If you don't want to train this part, just stop the workout after 10min :) I would encourage you to do everything though, because training outer thighs is important as well. And no, it will not give you hip dips :D Let me say this right away: I'm sorry for the last couple of exercises hahah!! When I tested the workout, I thought "okay it's challenging, but that's what we want". The next day, my thighs were soooo sore, that I was barely able to finish the workout when filming :D :D :D Look closely, my legs are SHAKING!!
