the people, the King of the00:01:36
people, the God of the00:01:42
people, from the evil. The00:01:49
deceitful whisperer who whispers into the hearts of00:01:56

sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in00:02:35
the heavens and whatever is on00:02:38
earth. Who is there to intercede with00:02:45
Him but Him?00:02:47
By His permission, He knows what is before them and what is00:02:53
behind them, and they do not comprehend any00:02:57
of the knowledge of00:03:01
His knowledge except what He00:03:06
wills. His Throne extends over00:03:10
the heavens and the earth, and00:03:15
His preservation of them does not hinder Him. He is the Most High, the00:03:20
Great. I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan. In the name of00:03:24
God, the Most Gracious, the Most00:03:27
Merciful. They ask you about00:03:33

Anfal belongs to God and to the Messenger, so00:03:40
fear God, and make peace00:03:45
among yourselves, and obey God and00:03:50

believers, then00:04:00
the believers are those who, when God is mentioned, whose hearts fear,00:04:06
and when His verses are recited to them,00:04:10
it increases them00:04:13
in faith and00:04:18
put their trust in their Lord, those who establish prayer00:04:24
and spend from what00:04:25
We have provided them. These00:04:33
are the00:04:36
true believers. They have degrees with their Lord00:04:43
and forgiveness00:04:45
and generous provision, just00:04:50
as your Lord brought you out of your house in truth.00:04:56
And a00:04:57
group of the believers are00:05:03
haters who argue with you about00:05:04
The truth after it has become clear00:05:10
is as if they are being led to death while they are00:05:17
watching, and when God promises you that one of00:05:23
the two groups00:05:25
is yours, and you wish that the one without the thorn00:05:32
would be yours, and God wants to establish00:05:38
the truth, and God wants to establish the truth00:05:45
with His words and cut off the traces of the00:05:50
disbelievers so that He may establish the truth and abolish falsehood, even if00:05:58
the criminals hate it. When00:06:00
you sought help from your Lord, and He answered you. Indeed, I will00:06:07
support you with00:06:09
a thousand of00:06:12
angels in succession, and00:06:16
God has not made it but good news and to reassure your00:06:24
hearts thereby, and00:06:26
victory is only from00:06:32
God. Indeed,00:06:34
God is Mighty,00:06:39
Wise. When He makes you fall00:06:42
asleep, it is00:06:44
safe from Him, and He sends down upon00:06:47
you water from00:06:50
the sky to00:06:54
purify you therewith, and to remove00:06:58
from you and to remove from you the filth of Satan, and to strengthen your00:07:05
hearts and make00:07:10
feet firm therewith, when Your Lord reveals to00:07:16
the angels, “Indeed,00:07:18
I am with you, so strengthen those who have00:07:23
believed. I will send terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, so strike00:07:29
above the necks and strike every finger of them.” That is because they have00:07:44
antagonized God and His00:07:47
Messenger. And whoever opposes God and His Messenger,00:07:53
then God is severe in00:07:58
punishment. That is for them, so taste it. Indeed, for the00:08:04
disbelievers is the00:08:06
torment of00:08:08
fire.00:08:10
O you who00:08:15
have believed, when you meet those who disbelieve crawling. So do not turn your backs to them. And00:08:25
whoever turns his back to them00:08:29
on that day,00:08:32
unless he turns away to fight or00:08:37
takes sides, then he has become afflicted with00:08:47
the wrath of God, and his refuge is00:08:53
Hell, and wretched is00:08:57
the destination. So you did not fight back. They killed them,00:09:01
but God killed them. And you did not throw, when you threw,00:09:09
but God threw, and that He00:09:12
might give the believers a00:09:17
good trial from Him. Indeed, God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.00:09:27
And God is All-Hearing. God attenuates the plot of the00:09:33
disbelievers. If you seek victory, then00:09:39
victory has come to you. If00:09:44
you refrain, it is better for you, and if you return, we will promise, and00:09:51
your group will not be of use to you at all, even if it is many. Indeed,00:09:59
God is with00:10:03
the believers.00:10:05
O you who00:10:09
have believed, obey God and00:10:12
His Messenger and do not turn away from him00:10:17
while you00:10:20
hear, and do not be like those who said, “We hear,” and they do00:10:27
not hear. The00:10:31
worst of00:10:36
animals in the sight of God are the00:10:40
deaf and dumb who do not00:10:45
understand. And if God had known there was good in them, He would have made them00:10:51
hear. And if He had made them heard, they would have turned away. [00:11:00

and the Messenger when he calls you to what00:11:12
He will give you life.00:11:15
And know that God comes between a person and his heart00:11:25
and that to Him you will be gathered.00:11:30

