Are you struggling with your THIGHS? It's a problem area for many women out there.. but we can definitely do something about this ♥︎ / Werbung The first 10 minutes are strictly focused on inner thighs. The last 5min are dedicated to the outer thighs. If you don't want to train this part, just stop the workout after 10min :) I would encourage you to do everything though, because training outer thighs is important as well. And no, it will not give you hip dips :D Let me say this right away: I'm sorry for the last couple of exercises hahah!! When I tested the workout, I thought "okay it's challenging, but that's what we want". The next day, my thighs were soooo sore, that I was barely able to finish the workout when filming :D :D :D Look closely, my legs are SHAKING!! My brother Dennis was behind the camera and motivated me with "don't you give up during a Pamela Reif workout. If somebody can do it, it's Pamela Reif. Hold your leg up!" __ If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!
