:07
important that we say the names out loud
00:02:09
so we honor them and and remember them
00:02:11
and this is the helicopter crash went
00:02:13
down in the Mediterranean uh uh Sergeant
00:02:16
Cade wolf uh Sergeant Andrew sou soued
00:02:20
uh staff sergeant Tanner Grove Chief
00:02:22
Warrant Officer to uh Shane Barnes and
00:02:25
and last uh is Chief Warrant Officer
00:02:27
three Steven DWI and even DWI was
00:02:30
married um uh his wife's name is Ally um
00:02:34
he uh went to West Point uh actually uh
00:02:38
I know Pete hex knows him I I know um
00:02:41
other people in Fox know this uh this
00:02:44
great warrior but so Steve's dad is a
00:02:48
colonel went to West Point married his
00:02:51
so Steve's mother is a a a lieutenant
00:02:54
colonel oh wow and uh she also went to
00:02:56
West Point so this is a family that
00:02:58
served uh but he gave up his life for
00:03:01
his country leaves behind a wife and
00:03:02
three kids I spoke to the father you
00:03:05
know uh last night you know uh his
00:03:08
father and I told him that we're going
00:03:09
to be paying off the mortgage wow Al and
00:03:11
the three kids are left behind and
00:03:13
that's what we do you know here you know
00:03:15
when I come on shows like this I want
00:03:17
people to know that we react IM
00:03:20
immediately when we hear these stories
00:03:22
and these great Heroes that die we made
00:03:24
a promise that we're going to pay off
00:03:25
every mortgage of every uh gold star
00:03:28
family member that lose their husband or
00:03:31
wife and they leave young family behind
00:03:33
and we're doing that um any Fallen first
00:03:36
responder that dies in the line of duty
00:03:38
that leaves a young family behind we're
00:03:41
taking care of them we're doing that all
00:03:42
year long you know there's over 200 cops
00:03:45
year then for that unfortunately many of
00:03:47
them have young families and
00:03:48
firefighters we just had a firefighter
00:03:50
in Boston that fell through a a ceiling
00:03:52
the other day and uh and lost his life
00:03:55
uh we're taking care of that family so
00:03:58
you know we're proud of the work we're
00:03:59
doing but we do because the generosity
00:04:01
you know people go to T2 t.org donate
00:04:03
$11 a month I think that's not asking
00:04:05
too much right $11 a month we done it no
00:04:08
it's incredible that the impact you know
00:04:10
my my brother was a firefighter right
00:04:12
New York City firefighter you know he
00:04:14
gave his life on 911 and his firehouse
00:04:17
and these guys come and barbecue for me
00:04:19
all over the United States and they're
00:04:21
incredible we just in Houston Texas and
00:04:22
I'll tell that the story in a few
00:04:24
minutes but uh they say many hands makes
00:04:28
light work and that's what they love a
00:04:30
month does if many people come together
00:04:32
and which they are but I need more um we
00:04:35
can make this light work and take care
00:04:37
of all these great Heroes that's a
00:04:39
couple of cups of coffee even here in
00:04:41
Nashville Tennessee that's really
00:04:43
reasonably priced but Frank you and I
00:04:45
have talked about this before but I
00:04:46
think it's so important when people are
00:04:48
donating they want to know what their
00:04:49
money is going to and tunnel Tower does
00:04:51
such a great job of showing people what
00:04:53
their money goes to and the families
00:04:55
that are impacted but it's not even just
00:04:57
the money and the paying off of the
00:04:58
mortgages it's also Al that Brotherhood
00:05:00
and that Sisterhood can you talk to us
00:05:02
about what your organization does for
00:05:04
these family members so that they don't
00:05:05
feel alone they don't feel forgotten I
00:05:07
know that's a big part of your work it
00:05:09
is because look you know I I'll speak
00:05:11
for my family after 9/11 it was great to
00:05:14
see America come together it was it was
00:05:16
really beautiful uh they helped Lift us
00:05:18
through the darkest part of our life
00:05:20
ever you know there was my youngest
00:05:22
brother and he had he was married and
00:05:23
had five kids and that's why we focus on
00:05:25
kids you know the ones that have kids
00:05:27
left behind um but there's a um there is
00:05:31
a hole left after the dust settles you
00:05:34
