00:00:02
there is a Belarusian question, that’s what we
00:00:04
called our broadcast, we have
00:00:05
wonderful guests today, as we
00:00:07
announced them, they came to us for Georgiy on
00:00:10
Tikhonovtsu, we consider you a langer, the
00:00:12
president of Belarus, who is there, as we
00:00:15
announce you, so we titrate Well,
00:00:18
everyone knows Alexey Arrestovich
00:00:20
Greetings Alexey Good evening, well,
00:00:25
well, we have more than 30 thousand watching,
00:00:29
11,000 have given likes, please, as usual,
00:00:31
we want as many people as possible
00:00:33
to see this broadcast, so we expect you
00:00:36
to post links to this company on
00:00:38
your social accounts about groups,
00:00:40
be sure to like and
00:00:42
subscribe to the channel of the fairy Dean Life And
00:00:45
then we’ll get started Well, then
00:00:48
we called the Belarusian question that way, but it
00:00:51
contains a lot of aspects and
00:00:52
especially everything that has happened in the last,
00:00:56
let’s say, weeks and maybe
00:00:59
another month And it has come to the uh aggravation of
00:01:02
the situation to the maximum here literally just
00:01:04
now, on the eve of the broadcast,
00:01:06
information appeared that Belarusian
00:01:09
military helicopters on the border with Poland either
00:01:12
crossed the Cordon or did not cross it, or
00:01:14
ended up in its area. But not
00:01:17
all the information has been confirmed yet. But this
00:01:18
was stated precisely by the Polish defense, and all
00:01:21
this perception is in the context of the morning
00:01:22
statements Lukashenko about the fact that he supposedly,
00:01:24
but I’ll paraphrase it myself, so to speak,
00:01:27
joked about a tourist trip to
00:01:29
Rzeszow and Warsaw PMC Wagner, no one
00:01:34
laughs and everyone reacts very seriously,
00:01:35
so I wanted to start with this Let’s
00:01:37
discuss What’s going on, after all,
00:01:40
I’ve heard the opinion of Islam I’m saying,
00:01:43
refute or confirm, or you have
00:01:45
your opinion that in general in Belarus
00:01:47
they reacted with great tension to the appearance of
00:01:50
something insidious, I now don’t mean
00:01:51
those opponents of the regime who are the
00:01:54
majority of the population there, this is understandable.
00:01:55
This goes without saying, but even within the authorities,
00:01:58
this is, to put it
00:01:59
mildly, without delight the
00:02:01
appearance in the village of the target of the
00:02:03
Mogilev region of this camp with an
00:02:06
incomprehensible perspective and incomprehensible
00:02:08
functionality of the dude was perceived as important, and especially
00:02:11
the statement in Moscow that
00:02:14
Lukashenko made that they are begging him
00:02:17
means, eh ha-ha, to go with a tourist
00:02:21
there to Warsaw and that’s how you
00:02:25
tell us about this
00:02:28
Well, this is clearly escalating the situation
00:02:32
because these are such blackmail cards in the
00:02:37
hands of both Putin and Lukashenko, but I think
00:02:39
that Lukashenko himself doesn’t really know what to
00:02:42
do with swagmers, but in fact we have
00:02:44
very little information And so far
00:02:49
no one knows exactly what the goal is actually
00:02:51
finding Belarus, we know that today the
00:02:54
14th, in my opinion, column of mercenaries has arrived
00:02:58
and in total there are 3,800,4000
00:03:01
people in Belarus and the columns continue to arrive.
00:03:04
But our monitoring group
00:03:08
in the Belarusian region says that they are
00:03:10
arriving without heavy equipment. But of course
00:03:13
it all looks like
00:03:16
an operation coordinated by the Kremlin and again, I repeat
00:03:18
that Lukashenko himself does not know what to do with this,
00:03:20
he was simply presented with the fact
00:03:23
that they are staying and you are
00:03:26
organizing there and Lukashen
00:03:29
has already set up tents to serve there and the
00:03:33
Wagnerites, of course, can be
00:03:34
used in different ways, they can
00:03:36
create constant pressure to Poland and
00:03:40
Lithuanian already before Poland, these are some
00:03:42
randomly selected cities in fact.
00:03:45
Perhaps they will be used for
00:03:47
provocations and
00:03:50
perhaps Lukashenko hopes that the
00:03:52
Wagnerites will help protect
00:03:55
Lukashenko himself. But the most important thing is the
00:03:59
Warnerites are another way for the Kremlin to
00:04:02
control Belarus, but the regime
00:04:05
is trying to do this sell to Belarusians, first of
00:04:07
all, it’s as if they will train the
00:04:10
Belarusian army, but you already
00:04:13
said there is no support among Belarusians And even the children of
00:04:15
Belarusians who As we call me
00:04:18
dads because all this is very
00:04:19
risky, this is Armed people who, you
00:04:23
know, without a king in their head, do what they
00:04:25
want, everyone knows the words
00:04:28
and I hardly think that some of
00:04:31
Lukashenko’s fans understand what to do with him,
00:04:36
so thank you. Look, Alexey, here we have a
00:04:40
follow-up question for you. Do you remember this
00:04:42
story in August of 1920? 30
00:04:44
Wagnerus, of course, were on the very
00:04:47
eve of the elections in connection with the operation supposedly
00:04:49
no one really nothing doesn’t understand the
00:04:51
SBU operations that were carried out to
00:04:55
possibly force the
00:04:58
plane to land in Odessa, which means they
00:05:01
had to transit through Minsk and,
00:05:03
in fact, how they were
00:05:05
treated quite cruelly, treated harshly, uh,
00:05:09
Lukashenko, I suspect that they
00:05:12
came for his soul, that then there was
00:05:15
huge tension with Moscow then whether
00:05:17
they want to remove him or not they don’t want to remove him Well, uh,
00:05:20
he took part in the elections But as it
00:05:23
was seen from Ukraine and now how are you there,
00:05:27
30 people, that means you broke And here you have,
00:05:30
as always, we say almost 4,000 but
00:05:32
different numbers are called Well, let’s say four
00:05:34
three 800 is now there, how does it all fit together,
00:05:37
even if Putin
00:05:39
persuades him? Well, you place it. Well, go ahead and
00:05:41
so on, he curries favor. But these
00:05:43
risks are not removed; he also
00:05:45
turns out that they need to be
00:05:46
channeled somewhere, having, of course, received the Kremlin
00:05:48
money for it. He can say so go for
00:05:51
some kind of provocation in order to blame
00:05:53
them on somehow dumping yourself in Africa or
00:05:56
in Poland dumping them or somewhere else,
00:05:59
you know
00:06:00
the provocation is already going on inside the wire,
00:06:04
so a person called the president cannot imagine himself,
00:06:07
although we know who the president
00:06:09
was the president Belarus has before us the law
00:06:11
of risks
00:06:12
Yes At night he is called the president and
00:06:15
carries out what in Western
00:06:17
political science is called
00:06:18
effective control
00:06:20
to manage the power machine, accordingly
00:06:22
suppresses and here he is this person, together with
00:06:25
Putin,
00:06:27
involved in ensuring the
00:06:28
information operation What kind of
00:06:30
operation is this, what scale should it be
00:06:32
and a provocation so that the two presidents
00:06:34
provide information with a statement
00:06:36
that they want to go to Paris, they want to Warsaw And
00:06:40
in general, the Western European
00:06:41
Western Polish lands of Russia are
00:06:44
conducting an operation
00:06:46
of a strategic scale, we are inside
00:06:48
it, the question is how far it will go and what
00:06:50
true goals it pursues and all these
00:06:52
statements are transportation attacks
00:06:55
refugees refugees with the help refugees of the Belarusian
00:06:58
border territories of Belarus,
00:07:01
helicopters have just flown in, this is not accidental.