And know00:11:46
that God is severe in00:11:51
punishment,00:11:53
and remember when00:11:55
you were00:11:57
few and weak in the land, fearing that00:12:05
people would kidnap you.00:12:07

refuge and00:12:13
support you with His victory and provide for you. So take refuge and support you with His victory and00:12:20
provide for you with00:12:22
good things that you may be00:12:26
grateful. O you who have believed, do not betray00:12:33
God and the Messenger and00:12:37
betray00:12:39
your own trust00:12:41
while you00:12:44
know, and00:12:46
know that00:12:52
your wealth00:12:53
and your children are only a test.00:12:57
God00:13:01
has a great reward,00:13:07
O you who00:13:11
have believed. If you fear God, He will make for you00:13:17
a criterion and atone for you00:13:22
your sins and forgive you. And God is the Possessor of great bounty. And when00:13:30
those who disbelieve plot against you to defeat you, or00:13:37
kill you, or expel00:13:41
you,00:13:42
and they plot, and00:13:48
God plots, and God is the best of00:13:55
planners. And when00:13:59
Our verses are recited to him, they say, “We have heard. If00:14:04
We wished, we could have said a parable.”00:14:08
This is nothing00:14:12
but legends of the00:14:16
ancients. And when they said, “O00:14:19
God, if this is the truth from You, then rain upon00:14:27
us00:14:29
stones from00:14:32
the sky, or bring upon us a00:14:37
painful torment.” And God would not punish them while00:14:43
you were among them, nor would God00:14:48
punish them while they00:14:54
sought forgiveness, and it is not for them to be punished by God while they00:15:01
turned away from the Sacred Mosque, and00:15:06
they were not.00:15:10

guardians - indeed, His guardians are only the righteous,00:15:19
but most of them00:15:24
do not know, and their prayer at the House is nothing but00:15:33
a cry00:15:35
and a reluctance to it. So taste the torment because you disbelieved. Indeed,00:15:42
those who disbelieved spend their00:15:48
wealth to avert from the path of00:15:54
God. Then00:15:55
they will spend it,00:15:57
then00:15:59

they will spend it,00:16:02
then it will be a00:16:06
regret for them,00:16:08
then they will be00:16:11
defeated. And those who disbelieve will be gathered00:16:14
to00:16:16
Hell, to be gathered together00:16:19
to be distinguished. God puts the bad from the good and puts00:16:26
the bad one upon00:16:29
another and00:16:30
piles them00:16:32
all together00:16:34
and places them in00:16:36
Hell. Those00:16:39
are00:16:43
the losers. Tell those who00:16:47
disbelieve to00:16:50
desist, their past will be forgiven, and00:16:56
if they return, the years of the first two have passed.00:17:05
Fight them until there is no00:17:09
temptation and the religion is entirely for00:17:15
God. But if they00:17:17
desist, then00:17:20
God is All-Seeing of what they do.00:17:27
Turn away00:17:30
and know00:17:32
that God is your00:17:35
Master. He is the best Master and the Best00:17:42

and know that whatever00:17:49

fifth of it belongs to God and to the Messenger and to the near of kin and the orphans and the near of kin and the orphans and00:18:07
the needy and the wayfarer, if you00:18:16
believe in00:18:19

