After all, the flowers are so beautiful, they exude such a delicate aroma. And on cold winter days, they also remind us of the warm summer. "Give women flowers" is sung in a famous song. And men are happy to give bouquets, and women are happy to accept flowers as a gift. This tradition is so firmly embedded in our minds that we do not even think about its background. "What's there to think about?"- many will ask. "It's always been like this, isn't it?". It turns out that the custom of presenting flowers as a gift appeared relatively recently, as we will discuss later. And although the tradition of decorating houses and temples with plucked flowers originates from ancient times, it appeared only at the beginning of the second Millennium of our era. Let us emphasize that at first only Christian churches were decorated with flowers and cut branches of trees. But they were not used as a gift. Why? Recently on our channel there was a video "Living Souls of Trees", where we discussed whether plants can hear us. It turns out that they are able to communicate with us and feel us. They understand our emotions, know when we came to them with good, react sharply to people who cause them pain. Naturally, all this applies to colors. And despite the fact that plants use their own ways of interacting with each other, they are just as alive as we are. However, they are alive only until they are cut off, deprived of roots. After that, they begin to slowly die, and this is the kind of dying beauty we bring to the house. Put it in water, feed it with different additives - so that the flowers will stand longer. That is, they suffered longer, if they already call things by their proper names. And for what happens next, they came up with the soft word "fade", although it would be more correct to say "die". But we continue to buy bouquets and give them to our loved ones for anniversaries and weddings. After all, this is constantly imposed by advertising. A luxurious bouquet of flowers in our understanding is an indispensable attribute of any celebration. Until recently, such a gift, and indeed, was considered a win-win option. But today, more and more often in the text of an invitation to a wedding or other celebration, there is such a line: "do not give Flowers!» Maybe it's because it's impractical, because the flowers will wither quickly, and they are not cheap? In some cases, this is true. But already quite often this happens for other reasons. It is for the reasons that the Ancestors never gave cut flowers. They were generally not allowed to enter the house, it was believed that this could bring trouble. Even medicinal herbs were dried in the yard or in separate rooms where neither people nor animals lived. For sure, some of our viewers will ask: "what about the wreaths that young people decorated themselves with during various holidays? Wasn't that a tradition?". But with wreaths of wild flowers, a completely separate situation, associated with their own special customs worthy of making a separate story about it on our channel. And today we are talking about the tradition of giving cut flowers and their bouquets, so popular in the modern world. Here is a completely different case, which is the source of completely different consequences. After all, if a flower is plucked, depriving it of its roots, it, trying to save its life, will begin to absorb the energy of the place where it is located. That is, it will begin to take it from the inhabitants of the house. With its withering, this flower symbolizes death, dying. No wonder the famous Bulgarian healer and soothsayer Vanga, feeling that a man with flowers entered the room, shouted that he did not bring death into her house. Of course, this person tried to give a bouquet as a sign of respect. After all, it is with such feelings that we usually give flowers. We are also told that flowers are a symbol of love. Sure. But only fresh flowers. But cut plants (in the traditions of many Slavic peoples) - a place only in the cemetery. Confirmation that cut flowers carry the energy of dying can be found in the experiments of Soviet scientists, the Kirlian spouses. They placed the plucked plants in a high-voltage field and found an amazing glow in the images. However, it was faint, barely perceptible. But when the same experiment was performed with a living plant, the glow was much stronger. The same result was obtained when comparing the glow of a whole spruce needle and a plucked one. In the second case, it was very weak. #flowers #gift #bouquet