know after the dust settles and these
00:05:36
widows go home they put their head on
00:05:37
the pillow at night they're by
00:05:38
themselves you know I guess they have
00:05:40
great family support but we found that
00:05:42
if we put them around other families are
00:05:44
going through the same thing they lift
00:05:46
each other they lean on each other who's
00:05:48
having a bad week who's having a bad day
00:05:50
the other one helps them through that
00:05:51
particular period and so we have
00:05:54
literally thousands of events all across
00:05:57
America that are put on for tunnel to
00:05:58
thousand a lot of fundraisers and we
00:06:01
invite these families to go with other
00:06:03
families to these events not never
00:06:05
pressuring them saying you got to go you
00:06:07
have to go no never like that bring you
00:06:09
know come be part of something and it's
00:06:12
incredible how many of them do their own
00:06:14
fundraisers for tunnel to Towers because
00:06:16
we help them they want to they they say
00:06:18
I I want to make sure that the next
00:06:20
person that loses and goes through that
00:06:22
you know has a mortgage free home and
00:06:24
they do it but the the the biggest thing
00:06:27
that we do every year is our annual
00:06:28
tunnel to tow was run in New York City
00:06:31
we just had it the last Sunday in
00:06:33
September um and we had 40,000 people
00:06:36
there wow B lady a by the way that that
00:06:39
entertained us afterwards um but it was
00:06:41
poor and rain it was raining the whole
00:06:43
time nobody left you know why CU we are
00:06:46
honoring Heroes when you come out of
00:06:48
that tunnel you see the pictures of
00:06:51
every firefighter every police officer
00:06:53
that died on 911 we have other
00:06:55
firefighters and police officers hold
00:06:56
the pictures they're like big pictures
00:06:59
life- side pictures because you know you
00:07:01
hear the number 343 you put them
00:07:04
shoulder to shoulder right right by each
00:07:06
other and you line them up that's some
00:07:08
line it goes for and goes on for a long
00:07:10
time same with the police officers and
00:07:12
then we have the pictures of all 7,000
00:07:15
plus men and women that gave their lives
00:07:16
on the global war on terror do you how
00:07:19
many gold star widows to do the walk and
00:07:21
they sit there and they come there with
00:07:22
their kids and when they see their uh
00:07:24
the husband or the kids see their
00:07:26
father's picture they stop they take
00:07:28
pictures with the
00:07:29
the people that are holding it and they
00:07:31
sit there and they talk they cry they
00:07:33
run every emotion that goes through but
00:07:34
you know what afterwards we have a great
00:07:36
celebration of their lives right and we
00:07:39
celebrate it we have a big party we have
00:07:41
I call the miracle of the Loaves and
00:07:42
Fishes because we feed them all yeah
00:07:44
once again B my New York City
00:07:45
firefighter buddies are are grilling and
00:07:48
doing that and we have the entertainment
00:07:49
so we celebrate their lives and uh but
00:07:52
being around each other is critical uh
00:07:55
to be around other people that are
00:07:56
living the same thing look uh my brother
00:07:59
my my brother's son step young Steven Jr
00:08:02
uh did Fox some friends uh earlier today
00:08:05
right and um and for him it's important
00:08:10
he he loves he works with a lot of these
00:08:12
families by the way he calls a lot of
00:08:13
these widows and and works with these
00:08:15
and he says Uncle Frank it's so
00:08:17
important that they know that they're
00:08:18
not alone and that and and that they're
00:08:21
talking to somebody that lived their
00:08:22
life yeah that they live their life and
00:08:25
yeah and he's doing an incredible job
00:08:26
but it it's just but yes so important to
00:08:29
make sure the mental health side of it
00:08:30
and we have those Services too last but
00:08:33
not least we have uh uh case managers
00:08:36
inside tunnel to towers that works with
00:08:38
these families to make sure that we have
00:08:40
it very easy for them to get them the
00:08:42
mental health services or therapy or
00:08:44
whatever they need uh at times when they
00:08:47
need it and uh we do it all tell me
00:08:50
about what you're doing in Houston and
00:08:52