00:07:02
This is an action planned along the way,
00:07:05
calculated step by step, it leads to a
00:07:07
certain climax. I think closer to the
00:07:09
middle of September or October there
00:07:12
is now a soft build-up.
00:07:14
Why Because the West 20-23 teaching of
00:07:18
Belarus begins with the Russian
00:07:19
Belarusian and exercise Rescuers CSTO wall
00:07:23
20-23 begins on September 5 this will be a
00:07:26
well-organized
00:07:27
group of troops, you understand, it
00:07:29
will suit any provocations, very reliable
00:07:31
and will strengthen any signal, even an innocent
00:07:33
throw of a brick
00:07:35
When there is a
00:07:37
group behind you, but why do you need a CSTO exercise
00:07:39
because this is a crisis response
00:07:44
they can to create bases for these
00:07:46
same refugees who will come in wide
00:07:49
waves
00:07:53
and for me there is nothing accidental here, I
00:07:56
would consider this issue, I would like to
00:07:58
consider
00:08:00
the issue
00:08:01
from the point of view of Belarusian sovereignty.
00:08:05
What is Lukashenko doing, Who
00:08:07
has studied all his life that He defends Belarusian
00:08:08
sovereignty has increased or decreased as a
00:08:11
result of this Belarusian sovereignty, an
00:08:12
armed group is known for the fact that
00:08:14
it recently went to capture the
00:08:17
Russian headquarters
00:08:18
and went on an offensive against Moscow. Now
00:08:22
they are, to put it mildly, poorly controlled people,
00:08:24
reckless people in the number of almost two,
00:08:27
almost two brigades in number
00:08:28
are located on the territory of Belarus, people
00:08:31
who saw up prisoners who are
00:08:34
engaged there and so on, they increased
00:08:36
the reality, the
00:08:39
Romans increased the sovereignty of Belarus,
00:08:41
the use of these people For
00:08:46
provocations, an
00:08:48
open rhetorical question, increased the
00:08:52
real Belarusian sovereignty,
00:08:53
the relocation of tactical nuclear
00:08:55
weapons of the Russian Federation,
00:08:57
rhetorical, increased the interaction of the security
00:09:00
forces of Belarus,
00:09:04
training by Wagner designers and
00:09:06
training is always indevariation, a
00:09:08
rhetorical question, and even to
00:09:10
Lukashenko himself, who is posing in as the
00:09:12
President of Belarus, not being one, but to
00:09:15
put it mildly, the big question is how
00:09:18
to poison
00:09:22
at the right moment, so Belarusian
00:09:25
sovereignty is now under threat, probably
00:09:27
the most serious threat in the entire
00:09:29
existence of independent Belarus
00:09:31
and Lukashenko is taking action, he can
00:09:33
play three times any game he wants, try to
00:09:35
deceive the way of Wagner Polyakov himself himself
00:09:38
and so on, but he
00:09:41
actually reduced the fact of the
00:09:43
present moment. How do we call a
00:09:46
person who is a citizen of his country, we do
00:09:49
n’t even take his actual position
00:09:51
in the hierarchy, which takes
00:09:53
actions to reduce real
00:09:55
sovereignty? How can we
00:09:57
[music]
00:10:04
and these actions of the scalada,
00:10:09
this action is accidentally called
00:10:11
folding These actions to reduce
00:10:14
Belarusian sovereignty pose
00:10:15
the most serious threat to Belarusian
00:10:16
statehood after the start of the
00:10:18
war, the use of Belarusian
00:10:19
territory for aggression draws
00:10:21
Belarus 9 million people into a very
00:10:23
adventurous game, pursuing some of their own
00:10:26
personal goals, an attempt at rebalancing, and
00:10:28
so on. But in general, everyone has what they do
00:10:30
the signs are still below the threshold But
00:10:33
approaching a direct formal
00:10:35
classification of their actions as military
00:10:37
aggression against the country, this is what
00:10:41
his face does with Putin, therefore
00:10:44
Is it possible that a provocation within a provocation is a
00:10:47
question Where will it go, after all, they are already
00:10:49
throwing it at the Border Guards,
00:10:56
including
00:10:59
regarding the culmination in September, this is
00:11:03
what will be expressed in your opinion
00:11:05
because the group will be created under the
00:11:07
teaching; the second is that there will be a
00:11:09
group with the strength of the accident. The
00:11:12
main contingent will be Russian and
00:11:13
Belarusian, of course. That is, this is
00:11:14
provision for either refugees who
00:11:16
will go to storm or logistical
00:11:18
support for a military conflict and a
00:11:20
hybrid military conflict scenario
00:11:22
is possible different, for example, a large wave of
00:11:24
refugees there, several thousand people
00:11:26
break through a wide area of the border and
00:11:29
among them enter Polish or
00:11:30
Lithuanian territory into the army, dressed
00:11:32
in civilian clothes with machine guns under the budget, at the
00:11:35
right moment they take them out and either
00:11:36
shoot the Polish border guards or
00:11:38
simply seize the cars of the hostages and
00:11:40
move forward the same may be in
00:11:42
relation to a business that is 20 km border;
00:11:44
the same may be in relation to the
00:11:45
debts of a Latvian one which is even closer where there is a
00:11:48
predominantly Russian population and a
00:11:50
mayor who, to put it mildly, is not
00:11:52
very loyal to
00:11:54
Riga. Although I could be wrong, but I was
00:11:56
told this is
00:11:57
the official Riga as the capital, you know, I do
00:12:00
n’t like to escalate, I myself have not sometimes
00:12:04
ridiculed the army fighters, but here is a situation
00:12:06
where it is better to overextend than underdress What is
00:12:09
the name here for state military planning,
00:12:11
especially
00:12:12
risk management should be carried out according to the
00:12:14
principle of preparedness for the most difficult
00:12:17
scenario, then We are ready for all the
00:12:18
rest, this threat is absolutely
00:12:20
the threat is real, it is escalating, it is gaining
00:12:24
momentum, these two flights of two
00:12:27
helicopters are absolutely no coincidence, there
00:12:29
may be a separate provocation,
00:12:33
and so on. Latvia knows what it is when
00:12:37
two border guard posts are
00:12:41
created in a year, it turns out the door is Soviet;
00:12:44
this situation must be taken
00:12:46
as seriously as possible, and if we
00:12:48
consider the Belarusian question We
00:12:50
