Целый месяц человек провел прикованным к кровати, и сформировалась контрактура коленных суставов. Возраст 83 года и артроз 3-4 степени. Конечно нужно делать дополнительно дыхательные упражнения, общеукрепляющее, кардионагрузку (велосипед по 5 минут 2 раза в день). И подход нужен комплексный: физиолечение, массаж, ЛФК, психолог, вертикализация (сидим не менее 4-6 часов) и т.д. Таких случаев много, и причиной длительного нахождения в постели, может быть, не только ковид. Этот комплекс делаем 2-3 раза в день. Перед применением обязательно проконсультируйтесь с вашим лечащим врачом. Имеются противопоказания.
