Пахта -кисломолочный продукт, но - это ни в коем случае не сыворотка от творога, это совсем другое. По вкусу они отличаются в корне. Девочкам из Германии (Buttermilch) 10 гр какао порошка 1 чайная ложка соды БЕЗ ГОРКИ 1 чайная ложка разрыхлителя БЕЗ ГОРКИ 2 щепотки соли 475 гр пшеничной муки выпекаю при температуре 170 градусов Цельсия режим верх низ без конвекции примерно 60 минут. Готовность проверяю деревянной шпажкой ========================================== крем МОККА для начинки тортов.КОФЕЙНО-ШОКОЛАДНЫЙ КРЕМ МОККА для тортов и капкейков.