why you hope that that can be
00:08:53
representative of what you're going to
00:08:55
be able to do all over the place so a
00:08:56
couple of years ago so so tunel to TS
00:09:00
Foundation you know we made a we made a
00:09:01
commitment a promise we I swore I put my
00:09:04
hand up and I'm and I swore to the to my
00:09:07
maker okay that we're going to take care
00:09:09
of every like I said before every first
00:09:11
responder every Go Star Family that dies
00:09:14
in line of duty that has a young family
00:09:15
behind every catastrophically a service
00:09:17
member or first responder um that gives
00:09:20
their body for their Community or the
00:09:22
country we're going to build them a
00:09:24
smart home we're going to do that that's
00:09:26
our promise right we're going to pay off
00:09:27
the mortgage and we're going to build
00:09:28
them a home
00:09:30
when I knew that we were going to raise
00:09:32
enough money to do that I said we've
00:09:35
been thinking about doing homeless
00:09:37
veterans for years yeah because it's
00:09:40
it's horrific right you see the
00:09:42
conditions they're living in and it's
00:09:43
it's an epidemic they're all over all
00:09:46
over here in Nashville that's for sure
00:09:49
and um but we wanted to do it right so
00:09:52
quietly over the last year and a half or
00:09:53
so we've been working in that in that
00:09:55
area in that Arena uh to take care of
00:09:58
homeless fets and we said what's the
00:09:59
best way of doing it well we already
00:10:01
know it we already know that it's got to
00:10:02
be the mental health side cuz we're
00:10:04
already been doing it for years with our
00:10:06
gold star widows and ping first find the
00:10:08
families you know we we know that so you
00:10:11
just can't put a roof over the head like
00:10:12
we can't just pay off a mortgage we got
00:10:14
to make sure we stay with these families
00:10:16
so um so we said we build so I'm
00:10:19
starting to build uh buying hotels All
00:10:21
Over America and we renovate them into
00:10:24
Apartments some of them are will be
00:10:26
transitional for cuz we want the younger
00:10:28
people to transition out we want them
00:10:31
back into society right we need them
00:10:33
assimilate back into society and we give
00:10:36
them all all the tool tools to do that
00:10:39
uh but a lot of it's going to be
00:10:40
permanent because a lot of older guys my
00:10:41
age you know the Vietnam age people uh
00:10:45
uh Heroes uh that serve their country uh
00:10:48
need to be taken care of they're never
00:10:49
going to go back out and get a job so we
00:10:52
we need to do it so we get permanent
00:10:53
housing for them so here we have 161
00:10:56
room hotel that we revamped into private
00:10:59
apartments for all these great Heroes
00:11:01
but on the first floor and I I I want to
00:11:03
read this because I want you to hear all
00:11:05
the things that we have on the first
00:11:07
this is the first floor of this building
00:11:09
that we have all these great Heroes that
00:11:11
went out to protect us and came back and
00:11:14
need help employment assistant job
00:11:17
training benefit assistant educational
00:11:19
assistant many of them went to school
00:11:20
they were close to get maybe degrees
00:11:22
they just stopped them you know let's
00:11:24
get them back out there and get and then
00:11:26
this way here they can go and make
00:11:27
themselves you know more realistic to
00:11:29
get a job financial budget management
00:11:32
very important legal advocacy um and
00:11:35
Medical Care access let them don't even
00:11:37
know what they what they can get through
00:11:38
the VA system uh and it's important and
00:11:41
we do most of these places we we're
00:11:43
building are going to be pretty close to
00:11:45
a VA Center so we can get them uh to the
00:11:47
center and get all the medical help that
00:11:49
they that they need of course Les been
00:11:51
at least mental health support PTSD
00:11:54
counseling and addiction treatment
00:11:56
because you know a lot of men on the
00:11:57
street and they turn into into drugs so
00:11:59
they feel hopeless and helpless well
00:12:01
we're give them back their their hope
00:12:03
we're going to give them back their
00:12:04
dignity and we're going to give them
00:12:06
some comfort by putting them in these