see that Putin’s policy is to
00:12:52
use Belarus
00:12:54
by limiting the reality of sovereignty for
00:12:56
his absolutely cynical purposes related
00:12:59
to the creation of a direct threat to a direct military
00:13:03
hybrid threat to the country and a prologue of
00:13:13
whatever you want to the third world, conditional for now in a
00:13:16
training version. And the most important thing is that I do
00:13:19
n’t know if ours knows spectators, but in the
00:13:21
plans of the Russian command the war in the
00:13:23
theater of the new Belarusian direction
00:13:25
envisages Belarus will be a
00:13:26
battlefield there will be the first border
00:13:29
battle,
00:13:30
counter-offensive offensive
00:13:31
operations will be carried out, that is, the Kremlin has written off in advance in
00:13:34
this sense the bump stop as a showdown field And
00:13:38
this should once again raise the question of
00:13:40
Russian Belarusian relations
00:13:43
What are they? there are and what they should be
00:13:45
because while they are developing
00:13:51
and this is us, we will discuss this separately with us
00:13:55
And 70 thousand are watching us, so
00:13:59
requests at least join there
00:14:01
Help others join too
00:14:04
Therefore, please post links,
00:14:06
look against the background of what is said that
00:14:10
we are now We are discussing with you
00:14:12
this was preceded by the deployment of nuclear
00:14:14
weapons on the territory of
00:14:17
Belarus, you commented on this, we
00:14:19
heard your comments and so on, but
00:14:21
look, time has passed and we can
00:14:23
evaluate this in some dynamics because there is
00:14:25
some aggravation that first there was a long
00:14:28
discussion and then the actual deployment of
00:14:30
nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus
00:14:31
confirmed this. First, Lukashenko and
00:14:34
Putin themselves and then we, American intelligence,
00:14:36
as a kind of third-party information court,
00:14:39
said Yes, this is really so, we
00:14:40
see it. Well, satellites, apparently, and so on, and
00:14:43
the question is the following:
00:14:46
such aggravation and it seems like Wagner is,
00:14:48
so to speak, completely criminal In
00:14:50
general,the formation of a
00:14:51
military couple is military and at the same time
00:14:54
nuclear weapons that appear on the
00:14:56
territory of Belarus. But even through
00:14:58
Lukashenko’s boasting that he
00:15:00
defines the goals and, so to speak, this weapon
00:15:03
will be used for defense, as he
00:15:06
says, and so on, although today we are
00:15:07
repeating that we would not I wanted to, Well,
00:15:10
in different waters, but still, the
00:15:12
combination of these two factors and the
00:15:14
emergence of some supposedly honest
00:15:17
military companies, nuclear weapons on the
00:15:19
territory of Belarus, from the point of view of the
00:15:22
general situation, where is it going? it
00:15:29
would be good to do this, uh, some kind of
00:15:33
general plan, maybe it’s necessary to
00:15:34
try to seize this nuclear weapon, to
00:15:36
influence through international authorities
00:15:38
on the removal of these nuclear weapons, that
00:15:41
is, this is how you see it. This is the
00:15:43
whole situation.
00:15:45
Well, it’s obvious that Wagner and the placement of
00:15:50
tactical separate weapons on the
00:15:52
territory Belarus should be viewed
00:15:53
as the Kremlin’s attempts to strengthen control over
00:15:56
Belarus. What Alexey was talking about.
00:16:02
I think that it is unlikely that Lukashenko himself will
00:16:05
have any control over these nuclear
00:16:09
weapons; perhaps the Belarusian security forces, the same
00:16:12
Banner members, may be involved in the
00:16:14
protection of some objects, including there
00:16:16
where 1 weapon will be stored but the control will not be
00:16:19
cured by the Kremlin and Despite
00:16:23
all Lukashenko’s attempts to somehow outplay
00:16:25
this in his favor and you know that he does
00:16:29
not say everything and one weapon is installed
00:16:32
there at the end of the year there will be something else I
00:16:35
really I actually haven’t heard this data
00:16:37
that it is already posted there because
00:16:39
we don’t have such data, but perhaps you
00:16:42
know more
00:16:47
[music]
00:16:51
works quite well and omnivorous
00:16:54
weapons without attracting attention are
00:16:56
quite difficult, but again everything
00:16:59
is done under the heading of such secrecy and
00:17:01
there are roads happens Therefore, everything can be,
00:17:04
but
00:17:09
for Lukashenko it means nuclear weapons and the whole
00:17:11
situation with Prigozhin is an attempt to
00:17:13
put himself back on the agenda; if for Putin
00:17:17
it means a tool of blackmail, then for
00:17:20
Lukashenko it is an
00:17:22
opportunity or desire to give himself
00:17:26
subjectivity to show that he is here.
00:17:29
Some kind of decision was made with him it is necessary to consult
00:17:31
because he suffers from the fact that he is
00:17:33
not recognized and it is very important for him to return
00:17:36
this trip at any cost, including at
00:17:38
the cost of the sovereignty of Belarus and
00:17:41
but again when there was just talk about the fact
00:17:46
that weapons would be deployed. That’s where
00:17:48
the Kremlin declared We were looking for the support of our
00:17:53
international partners that Pay
00:17:55
attention, this is a big blow to the
00:17:58
Independence of our country and I’ll put you in
00:18:01
arms if it is used from the
00:18:03
territory of Belarus, then perhaps a retaliatory
00:18:05
strike will be on the territory of Belarus; the
00:18:07
consequences, we were assured, will
00:18:09
happen someday, then everyone understands where the
00:18:12
decision-making center is, who has this is a
00:18:14
conditionally red button and everyone knows who
00:18:17
to answer, well, yes, but in general, of course,
00:18:20
this situation with nuclear weapons is widely
00:18:23
discussed among Belarusians and support for
00:18:26
nuclear weapons deployment. No,
00:18:29
even among Lukashenko’s supporters, there are
00:18:31
propaganda attempts to present nuclear
00:18:35
weapons as some kind of umbrella that
00:18:37
will protect us from
00:18:39
The Poles who lay claim to our
00:18:41
territory from the Ukrainians have
00:18:44
no effect because Belarusians have
00:18:46
not believed Lukashenko for a long time, they do not believe Putin.