believe in God and in00:18:27
what00:18:30
We have sent down to Our servant on the Day of Criterion, the day00:18:39
the two hosts met, and God has power over all00:18:44
things00:18:46
when00:18:50
You are in the worldly enemy, and they are in the ultimate enemy, and00:18:57
the rank is lower00:19:00
than you. And if00:19:02
you had made an appointment, you would have disagreed about the appointment, but that00:19:09
God might accomplish a00:19:11
matter that was already in00:19:14
effect, so that he who perished would perish by00:19:20
his proof, and he who lived would live by00:19:25
his proof,00:19:27
and indeed, God is All-Hearing,00:19:32
All-Knowing, when God showed you them in your dream00:19:39
for a little while, and if He showed you a lot of them, you would have failed and not00:19:46
quarreled over the matter,00:19:50
but God has granted00:19:55
that He is All-Knowing of00:20:01
the breasts, and when He showed them to you when you met00:20:10
a little in your eyes,00:20:12
and He made you few00:20:14
in their eyes, so that God may accomplish a00:20:19
matter that was already00:20:22
destined, and to God the matters will be returned00:20:28

O you who00:20:35
have believed, when you meet a group, be steadfast and remember God00:20:43
often that you may00:20:47
succeed, and obey God and00:20:51
His Messenger, and do not dispute, lest you fail and00:20:58
judgment will be lost, and be00:21:00

Indeed, God is with00:21:08
those who are patient, and do not be like those who left00:21:15
their homes in00:21:19
arrogance and to show off to00:21:21
people00:21:22
and turn away from the path of00:21:27
God, and00:21:29
God encompasses what they00:21:40
do. And when Satan made their deeds seem pleasing to them and said, “No man can defeat you today, and I am your neighbor.” When you saw the00:21:57
two groups coming, he turned back on his heels and said, “00:22:05
I am00:22:07
disavowed00:22:09

I see what You do not see00:22:18
that I fear00:22:22

the angels strike their faces00:23:11
and their backs, and they taste the torment of00:23:17
the free. That is for what your hands have forwarded,00:23:23
and God is not00:23:26
unjust00:23:30
to the servants. Pharaoh and those00:23:37
before them disbelieved in the signs of God, so God seized them for their00:23:45
sins. Indeed,00:23:47
God is00:23:51
Powerful and Severe00:23:53
[laughter]00:23:55
in retribution. This is because God would not00:24:01
change the favors He bestowed upon a people until00:24:08
they changed what was00:24:11
in themselves.00:24:13
Indeed, God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. This is the case00:24:18
with Pharaoh and those00:24:25
before them who denied the signs of their Lord, so We00:24:30
destroyed them for their00:24:33
sins and00:24:37
drowned the world.00:24:40
Pharaoh00:24:43
and all of them were00:24:48
wrongdoers.00:24:50
Indeed, the worst of00:24:55
animals is from God, those who disbelieved, so they do not00:25:05
believe in those with whom you made a covenant. Then they break00:25:11
their covenant00:25:19
every00:25:23
time. Then they break their covenant every time, and they do not00:25:26
fear.00:25:29
So, as00:25:32
you educate them in war, disperse them behind them, perhaps they will00:25:42
remember.00:25:44
And if00:25:46
you fear a treacherous people, then00:25:53
repel to them. On the00:25:56
other hand,00:25:59
God does not like00:26:07
traitors, nor do00:26:10
those who disbelieved think that they have00:26:13
preceded that00:26:16
they will not be00:26:21
incapable. And prepare against them whatever00:26:29
strength you can and of the tether of horses, with which you may terrify the enemy of God00:26:38
and your enemy and00:26:40
others besides them whom00:26:45
you do not know. God00:26:47
knows them. And00:26:53
whatever you spend in the cause of God will come to00:26:58
you, and00:27:00
you will not be00:27:05
wronged.00:27:07
They incline to peace, so incline to it, and trust in00:27:16
God. Indeed, He00:27:19
is the Hearing, the All-00:27:24
Knowing. And if He wants them00:27:29
to deceive you, then00:27:37
God is sufficient for you. He is the one who supported you00:27:41
with His victory and the believers00:27:49
and united their00:27:52
hearts. If00:27:54
you had spent all that is on earth, you would not have00:28:00
united their hearts.00:28:05
But God unites00:28:09
between them. Indeed,00:28:11
He is Mighty,00:28:15
Wise. O00:28:20
Prophet, God is sufficient for you and whoever follows you. Of the believers,00:28:30
O00:28:33
Prophet, exhort the believers to00:28:40
fight.00:28:41
If there are00:28:44
twenty of you who are patient,00:28:47
they will defeat two00:28:51
hundred, and00:28:53
if there are of00:29:28
you a hundred, they will defeat a thousand. Of those who disbelieved, they are a people who do not understand. Now God has lightened your burden and knows that there is weakness among you. If there are among you00:29:30
a hundred00:29:32
patient people, they will defeat00:29:36
two hundred, and00:29:37
if there are a thousand of00:29:40
you, they will00:29:45
overcome. Two thousand,00:29:51
God willing, and God is with00:29:56
the patient. It is00:29:57
not for a prophet to have00:30:03
captives until he has oppressed the00:30:08
land. You want the breadth of this world, and God wants the00:30:16
afterlife. And God is Mighty,00:30:21
Wise. If it were not for a00:30:24
book from God, a great punishment would have touched you for00:30:30
what you have taken, so eat of00:30:36
what you have taken as lawful00:30:44
and good spoils, and fear00:30:49
God. Indeed,00:30:51
God is Forgiving and00:30:56
Merciful,00:30:59

