Этот выпуск проекта «Научу за 3 минуты» посвящён базовой сердечно-лёгочной реанимации (СЛР). Об основных этапах его проведения рассказывает Карлыгаш Орманбетова врач-инструктор Учебно-клинического центра «Астана». При остановке кровообращения человек теряет сознание, у него прекращается дыхание, если не оказать правильную, и своевременную помощь, наступает смерть. В случаях остановки кровообращения, необходимо незамедлительно провести СЛР. Базовая сердечно-легочная реанимация - это сочетание компрессий грудной клетки и искусственного дыхания (искусственная вентиляция лёгких). Компрессии грудной клетки (непрямой массаж сердца) проводится на глубину 5 - 6 см со скоростью 100 - 120 нажатий в минуту. Соотношение компрессий и вдохов для взрослых должно быть 30 к 2 (30 компрессий и 2 вдоха). Следует учитывать, что СЛР не восстанавливает работу сердца. Её главная задача восстановить частичный поток насыщенной кислородом крови к мозгу и сердцу, чтобы отсрочить омертвение тканей и выиграть время до приезда скорой помощи.