00:18:49
But of course this creates threats, I explain to
00:18:53
our partner that you now
00:18:56
think that for your safety,
00:18:59
as it were, and even there it does not matter where are you
00:19:02
alone weapons are located in Minsk or in
00:19:04
Kaliningrad But for us Belarusians you
00:19:07
understand that Putin wants to root his
00:19:10
presence in our country cream wants to
00:19:12
root the presence of Belarus For many
00:19:13
years to come and
00:19:16
once upon a time Belarus abandoned nuclear
00:19:18
weapons in favor of guaranteeing security,
00:19:20
now you we need at least loud
00:19:25
statements that
00:19:27
you guarantee the security of Belarus in
00:19:31
the event that nuclear weapons are
00:19:32
used, but to be honest
00:19:36
the reaction is very weak. From the West, we are trying
00:19:38
in every possible way to draw attention to this
00:19:40
issue, but it’s going hard,
00:19:43
it’s going hard, and you Alexey How can you
00:19:47
interpret what at the last NATO summit in Vilnius
00:19:51
Yes, but
00:19:56
the topic of deploying nuclear weapons was seriously discussed publicly, well,
00:19:58
something was said somewhere, but
00:20:01
it was not discussed publicly, I emphasize that
00:20:04
no signal was sent
00:20:06
that we would deploy nuclear weapons in
00:20:08
response, something else why - this
00:20:10
interesting decision was made, the action was closed by a
00:20:14
joint country of the Russian
00:20:17
Federation, military counteraction, a
00:20:18
plan for such counteraction was approved,
00:20:19
this is the first time for many
00:20:22
years it did not exist, in fact, since the
00:20:23
end of the
00:20:24
Cold War,
00:20:26
they revised these plans for the first time in 20 years, and
00:20:29
approved, among other things, the answer, among other
00:20:33
things and nuclear weapons in the
00:20:34
Kaliningrad region, including
00:20:36
I would like to draw your
00:20:38
attention to
00:20:41
Lukashenko’s system of relations Okay, Putin’s
00:20:44
triangle and the fourth side of the square are
00:20:47
now rapidly growing events in
00:20:50
the state actually announced an
00:20:53
Ultimatum to the strange West Africans,
00:20:56
who announced their turn, an Ultimatum that
00:20:58
defeated all these countries
00:21:01
represent the victorious military
00:21:04
who say that if you want to
00:21:06
send troops, then we also see and
00:21:09
ambiguously threaten France who
00:21:10
have blocked supplies
00:21:13
Yes, now I have announced to France the evacuation
00:21:16
of its citizens France is falling apart the
00:21:18
French launch nerve zone zones
00:21:19
exclusively the influence of France before that
00:21:21
they will lose Ali thanks to Wagner they
00:21:25
will be lost
00:21:28
now they are losing the Niger and you need to understand
00:21:32
the following:
00:21:34
the Niger
00:21:36
[music]
00:21:37
did not go without wars there, too,
00:21:41
this is the so-called region
00:21:44
of deposits that moths lost for France
00:21:50
there will not be enough Volga deposits will not be enough
00:21:53
for sale to serve
00:21:55
economic interests now next
00:21:58
will be port countries I’m sure like
00:22:00
Putin's beans for the formation of a sea
00:22:02
trunk sea all this means that the
00:22:06
issues under consideration are already there
00:22:09
and he is one of the countries being nagging and
00:22:14
[music]
00:22:20
anti-French This means that these
00:22:24
events have much more significance
00:22:26
Lukashenko was not by chance in Africa I don’t
00:22:28
know what spectrum of issues was decided on the fact
00:22:30
that the chain link of one plan, I am
00:22:32
101 percent sure, this is a broad attack by Europe and the
00:22:36
Senate on all broad fronts, they are
00:22:38
beginning to broadly smoothly
00:22:41
pump up Europe and NATO more and more, this is what we in
00:22:44
Ukraine and Svetlana Georgievna’s close
00:22:48
people with her comrades have repeatedly
00:22:49
warned about this and repeatedly If
00:22:52
you think that NATO is closing like an umbrella
00:22:55
and your security issues have been resolved
00:22:57
forever and they will never be resolved,
00:22:59
you are very mistaken
00:23:02
and there have been so many conversations that Well, yes,
00:23:04
Ukraine to Belarus, but they will never
00:23:07
touch it, that is, they have touched it, right
00:23:09
now they are touching it, they started touching it a very
00:23:11
long time ago
00:23:13
American Republic and so on I don’t
00:23:15
understand how they don’t see the common thing,
00:23:19
how they don’t carry out planned
00:23:22
countermeasures because the level of
00:23:24
NATO’s crisis response seems to me
00:23:26
absolutely like the Alliance does not correspond to the
00:23:28
current situation, what we see is Lithuania as a
00:23:30
separate region, the
00:23:31
Baltic countries react more separately
00:23:35
from Poland, but I don’t see French
00:23:39
I don’t see the
00:23:40
reaction of 30 two NATO countries who
00:23:43
would evaluate this politically as a single
00:23:46
plan to build up to that is, but you need to be
00:23:49
brave and muster up to give such a
00:23:50
public assessment, they
00:23:53
don’t have much of a consultation with this And when I say that any
00:23:55
approach will fall into place when not dressed
00:23:58
hybrid and so on And when people
00:23:59
say donate them Will definitely win I
00:24:02
always say you don’t understand You haven’t
00:24:04
had experience for a long time when you were
00:24:06
last attacked in 2001 It
00:24:08
was that any invasion didn’t open
00:24:13
the envelopes and the army like a machine started
00:24:17
any invasion it a political crisis
00:24:20
begins with a partner, a
00:24:23
consultation with the opposition begins until a
00:24:25
real assessment of what is happening is heard, what is
00:24:27
really happening there on this
00:24:29
border of yours, this is already a breakthrough, is it already a
00:24:31
war or not?
00:24:36
after a
00:24:37
charge of consultation within the
00:24:39
military-political leadership Yes, even
00:24:41
with partners, so the
00:24:43
invader will not only reach Vilnius
00:24:45
or the Daugava they will reach Kaliningrad
00:24:47
for they will reach Warsaw, you understand, while all
00:24:51
these decisions have been made, any invasion is a
00:24:52
political crisis, we now see that there
00:24:54
is no invasion yet There are wide hybrid
00:24:58
actions and already the political crisis of NATO
00:25:00
As an organization, they are not able to give a
00:25:02
correct assessment publicly, it’s
00:25:06
scary for Western politicians, I think it’s
00:25:09
unusual to say yes, they started
00:25:11
to attack us in a hybrid way because the people
00:25:13
will become what And what are you doing in this regard,
00:25:17
but I don’t want to do it difficult And these people
00:25:20
believe in the fact that Moscow will be able to
00:25:22
move to the side of the West and
00:25:24
take up arms together, I sometimes am
00:25:27
amazed at their naivety to qualify
00:25:34
what they did to France, a third country
00:25:36
where the French came from, and at the same time
00:25:38
events they are connected by the same
00:25:41
human organization
00:25:42
physically by the same police forces
00:25:45
Putin Lukashenko who how many times
00:25:47
Lukashenko
00:25:50
Well, like Under the pretext So that other places wo
00:25:52
n’t let him in, he’s in China, yes yes
00:25:56
No, in general, during the entire time he was in
00:25:58
power, he was in Africa. I thought the first
00:26:01
time there was correct, not. Last year, he
00:26:04
definitely wasn’t in court for the second time.
00:26:07
Lately, for 30 years, he hasn’t
00:26:09
been interested in Africa, he hasn’t traveled, and suddenly, like
00:26:11
intelligence officers, pay attention to the
00:26:13
presence of the unusual and the absence of the
00:26:14
ordinary, here he is, the presence of the unusual.