00:12:07
homes so we we just delivered that uh we
00:12:10
uh we had Dennis Quaid was out there
00:12:12
andy petett uh came out there they're
00:12:15
both from Houston yes so when we made
00:12:17
this dedication they were beautiful they
00:12:19
were both the golf tournament they both
00:12:20
came to they were all in they were all
00:12:22
in and and matter of fact Andy just
00:12:23
called me the other day says Frank I can
00:12:25
get electrical equipment for you uh I
00:12:29
have the you know he was going on got a
00:12:30
connection he got a guide and you know
00:12:32
what we always got guys you know and I
00:12:34
need guys and I need girls who have
00:12:36
connections that can get these the help
00:12:38
us get this done in a reasonable way
00:12:40
this project cost nearly $20 million wow
00:12:43
that one project yeah but it's there
00:12:46
forever right it's there forever and
00:12:49
it's just one of many that we're doing
00:12:50
all over the United States I just talked
00:12:52
I just was talking to my team and with
00:12:54
seven new properties that we're looking
00:12:56
to purchase right now we have land in
00:12:58
Florida already we have land in in in in
00:13:01
Atlanta we have land in Pennsylvania we
00:13:04
have land in California we have land in
00:13:06
Phoenix we have land all over yeah and
00:13:09
uh we're going to be building them from
00:13:10
ground up or forget a hotel that's
00:13:12
already there and renovate them and uh
00:13:14
so that that's the model to get it done
00:13:18
you could share your model with sever
00:13:20
several Governors around this country
00:13:22
they would be they would be wise to
00:13:24
listen to your model because you guys
00:13:26
are doing what a lot talk about doing
00:13:28
just give me the money yeah honestly you
00:13:30
would do a lot better with it we can so
00:13:33
so on average I think the the Houston
00:13:35
project that cost is 1225 maybe
00:13:39
$145,000 per veteran to take off the
00:13:42
street and put them in yet but in get
00:13:44
all these services not just you know
00:13:47
ongoing Services that's what it's going
00:13:48
to average out to government cost 450 to
00:13:52
750 yeah it's crazy think about that
00:13:54
three to five times as much what the
00:13:57
government does they can't do
00:13:59
is good well that well if you saw these
00:14:01
uh uh first of all I'm not going to ask
00:14:04
any guy that went out there or girl that
00:14:05
went out there to sacrific their life
00:14:07
for us to sleep in something I wouldn't
00:14:09
sleep in yeah that's the rule if I'm not
00:14:11
going to live there I can't expect
00:14:13
anybody else to live there so that's the
00:14:15
kind of quality that we're building
00:14:16
there and we only know quality because
00:14:18
that's how we build the Smart Homes they
00:14:20
are beautiful every one of these smart
00:14:21
homes with these guys got two three four
00:14:24
limbs they've given out or they paric
00:14:26
quadropolis or traumatic brain injury
00:14:28
one guy traumatic brain injury and and a
00:14:30
double ampt only way you could change a
00:14:33
channel on TV is through his
00:14:36
eyes wow yeah and we have that you know
00:14:38
feature for him so those houses we only
00:14:41
give the best for these great uh
00:14:43
Warriors and heroes because um because
00:14:46
uh they they deserve it but we get it
00:14:48
done and and people should know that you
00:14:50
know 95.1% of every dollar that we raise
00:14:53
goes towards these programs right and
00:14:55
I'm a you know I'm very close to saying
00:14:58
because because I have so many great
00:14:59
individuals that help me with all my
00:15:01
overhead you know
00:15:03
that well let me not say it yet but
00:15:05
close to saying 100% yeah of what people
00:15:10
donate for the homeless you know
00:15:13
initiative that we're doing right all
00:15:14
over will go to to that how many
00:15:17
homeless vets are there well the
00:15:19
government says about 40,000 it's a lot
00:15:22
more it's a minimum 50,000 more so here
00:15:25
here's the thing and and I I'm not here
00:15:27
to rip the government or VA Cent or
00:15:29
anything like that cuz they're just not
00:15:31
equipped we know that they just can't do
00:15:32
it they just can't do it um if
00:15:36
somebody's on the street so we have a a
00:15:38