Prophet. Say to the00:31:03
captives00:31:06
in your00:31:08
hands:00:31:12
If God knows good in your hearts, He will give you00:31:21
good. If God knows good in your hearts, He will give you00:31:31
better00:31:34
than what was taken from you, and He will forgive you. And God is Forgiving,00:31:44
Merciful. And00:31:46
if they want to betray you, they have betrayed God before, so00:31:56
God has enabled them. God is All-00:32:00
Knowing, All-Wise. Indeed, those who believed and emigrated and strove with their wealth. And00:32:11
their souls are in the path of God, and those who took shelter and00:32:25
helped those, those are00:32:29
allies of one another. And those who believed and did not00:32:35
emigrate, you have nothing of00:32:41
their guardianship until00:32:46
they emigrate, and if they00:32:49
seek help from you in religion, then you must00:32:53
support them, except against a people00:33:00
with whom there is a00:33:02
covenant. And God is All-Seeing of what you do. And00:33:08
those who disbelieve are00:33:15
allies of others. If you do not do it, there will be a00:33:23
trial in the world. Earth00:33:25
and00:33:29
great corruption. And those who believed and emigrated and strove for the00:33:35
sake of God, and those who took shelter00:33:42
and supported00:33:44
those, they are the true believers. For00:33:51
them is00:33:53
forgiveness00:33:55
and a generous provision. And those who00:33:59
believed after that and00:34:04
emigrated and00:34:06
strove with you - those are00:34:12
of you, and relatives of one another have more right to one another00:34:19
in the Book of God.00:34:25
Indeed, God is all-knowing of all things.00:34:43
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the Protector of the00:34:55
Repentant.00:35:00
What is clear is00:35:03
that00:35:05
We sent it down on a00:35:09
blessed night. Indeed, We are00:35:18
warners therein. Every wise decree separates every00:35:24
decree from another to another. Indeed, We were00:35:33
sent as a mercy from your00:35:36
Lord. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the00:35:39
All-00:35:43
Knowing, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if00:35:51
you are certain. There is00:35:54
no god but He. He gives life and causes00:36:02
death. Your Lord and the Lord of00:36:07
your00:36:10
forefathers. Nay, they are in00:36:13
Doubt00:36:17
they are playing, so wait for the day the sky brings forth00:36:24
with clear smoke that will00:36:28
cover the00:36:30
people. This is a painful torment.00:36:34
Our Lord, reveal00:36:37
the torment. We are00:36:42
believers. It is theirs to remember. And a00:36:54
clear messenger came to them. Then they turned away from him and said, “A00:37:02
crazy teacher. We will00:37:05
reveal the torment for a00:37:08
little while.00:37:10
You will00:37:15
return on the day we unleash the greatest blow.00:37:21
We are00:37:25
avengers.00:37:27
And00:37:28
before them we tried the people of Pharaoh00:37:33
and came to them.” A00:37:38
noble Messenger, if you turn to me, servants of00:37:45