00:26:16
28 years ago, he wasn’t interested in Africa. In the
00:26:18
last two years, his second visit and immediately
00:26:19
some events are
00:26:21
shaking up there on a broad front. Belarus is a springboard
00:26:25
from which to push off, they
00:26:26
drag Belarus criminally into his
00:26:28
adventures, Lukashenko is playing with the independence
00:26:31
of his country and its security because
00:26:33
strikes can be not only on Moscow, in
00:26:35
the case of nuclear weapons there can be
00:26:36
preemptive strikes on places where they are stored,
00:26:37
this is already the territory of Belarus, prospects for
00:26:40
nuclear contamination and many what else do you
00:26:41
understand, he is involving Belarus by assembling
00:26:45
the lives of its citizens by making them
00:26:46
bargaining chips in this whole game, just
00:26:49
as always, Georgievna correctly
00:26:50
speaks to preserve personal power,
00:26:52
raise awareness of escalation, attempts
00:26:54
to bargain,
00:26:56
but this is not a creation,
00:26:58
if not for the events in Nigeria, one could
00:27:01
say that this is an
00:27:03
attempt to play for escalation in order to later
00:27:07
discredit No, this is a broad
00:27:09
offensive by a colleague, otherwise it
00:27:10
can be classified,
00:27:18
but we, too, of course, Belarusians notice how
00:27:22
Zimbabwe has become Lukashenko’s favorite country
00:27:24
and we believe that Lukashenko is trying to
00:27:28
seek support in Africa, this is important for him
00:27:30
And to get votes at the UN, but also
00:27:34
perhaps as a source of profit, that’s why
00:27:36
Lukashenko’s accomplices go there so often
00:27:39
now they
00:27:40
were trying to get a
00:27:44
visa-free regime in Zimbab,
00:27:47
trying to get
00:27:49
some contacts and possibly make money.
00:27:52
Maybe they don’t know, they’re talking about
00:27:55
developing deposits
00:27:57
to make a profit, but still they have
00:27:59
long-term plans for now that
00:28:03
no practical
00:28:04
results are visible Well, Wagner,
00:28:07
Wagner’s presence is also obvious here that the
00:28:10
main market is not the factory. Perhaps we will see
00:28:12
cooperation between Lukashenko and
00:28:14
Wagner in some African projects in the future,
00:28:16
but then Alexei, of course,
00:28:19
approached this from the other side Well, look
00:28:21
But here The question is that you meet with
00:28:25
Western politicians in Europe, and
00:28:27
they also perceive it. But recently,
00:28:32
these aspects were somehow discussed.
00:28:35
Well, what about the guy Wagner, who is
00:28:38
now stationed in the Mogilev
00:28:40
region, and so to speak, how far do
00:28:44
these proxies extend? e proxy, so
00:28:49
to speak, to Europe to the interests of Europe in the
00:28:52
same Africa and so on,
00:28:54
somehow it has now become more serious,
00:28:57
you know after that somehow more
00:28:59
localized somehow more peripheral to
00:29:02
this in relation to Belarus Well, what is it,
00:29:04
in what -at that moment there was a feeling
00:29:07
that they had given up on recruiting Belarus.
00:29:10
Honestly, we can say that well, God bless him
00:29:12
there, we’re not fighting for Belarus since
00:29:14
the situation there is so difficult. We won’t fight for it, that’s the
00:29:16
impression I got. I’m not
00:29:18
saying that it’s actually there, but it
00:29:20
looked outwardly So come on in Ukraine it
00:29:22
overlaps a lot, but now it turns
00:29:24
out that the Belarusians can
00:29:27
use for some leading plans to
00:29:29
destabilize Europe itself and even
00:29:31
Perhaps, if so to speak, this
00:29:34
Prigozhin flew to St. Petersburg now as
00:29:36
President Sarah, it is clear that in connection with
00:29:39
this past themselves there Russia Africa
00:29:42
just ended last week
00:29:44
in St. Petersburg, that is, it turns out that
00:29:46
it can also become such a
00:29:49
springboard for influencing global
00:29:51
issues Belarus, if not dealt with in time,
00:29:53
here some discussions
00:29:55
give you reason to believe something
00:30:00
Yes You know, it really upsets me that
00:30:03
we have returned to the moment that
00:30:06
Belarus was considered only in the
00:30:08
context of the war
00:30:11
on the territory of Ukraine Yes, in the context of
00:30:15
Russia’s sphere of influence there, but
00:30:18
people who are fighting for independence do not consider it as a country
00:30:21
and We explain that now it is
00:30:26
very important to separate the Lukashenko regime and
00:30:28
Belarusians need to put maximum pressure on
00:30:31
Lukashenko’s regime and help
00:30:33
Belarusians as much as possible to give us the opportunity to not
00:30:36
just slowly get out of this
00:30:38
situation, but to defeat Lukashenko, we need
00:30:40
resources for this, some expert
00:30:45
discussions, and so on, we are talking about the
00:30:47
need for maximum pressure on
00:30:49
Lukashenko’s regime and Putin and, first of all,
00:30:52
Of course, we are talking about sanctions
00:30:54
pressure, now it is obvious that there is no reaction
00:30:57
or it is late and this actually only
00:31:00
gives the dictator a free hand. Now everyone
00:31:03
is bypassing sanctions and helping each other, because for
00:31:06
example, sanctions on Russia are imposed
00:31:09
on imports, and sanctions on the
00:31:13
Lukashenko regime on exports and
00:31:15
imports from Belarus have tripled over the last year,
00:31:18
where does it go
00:31:20
and therefore all those loopholes need to be
00:31:23
closed in the European Union, for example, there is no
00:31:26
mechanism that monitors these sanctions,
00:31:28
so they bring
00:31:32
birch wood from countries where
00:31:35
these birches do not grow at all, and of course
00:31:39
Alexey says Sovereignty has a lot,
00:31:41
we set the agenda in every possible way,
00:31:44
we protect it, and sanctions against Russia
00:31:48
must be introduced by the Kremlin also for under the sovereignty of
00:31:50
Belarus for war crimes for
00:31:53
crimes against Belarusians against
00:31:56
humanity, also do not ignore
00:31:58
Russia’s attempts to
00:32:00
crush and occupy Belarus
00:32:03
because I explain to our Western partners
00:32:06
that when you you don’t react to such things
00:32:09
as the placement of body weapons on the
00:32:12
Wagnerites because
00:32:15
active Belarusians are being absolutely destroyed, then
00:32:18
the dictators consider the lack of reaction
00:32:20
as weakness, this frees his hands,
00:32:23
creates a feeling of impunity, and what
00:32:26
can help in this case is
00:32:28
bringing to responsibility We also
00:32:30
talk about this a lot
00:32:31
more than one and a half thousand political prisoners,
00:32:34
500 thousand left the country for
00:32:36
political reasons And the judges who
00:32:39
announced the sentences The prosecutors who were the
00:32:45
fighters who shot down the
00:32:48
Belarusians They are unpunished They may
00:32:50
now have stopped there justice for
00:32:53
the country but there are international institutions
00:32:54
that should deal with this
00:32:57
Maybe now this issue of
00:33:01
removing Ukrainian children will help we should
00:33:04
bring Lukashenko to justice
00:33:06
because Belarus has since signed the
00:33:10
Roman status, we are not part of all these
00:33:12
systems, but we have a non-standard situation and
00:33:15
there must be a non-standard solution
00:33:16
to this situation, so our task, together
00:33:19
with Putin, is to bring Lukashenko,
00:33:21
together with Putin, to justice for
00:33:24
crimes against Ukraine for the body
00:33:26
against the Belarusians and this works on a
00:33:28
psychological level And I am very
00:33:31
grateful to Pavel Latushka for
00:33:34
collecting evidence of
00:33:35
complicity Lukashenko took out Ukrainian
00:33:38
children and let the international criminal
00:33:41
court of Gaga issue the Order of Lukashenko and when on the
00:33:46
part of the Western partners everything
00:33:48
is limited to
00:33:50
words of support There is up to some
00:33:52
minimal help, then of course the Dictator
00:33:55
feels very relaxed and
00:33:57
self-confident,
00:34:00
and do you really think issuing a warrant for
00:34:04
war crimes against
00:34:06
Lukashenko Alexey Arrestovich You think
00:34:09
this is because now, by the way, they are
00:34:12
confirming the crossing of the border
00:34:14
by helicopters Well, and then from the territory of
00:34:17
Belarus using it as
00:34:19
plasma in fact, an
00:34:21
attack on Kiev began, the Kiev region
00:34:24
ended in torment,
00:34:25
among other things, so here for a
00:34:28
second there is direct responsibility for the
00:34:32
war that was unleashed and for war
00:34:35
crimes for everything, do you think it’s realistic at all?