a two-prong approach more than two-prong
00:15:40
but here's here's the big part of how we
00:15:43
close that Gap and get the M off the
00:15:45
street if somebody's on the street for
00:15:47
three or four months they're not
00:15:49
considered chronic homeless they don't
00:15:51
get the same vouches you know as they
00:15:53
get from the government for for housing
00:15:55
and all that kind of stuff they a year
00:15:58
two years Etc you know they're on the
00:16:00
street they're desperate they're
00:16:02
desperate people they might not recover
00:16:04
who knows um so when we see somebody so
00:16:07
we have a national uh case management
00:16:10
Network through the country we work with
00:16:12
a thousand different non for-profits
00:16:15
Across America Thousand and lot a lot of
00:16:18
them give us a lead or a VA will give us
00:16:21
somebody that's on the street or a
00:16:23
family member will give us somebody
00:16:24
that's on the street and they'll call us
00:16:26
and they say you know can you help this
00:16:28
one well here it is they're living out
00:16:30
of their car or you know whatever that
00:16:34
on the street for three and four months
00:16:35
where the government might what doesn't
00:16:37
recognize them as homeless we could take
00:16:40
that one for a tenth of the amount of
00:16:43
money that it cost for me to build these
00:16:46
you know V Villages that we're building
00:16:48
you and and get them in an apartment
00:16:51
help them with their security and their
00:16:53
and and their rent and then they and
00:16:54
then they get VA vouches work with the
00:16:57
VA to get get them the money that they
00:16:59
going to need to stay in there and the
00:17:01
VA is great with that I will say that
00:17:02
the VA is great with that they need to
00:17:04
be funded like to see them funded more
00:17:07
um and the quicker we get those vouches
00:17:08
the better it is uh for these Heroes and
00:17:10
you're getting to a lot of these people
00:17:11
too when they're struggling so you're
00:17:14
fixing the homelessness crisis for some
00:17:16
of these individuals who can go back out
00:17:18
and re-enter Society get a job take care
00:17:20
of themselves you're catching them in a
00:17:22
time when they're at their lowest but
00:17:24
picking them up in a way that I'm sure
00:17:26
means the world to them and is a it
00:17:28
seems like a drop in the bucket but in
00:17:30
their life probably life changing and
00:17:32
will change their life for the better
00:17:34
from here on out we know a military
00:17:37
response and when you get them a roof
00:17:39
over their head and you give them an
00:17:40
opportunity the success rate is
00:17:43
tremendous it's tremendous we just got
00:17:45
to give them another opportunity in life
00:17:47
and they will they will respond and the
00:17:48
old on them and some of them yes we got
00:17:51
to believe you got to give them a
00:17:52
purpose again you got to you know we
00:17:53
really got to give him purpose I met a
00:17:55
Great Hero yesterday uh unbelievable
00:17:59
another Lieutenant Colonel and um I I
00:18:01
was in um Calhoun Georgia with mohawk I
00:18:06
I spoke at Mohawk uh carpets in flooring
00:18:08
right their great supporters tunnel to
00:18:10
Towers foundation and um and somebody
00:18:14
asked me to meet this Lieutenant Colonel
00:18:15
and he starts he's starting he has a
00:18:17
farm and he's doing something in
00:18:19
agriculture he wants to help the the
00:18:21
veterans get a trade in a Agriculture
00:18:24
and I said oh my goodness I said we
00:18:25
could send you you know so we're going
00:18:27
to help him
00:18:28
to get some of our great Heroes there to
00:18:32
train them you know in the rural areas
00:18:34
of America you know not everybody going
00:18:36
to work in the city not everybody you
00:18:38
know don't people want to work with dirt
00:18:39
in the hands and you know what I mean
00:18:41
that's a beautiful thing we need it and
00:18:43
uh this guy has devoted his life and he
00:18:46
himself has paid a big price he could he
00:18:49
speaks very slowly a traumatic brain
00:18:51
injury but the guy is so focused on
00:18:54
helping others it's it's incredible so
00:18:56
there is good so many good people out
00:18:58
out there and there are other great
00:18:59
organizations out there that we're going