I am to you a00:37:51
trustworthy Messenger. And do not be stubborn against God. Indeed,00:37:57

with clear authority,00:38:06
and I seek refuge in my Lord and your Lord, lest you be stoned.00:38:13
And if you do not believe in Me, then withdraw. So00:38:20
he called upon his Lord, “00:38:25

criminal people. Take my servants by night.00:38:35
You are00:38:38
being followed, and I will leave the sea as its anchorage.00:38:41
They are00:38:48
drowned hosts. How many people have they left behind.”00:38:54
Gardens and00:38:59
springs and crops and an00:39:04
honorable position and00:39:06
blessings in which they were fruitful.00:39:10
Likewise,00:39:14
We made00:39:18
other people inherit them, but00:39:24
the heaven and the earth did not weep for them, and they did not00:39:30
look back. And We saved the Children of00:39:36
Israel from the humiliating torment00:39:43
from Pharaoh. Indeed,00:39:45
he was00:39:48
exalted among the extravagant.00:39:52
And00:39:54
We chose them with knowledge from those above00:39:59
the worlds00:40:03
and gave them signs in which there was00:40:11
clear affliction.00:40:16
These people00:40:18
say that this is only our first death, and we will not be00:40:27
resurrected. Then bring to00:40:30
our fathers, if00:40:33
you are00:40:36
truthful, who is better or a people00:40:42
to be sold. And those00:40:45
before them We destroyed. Indeed, they were00:40:54
criminals. We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is00:41:00
between them in play.00:41:05
We did not create them except with the00:41:08
truth.00:41:10
But most of them do not00:41:14
know that the appointed time for them all is the Day of Judgment, a00:41:21
day that will not avail. Mawla from00:41:27
Mawla at all, and they will not be00:41:32
helped except those whom God has mercy upon. Indeed, He00:41:39
is the Mighty, the Most00:41:44
Merciful. Indeed, the tree of00:41:49
Zaqqum is the food of the00:41:52
sinful, like mulch.00:41:56
[Laughter]00:41:58
Bellies are like boiling boiling water.00:42:03
Take him and mount him to the boiling00:42:10
waters of00:42:12
Hell. Then pour over his head from the00:42:20
boiling torment. Taste that00:42:24
if You are the Mighty, the00:42:30
Generous, that this is What00:42:34

were you thinking about? Indeed, the00:42:41
righteous are in a00:42:46
secure position, in00:42:50
gardens00:42:53
and springs, clothed with00:42:58
silk and brocade00:43:00

facing each other in the same way. And We have married them to lakes of a00:43:11
spring in which they will pray for every fruit in00:43:18
security. They will not taste therein death except the first death,00:43:26
and He has protected them from the torment of00:43:30
Hell, a00:43:32
bounty from your Lord. That is the great victory. For it is only00:43:43
We have made it easy with your tongue that they may00:43:49
remember, so expect00:43:54
that they have passed00:43:56

I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. And the pure ones are arrayed, then the rebellious ones are rebuked, so the following ones are a00:44:19
reminder. Indeed, your God is00:44:22
one, Lord of00:44:27
the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and Lord00:44:33
of the easts. We have adorned00:44:39
the lower heaven with the adornment of00:44:43
the stars,00:44:46
and are protected from every00:44:51
rebellious devil.00:44:54
They do not listen to me. The highest mullahs,00:44:58
and they are hurled from every side,00:45:03
and they will have a00:45:08
severe torment, except for the one who is snatched away. Then a00:45:17
piercing meteor follows him. So00:45:18
I asked them, is they more severe in character, or those whom00:45:24
we created? Nay, I am astonished. And00:45:37
they scoff, and when they mention, they do not00:45:42
remember. And when they see a sign, they00:45:46
scoff and00:45:50
say, “This is nothing but00:45:57
clear sorcery. When we die00:46:00
and are00:46:03
dust.” And great, indeed, are we the00:46:08
messengers of00:46:11
our00:46:14
forefathers? Say, “Yes,”00:46:27
while you are abstaining. For it is only one rebuke. And when they00:46:30
look and say, “Woe to us, this is the Day of00:46:38