00:34:38
I think what they will do within the framework of
00:34:40
this act the West as part of the general
00:34:42
strategy, but I would like to
00:34:44
finally ask the Lord a question. More precisely, I have already
00:34:46
asked it many times, privately and publicly.
00:34:49
What is your strategy?
00:34:52
Their actions are absolutely not proactive.
00:34:55
I know there are people who believe some kind of
00:34:57
cunning plan that they are there, meaning an anaconda
00:34:59
and strangling Russia and 5 Lukashenko there is
00:35:03
no plan; the plan cannot
00:35:05
envisage that you will be attacked on a
00:35:07
broad front from Africa to the Baltic countries.
00:35:10
And you mean no public statements, no
00:35:14
actual actions. Each
00:35:16
country separately declares there is no joint
00:35:18
statement regarding the protection of its
00:35:20
own interests, even on such
00:35:22
Each the country individually assures its
00:35:24
citizens that they will defend their
00:35:26
sovereignty, they have flown in, that then they
00:35:28
have shut down an American drone
00:35:30
where
00:35:35
and they are still twisting their hands to us, these
00:35:37
partners often tell us that we are not
00:35:39
fighting like that, there is no need to enter Russian
00:35:40
territory to fight What is the article when
00:35:42
it is wars being waged, what is not allowed on
00:35:44
enemy territory this is a Belarusian question in general. And
00:35:47
of course, people
00:35:49
are going through terrible ordeals in Belarusian prisons,
00:35:51
Belarusian political prisoners.
00:35:54
Any person, even with very
00:35:57
strong miners, listened to the details
00:35:58
because what happened and is happening there
00:36:02
and what and where,
00:36:04
so he could have been charged a thousand
00:36:07
times already for mocking Belarusians, one
00:36:10
million one hundred fifty two hundred thousands of times,
00:36:13
but within the framework of the public strategy,
00:36:14
more precisely, its absence there is no common position on
00:36:16
how to do this along the way,
00:36:18
a consensus was formed when he was
00:36:20
punished for organizing the winter
00:36:22
offensive of Kherson with him they hoped to explain to him.
00:36:32
Perhaps perhaps there is hope that after
00:36:35
such a similar
00:36:38
attack to Noah there
00:36:41
will be Ukrainian children directly at the border and the Belarusian
00:36:45
prisoners we will look well
00:36:48
But first of all
00:36:53
on a personal level so that he still
00:36:58
mocks his own
00:37:00
citizens for falsification
00:37:05
and for many many crimes
00:37:07
and then Ukrainian aggression
00:37:12
so
00:37:14
friends about 86 thousand are
00:37:18
watching us live 35,000 likes and
00:37:21
requests huge links to this broadcast,
00:37:23
continue to post your accounts on the
00:37:25
social networks of the group, is there anyone watching us from
00:37:27
Belarus, please also
00:37:29
find it possible somehow. Maybe
00:37:31
transmit it through messengers, maybe
00:37:33
post it somewhere in your accounts, maybe
00:37:36
some anonymous accounts. Well, in general,
00:37:38
this is important because wide
00:37:40
dissemination but also promotes
00:37:42
discussion and everything that follows from this
00:37:44
as a derivative Well,
00:37:46
subscribe to the Life channel and we
00:37:48
continue to watch the barbells Well, we are
00:37:51
smoothly moving on to the question of uh military
00:37:56
volunteer units which
00:37:59
of the Belarusian citizens are fighting on the
00:38:02
territory of Ukraine now this already, well, in
00:38:05
my opinion, from these elite national
00:38:07
formations.
00:38:11
Yes, well, probably the largest.
00:38:15
Yes, there are
00:38:17
international brigades before
00:38:19
international formations, but there are
00:38:21
different people, but the Belarusians now
00:38:23
represent Well,
00:38:25
perhaps the second one is significant. I’m afraid,
00:38:28
maybe someone will correct it, but in terms of
00:38:31
numbers, scale, this is apparently
00:38:33
really the
00:38:35
second such
00:38:37
force after the Ukrainians themselves who
00:38:41
are fighting in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces, defending the sovereignty
00:38:46
of Ukraine, but still, no matter
00:38:49
what, they remain Belarusians, of course their
00:38:52
goals lie there in their homeland and half
00:38:55
of Kalinovsky, and
00:38:57
that means terror and a number of others all know them well
00:39:02
as It seems to you that
00:39:05
Lukashenko’s actions
00:39:08
indicate that his
00:39:10
entourage does not take seriously the presence of
00:39:13
these particular formations and perceives
00:39:16
as a threat a potential threat to
00:39:20
themselves because, well, it’s clear How
00:39:23
events will develop if they are there. Moscow
00:39:26
will lose the war more obviously
00:39:28
there. some kind of counter-offensive sooner or
00:39:31
later They will have to face the
00:39:34
forces of these military formations already on the
00:39:37
territory of Belarus so you say the
00:39:39
last and small one under the paragraph
00:39:41
Well, you know, many people say that Svetlana
00:39:45
Tikhanovskaya does not have a good relationship
00:39:47
there with the entire Kalinovsky regiment and there
00:39:49
refute or something- Tell
00:39:51
us about this so that we can better
00:39:53
talk about it and remove questions that are
00:39:55
even in the chat and so on.
00:39:57
Well, that means today we just had a
00:40:02
four-hour meeting with Pavel
00:40:03
Kalinovsky in Kiev.
00:40:06
Maybe you don’t know that yesterday four
00:40:09
fighters from Kalinovsky died in
00:40:12
battle Therefore, yes, we started this meeting with a
00:40:14
Minute of Silence, I was present online,
00:40:17
my representatives from the United
00:40:20
telephone office of Pavel Tushka from the
00:40:21
office of Prana Pecherka came physically to
00:40:25
Kiev to meet us. We discussed this as a sign
00:40:28
that we are communicating so that she doesn’t
00:40:31
say we are trying to work together, we
00:40:34
discussed a common strategy that can be the
00:40:38
possibility of a scenario for change
00:40:40
in Belarus will come and we have come to the understanding that
00:40:43
the scenarios can be different and we
00:40:46
need to be prepared for everything, and
00:40:50
here is the Belarusian’s question. Yes, and for everyone, in principle,
00:40:53
what role can the Belarusian
00:40:55
Volunteers fighting for Ukraine now play?
