ДОМАШНИЙ СЫР ЗА КОПЕЙКИ👍БЕРЕМ МОЛОКО 🥛 и ЛИМОННУЮ КИСЛОТУ 🍋И ПОЛУЧАЕМ СЫР ПАНИР 🧀 Ингредиенты: 6 л молока (домашнее) 10-12 гр лимонной кислоты * соль по вкусу при желании * вода 100 мл Расчет необходимого количества лимонной кислоты: 2 гр лимонной кислоты на 1 литр молока 1) Молоко нагреваем примерно до 90-95°С регулярно помешивая (не доводить до кипения!) 2) Пока молоко нагревается готовим кислотный раствор. Расчет указан выше. 3) Когда температура молока достигла необходимой, убавляем огонь до самого минимального и вводим раствор в молоко. Слегка промешать и остановить. 4) Оставляем на 5-7 минут. Молоко должно свернуться. Отделится сыворотка. 5) Выключаем огонь. 6) Аккуратно извлекаем сырную массу и размещаем на форму для сыра или дуршлаг/сито, так же можно застелить марлей. 7) Солим по вкусу. (я солю между слоями во время формирования сыра в форме) 8) Слегка утрамбовываем !при желании! (ставим гнёт/пресс) и оставляем на час-два до полного остывания и чтобы стекла вся лишняя влага. Далее в холодильник для лучшей стабилизации. Сыр готов! Приятного аппетита ❤️ Выход сыра: 941 гр из 6 л молока.
