Pour la préparer au mieux, Chef Damien vous propose une recette simple, rapide et qui plaira aux petits comme aux grands. La recette pour 6 personnes : Ingrédients Pour la pâte sucrée : 125 g de beurre demi-sel mou 80 g de sucre 1 œuf gros 1 pincée de sel ou sel fin Pour la ganache : 75 cl de crème fraîche liquide 450 g de chocolat noir Préparation : Préparation de la pâte sucrée : Dans un saladier, crémer le beurre pommade avec le sucre. Ajouter l'œuf et mélanger. Verser la farine et le sel. Mélanger et former une boule. Lorsqu’elle a reposé, l’étaler sur une épaisseur de 4 mm. Laisser reposer 30 minutes au réfrigérateur. Cuisson de la pâte sucrée : Préchauffer le four à 170°C. Garnir un moule à tarte de 24 cm de diamètre avec la pâte sucrée. Piquer le fond à l’aide d’une fourchette. Enfourner pour 30 minutes environ, jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit bien dorée. Laisser tiédir et démouler sur une grille. Préparation de la ganache : Concassez grossièrement le chocolat. Porter la crème à ébullition. Lorsque la crème est à ébullition, y mettre le chocolat et laisser fondre pendant 2 minutes. Mélanger. Assemblage : Verser la ganache sur le fond de pâte. Lisser la surface à l’aide d’une spatule. Laisser prendre au réfrigérateur 1 heure minimum. Servir.