00:40:59
It’s hard to say now, but Naturally
00:41:01
they will play some- then the role, but I’m struggling
00:41:07
with this, the understanding may be
00:41:09
partly of the Belarusians that there are
00:41:12
Kolenovites, there are others of ours who will
00:41:16
come and liberate Belarus, so you can’t
00:41:18
think that Belarusians are each
00:41:21
responsible for the liberation of our
00:41:23
country, that your task now is to sit on the
00:41:25
sofas and wait until the
00:41:27
Kolenovites come and liberate us No, of course, we
00:41:31
each must be involved and just
00:41:34
remove this narrative altogether
00:41:36
and we ourselves must liberate our country,
00:41:38
but of course we see how
00:41:41
Propaganda reacts to the regime on the regiment, the studio of
00:41:45
Kalinovsky and
00:41:47
our other defenders,
00:41:49
since they cannot reach our
00:41:54
heroes, they terrorize their families they
00:41:57
put the parents of the
00:42:00
neighbors of the friends of the brothers and sisters in prison,
00:42:03
they drag the parents. So there are
00:42:07
such penitential videos that are recorded in
00:42:10
Belarus, here
00:42:11
is Yan’s father
00:42:13
[music]
00:42:15
under threats the son is recording a video.
00:42:18
Come home, what are you doing there in that
00:42:20
Ukraine forgot, it’s clear that he
00:42:22
probably doesn’t think so but everyone
00:42:27
tells their parents Do what is required of you,
00:42:29
the main thing is that they left you alone, we
00:42:30
will defend Ukraine, we will defend
00:42:32
Belarus.
00:42:34
Therefore, we need
00:42:38
Kalinovsky’s regiment and other
00:42:41
military formations in Ukraine, but we also
00:42:43
need the Belarusian underground, we need
00:42:46
allies from the ice pack, we need
00:42:48
can strong international support and a
00:42:50
strong civil society in general, and we
00:42:54
are working on all of this,
00:42:55
everyone has friction. I think that in Ukraine,
00:42:58
also among Belarusians, we have a
00:43:01
purposeful struggle against us;
00:43:03
they throw various information at us; they want to divide us; they
00:43:06
want to divide us; but we are holding on
00:43:09
as an example to there
00:43:12
was a marathon of Solidarity with Belarusian
00:43:15
political prisoners over the weekend, it was very difficult for
00:43:17
them, as Alexander already said, it contains
00:43:19
terrible conditions and it is necessary to help people
00:43:22
since only Belarusians can help
00:43:25
Belarusians and such a marathon was organized
00:43:28
in two days,
00:43:30
574 thousand euros were collected by Belarusian owls and
00:43:35
this is Solidarity I see how Belarusians
00:43:37
can mobilize at the right moment
00:43:40
and I am absolutely confident in Belarusians that
00:43:43
when
00:43:45
opportunities arise in Belarus,
00:43:48
everyone will be involved, including our heroes in Ukraine
00:43:51
and the Belarusians who left, of course.
00:43:57
Look, Alexey, then a question for you.
00:44:00
Look, you had something to do with
00:44:03
organizations of some, let's put it this way,
00:44:07
national combatant units
00:44:10
there yourself. Do you want to clarify to what extent,
00:44:14
generally speaking, after 17 months,
00:44:17
these are the
00:44:19
formations based on nationality?
00:44:22
Well, in particular, the Belarusians, having this
00:44:26
combat experience, having I personally, when I
00:44:28
was in Konstantinovka in the Donetsk
00:44:31
region, took this material and made it with one
00:44:33
of the fighters of the Kalinovsky regiment who is
00:44:35
worth those who know Konstantinovka, it’s right there,
00:44:38
5-7 km straight, where the road
00:44:42
of life used to be called, but it was blown up. There
00:44:44
the bridge means straight to Bakhmat, so we
00:44:47
stood right next to this blown up school,
00:44:49
they filmed the material, he’s lying there waiting for me
00:44:52
time, he was telling me
00:44:53
that by the way, his sister
00:44:57
is in jail. He says, I know about this. She was
00:44:59
imprisoned in Belarus, but I still
00:45:02
continue to fight. I’m not naming him yet
00:45:04
because God knows. Alexandre
00:45:06
says that he’s playing with all these
00:45:08
things. Tell us how much
00:45:11
these units are ready to
00:45:14
enter the territory of Belarus right now
00:45:15
according to Kalinovsky and it is increasing and so
00:45:19
on and others and in general to carry out this
00:45:21
task with the help and helplessness of the
00:45:23
Armed Forces of Ukraine and then
00:45:25
Svetlana Georgievna said everything correctly,
00:45:27
firstly there is such a thing as but
00:45:30
it should be possible, which means
00:45:32
no one will go to Belarus because
00:45:35
the conditions have not been created, this attempt will turn out to be
00:45:37
false, given that the Russian Federation
00:45:39
will immediately come to the aid,
00:45:41
this will give
00:45:43
Lukashenko the right to join
00:45:56
them in a real war. And here is such a reason
00:45:59
because the
00:46:01
military in this sense,
00:46:06
of course, we we know that among the Belarusian
00:46:09
security forces there are a lot of sympathizers, so
00:46:11
Svetlana Georgievna Ivanovsky,
00:46:13
non-linear processes can happen, but
00:46:15
it’s better to wait for a window of opportunity window of
00:46:17
opportunity It’s clear that the collapse of the Putin
00:46:19
regime or its serious processes in
00:46:21
any case, it’s not for nothing that Lukashenko reacted this way
00:46:23
when there was a march on Moscow
00:46:25
because the pressure of this was not mental ass
00:46:28
The man understood that the next one
00:46:29
[music]
00:46:31
that this concerns the ethical window of
00:46:33
opportunity for the military second, are
00:46:35
they militarily ready? Of course they are
00:46:37
ready, the unit made a march,
00:46:39
came to develop an offensive, especially since
00:46:41
Sympathy, it
00:46:45
is unknown how whole formations would not
00:46:47
cross over,
00:46:48
and this could happen, but the more
00:46:52
likely it is that they will cross over or at least
00:46:54
they will not offer resistance, not to them, not
00:46:56
under the Belarusian field, not the government of
00:46:59
the President of Belarus, not those forces that
00:47:02
immigration will return. It is
00:47:04
very important here
00:47:06
[music]
00:47:08
and by the way, this is the
00:47:11
danger because it is clear that
00:47:14
Kalinowski is all like these are
00:47:16
widespread rumors that difficult
00:47:18
relationship with Svetlana, George,
00:47:21
surround her because to quarrel them
00:47:23
is the primary task; the primary
00:47:25
task of Lukashenko, the Putin regime is to
00:47:27
spread diosis, to salt,
00:47:30
to organize not in case of rejection, to create a
00:47:33
history of bad relations when a long
00:47:35
memory remains the desire to take revenge on
00:47:38
the claims mutually, and so on, and you
00:47:40
have to constantly wade through the
00:47:41
forest of
00:47:43
goals that the enemies dream of this being a reliable
00:47:46
Wedge between the power component of the
00:47:48
Belarusian national units
00:47:49
between the Belarusian migration between the
00:47:52
government Tikhonovskaya between the field
00:47:54
all the efforts of the regime are aimed at preventing
00:47:57
them from reaching an agreement. That is why it is important to
00:47:59
negotiate. That is why it is important
00:48:01
to understand what obstacles
00:48:03
have to be overcome on the way to this
00:48:06
agreement. Belarus even from the point of view
00:48:09
view of the future fate of the Lukashenko regime
00:48:13
post-war after post-regime
00:48:16
future settlement holding new
00:48:19
elections, perhaps a parliament or a local
00:48:21
council and so on, these are all very
00:48:24
controversial issues, there is no need to prepare
00:48:26
in advance and the best preparation is mutual
00:48:29
recognition of each other and actions of a united
00:48:32
and only broad front can be
00:48:34
liberated prisoners can be released
00:48:39
from prison guilty stories
00:48:41
punishment and
00:48:43
development will really be critical indeed
00:48:54
as for the armed forces of Ukraine it
00:48:56
will depend on the political situation
00:48:59
that very window of opportunity What
00:49:00
specific contours will develop in the
00:49:02
military-political situation It
00:49:03
may well serve to happen So one way or
00:49:06
another they will are involved in
00:49:07
ensuring operations on the territory of
00:49:09
Belarus. For example, if a situation is created
00:49:11
where Belarus means
00:49:12
directly attacking the territory of Ukraine. In
00:49:14
the first, under pressure from criminals, we
00:49:16
will not be ashamed to go there; there will be direct military
00:49:18
aggression from the Belarusian
00:49:19
armed forces, but I sincerely hope
00:49:21
that it will not come to that so that it will
00:49:23
remain Ukrainian Russian and
00:49:26
Belarus, even if the criminal
00:49:29
regime of Lukashenko is drawn into various schemes that
00:49:31
can be qualified as military
00:49:33
aggression purely formally, for example, it will
00:49:37
not come directly to a clash between the Belarusian security forces and the Ukrainian ones.
