Сегодня у меня очередная фруктовая заготовка, будем варить быстрый абрикосовый джем с агар-агаром. Готовится он за считанные минуты, варится за один прием, что позволяет сохранить цвет, вкус и аромат свежих фруктов и при этом получается густым и насыщенным! Для этого рецепта идеально подойдут даже перезревшие плоды. Крепкие, плотные и зеленоватые плоды оставьте для варенья, а для джема или конфитюра отлично подойдут максимально спелые абрикосы. После остывания, джем густеет, но ни как плотное желе, он остается мягким и нежным. При таком способе приготовления абрикосовый джем не теряет свой естественный цвет - он яркий и светлый, насыщенно абрикосовый, без темно-карамельного оттенка, как при способе уваривания. На вкус очень приятный, кисло-сладкий, совершенно не приторный, с ароматом свежих абрикосов. Такой джем идеально сочетается с творогом, запеканками, пудингами, блинчиками, оладьями, подходит для намазывания на булочки или тосты, да и просто к чаю.
