My morning supplements, how I make my smoothie, grabbing a matcha, workout at Justin Gelband, lunch & cryo with Laurens, infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage, grabbing dinner at the Whole Foods & finishing the day with a spraytan. Ofcourse I don’t always prep like this because sometimes I’m traveling a day before the shoot but if I can I love to take a day to do selfcare, because it also makes me feel good and relaxed!
