“Non sono un bersaglio” è un grido, un appello di civiltà e una Campagna internazionale con un focus specifico sulla situazione nazionale, voluta dalla Croce Rossa Italiana per denunciare il costante intensificarsi di attacchi agli operatori sanitari nei teatri di conflitti in tutto il mondo, ma anche in “insospettabili” contesti come le città e le provincie italiane.Non è trascorsa una settimana, negli ultimi due anni, senza che il CICR (Comitato Internazionale di Croce Rossa, l’Istituzione indipendente e neutrale che protegge e assiste le vittime della guerra e della violenza armata) abbia registrato un episodio di violenza contro l’assistenza sanitaria: circa 1300 incidenti in 16 Paesi in conflitto o colpiti da altre emergenze. Questo tipo di violenze si associa sempre a scenari “lontani”, a Paesi coinvolti da conflitti bellici o di altro tipo.