00:19:01
to work with uh to make sure that these
00:19:03
great Heroes get back into the workb for
00:19:05
people who want to help you guys are
00:19:07
doing so much how many mortgage free
00:19:08
homes have you given now to uh over
00:19:11
1,200 over 12200 uh it's remarkable for
00:19:15
people who want to help you said it
00:19:17
already but I want to hammer it home
00:19:19
they go to t2. org and $1 a month
00:19:22
certainly if they can afford to give
00:19:23
more yes be very welcome but we average
00:19:26
a lot more than $1 a month but we ask
00:19:28
for $1 a month because most people could
00:19:29
do it but I want you to know we have a
00:19:31
we have a a uh a challenge out to
00:19:33
Fortune 500 companies we're asking uh
00:19:36
Fortune Financial companies do a million
00:19:38
dollars a year for five years why five
00:19:40
years because I need to create a budget
00:19:41
you know what I mean how much I can
00:19:42
spend that you know is a big lead time
00:19:44
buying a piece of property and and
00:19:45
renovating it and also every
00:19:48
professional team every professional
00:19:50
team um in America should do $250,000 a
00:19:53
year for five years yeah and once again
00:19:55
I don't you know the that's not asking
00:19:57
uh too much but the $111 a month is how
00:20:00
we get it done it it's incredible
00:20:02
bringing all these hundreds and hundreds
00:20:04
of thousands of people together to do it
00:20:06
you've done tremendous work how much
00:20:07
more do you think you could do if you
00:20:09
had the funds to do it I think we take
00:20:10
care of every 50,000 homeless fet and
00:20:13
but that's the goal we're going to
00:20:14
eradicate that's the word I'm using
00:20:15
because it's a it's a big word you know
00:20:18
and and I and tunnel that was we do big
00:20:21
things uh because we have the the the
00:20:24
help of uh your viewers and your
00:20:26
listeners and uh and is certainly a fox
00:20:29
also and I know together we we can get
00:20:31
that done T2 t.org and you know $1 a
00:20:35
month or more we can save all these
00:20:37
people's lives in franking closing tell
00:20:39
us about what you're doing at the
00:20:41
Patriot awards that you're so gracious
00:20:43
to sponsor we're so happy to have you
00:20:45
obviously the outkick family the Fox
00:20:47
Family the Fox Nation family but we're
00:20:49
going to see you tonight on that stage
00:20:51
doing big things you made us cry last
00:20:53
year I have a feeling you're going to
00:20:54
make us cry this year um I'm going to
00:20:56
tell you I'm going to cry this year year
00:20:58
uh because um I was already with my my
00:21:01
nephew Steven Sila who was named after
00:21:04
my brother the Hero Steve Sila and um he
00:21:09
is an award named after my brother
00:21:12
that's awesome just think about that you
00:21:14
know for me to be up there and to see
00:21:17
and hear my brother's name you know a
00:21:20
hero
00:21:21
award named in Steven Silla name for
00:21:25
what my brother did running through that
00:21:27
Brooklyn Battery Tunnel with that fire
00:21:28
gear on his back on 911 and and and he
00:21:31
was saving lives but look at all the
00:21:32
lives he's changed because of what he
00:21:34
did he inspired his older siblings and
00:21:37
we were a lot older um to do good with
00:21:39
our lives and to do it in honor of him
00:21:42
and not just him I want to make this
00:21:43
clear the foundation tunl Towers
00:21:45
Foundation is about all the heroes in
00:21:47
America you know we honor everyone who
00:21:49
perished on 9/11 and all those great
00:21:51
Heroes that died ever since but to be on
00:21:54
that stage with my brother's son who's
00:21:55
named Steven Siller Jr it was very
00:21:58
emotional just during uh a little bit of
00:22:01
uh talking about it early this morning
00:22:02
with my brother so it's it's an honor I
00:22:05
can't believe Fox uh did that uh for for
00:22:08
my family to be quite Frank with you and
00:22:11
uh and I'm we're going to treat it as
00:22:12
such all of us are just very grateful

00:22:17

00:22:26

00:22:28

00:22:31

00:22:34

00:22:36

00:22:38
lined up
00:22:39
$250,000 a year for 5 years with the
00:22:42
billions you're making I think you can
00:22:44
afford to make a little bit of a
00:22:45
difference with Frank Siller keep up the
00:22:47