00:49:39
I have always said my dream and my
00:49:42
goal at my level is small, but
00:49:45
nevertheless, so that there is no in memory of Belarusians
00:49:49
that at least one Ukrainian killed or
00:49:52
at least shot,
00:49:54
we don’t need Belarusians
00:49:56
to sort it out among themselves, I know that even the twentieth year
00:50:00
demonstrated a powerful, broad
00:50:02
movement
00:50:05
[music]
00:50:06
consequences. Because when people are
00:50:08
built peacefully they
00:50:10
face up to a
00:50:12
regime that is ready to
00:50:15
crush it happens, but after the
00:50:18
background of radicalism has changed, the largest war in Europe is going on
00:50:20
and this is a war I am creating will
00:50:23
definitely create and will
00:50:25
definitely create One day the very same
00:50:26
opportunities that Belarusian
00:50:29
[music]
00:50:30
will have Clearly 86 half a thousand are
00:50:33
watching us Don’t forget that your
00:50:35
participation on the air is important to us, it is expressed precisely in
00:50:39
supporting the dissemination of links to it
00:50:41
Look closer to the end, from
00:50:44
everything we said above,
00:50:47
one more question remains. It is in such a problem area that the
00:50:49
relationship of official
00:50:51
Kiev with
00:50:53
your office in general with you as
00:50:56
representatives of Belarusian civil society
00:50:58
and so on there is
00:51:00
a lot about this a lot of different inspections in general,
00:51:04
some reasoning, some reproaches, criticism there.
00:51:07
Well, as always, and speculation and so on,
00:51:09
in general, what can be said about
00:51:12
this whole situation because, to
00:51:14
some certain limit, the conversation
00:51:17
was like, well, let’s not
00:51:19
irritate Lukashenko, he and this is how Belarus is using
00:51:21
Belarus as a springboard for an attack in Ukraine.
00:51:24
Well, we won’t make things worse, and therefore
00:51:27
if we openly
00:51:28
interact with Svetlana
00:51:30
Tikhanovskaya, they said this, it’s not a fact that
00:51:32
this is actually the case, it could
00:51:34
worsen the situation. But we are in a war and
00:51:37
no matter how Kiev now to conduct such
00:51:40
direct contacts with you as a recognized
00:51:43
legal representative of the Belarusian
00:51:45
people, that’s what is here What is
00:51:48
the prospect here, what has changed here
00:51:49
What is the situation here
00:51:51
Tell our viewers
00:51:54
yes, in fact, it was so from the very beginning they
00:51:56
treated us very carefully and we
00:51:58
understand all this because that he took a very
00:52:00
long time
00:52:02
Well, I had to tell you What was happening
00:52:04
in Belarus Why did the Belarusians rebel
00:52:06
and perhaps there were some
00:52:10
desires It seems that it’s not possible to reach an agreement with Lukashenko
00:52:13
Chapay It’s quiet for now But the last
00:52:18
few months I would say that
00:52:21
relations have improved noticeably, they are improving
00:52:24
because every two weeks
00:52:25
representatives cabinet go to Kiev we have a
00:52:29
meeting at different levels We have
00:52:31
work from the Ministry and with the administration of
00:52:34
Zelensky and the Verkhovna Rada The Verkhovna
00:52:36
Rada has a democratic Belarus
00:52:39
that is actively trying to help
00:52:41
Belarusians in the international arena in
00:52:43
Ukraine, some questions arise,
00:52:46
we are also preparing several joint
00:52:48
conferences,
00:52:49
the main thing is now in Kiev, they distinguish between the
00:52:52
Lukashenko regime and the Belarusian people,
00:52:56
and President Zelensky himself has
00:52:59
recently made several important
00:53:01
statements in support of Belarusians and
00:53:04
Belarusians, this is seen by Belarusians, this is appreciated by
00:53:07
Belarusians. This also transmits energy.
00:53:09
If you remember, Ukraine has
00:53:12
finally recalled its ambassador from Minsk, this is
00:53:14
also very important the signal is that
00:53:16
the ambassador was in Belarus for quite a long time,
00:53:19
and
00:53:20
I said at the beginning of the war, Ukraine had
00:53:24
some hope. Agree with
00:53:26
Lukashenko not to anger, not from the quarries, not
00:53:28
to scan, they say. This will help withstand
00:53:31
now the action is more decisive. Because I
00:53:33
think that the understanding has come that Putin and
00:53:36
Lukashenko is one whole and it is
00:53:39
necessary to fight them at the same time because
00:53:41
Lukashenko will serve Putin as long
00:53:43
as necessary because he understands
00:53:45
now that there are no more allies and only
00:53:47
thanks to Putin can he maintain his
00:53:49
power, the most important thing for him is
00:53:53
that the Belarusians do not represent the
00:53:56
questions in how Belarusians support Ukraine
00:53:59
can now fight for sovereignty
00:54:02
Independence
00:54:04
democratic changes
00:54:06
So there are many directions, in
00:54:10
fact, not only at the political level
00:54:12
How we can cooperate with Ukraine We
00:54:14
can work together in the international
00:54:17
arena with different structures so that the
00:54:20
international so that the democratic world
00:54:22
is more decisive in supporting Ukraine
00:54:25
and putting pressure on dictator because it is
00:54:27
beneficial for both our countries in the
00:54:30
information space we can
00:54:33
[music]
00:54:34
coordinate I don’t know our efforts to
00:54:37
combat propaganda because we have
00:54:40
very uneven forces we have all
00:54:43
independent media with it were
00:54:46
expelled countries liquidated now
00:54:48
we are working from a running start this is very it’s complicated and
00:54:51
such a huge propaganda machine there, many millions,
00:54:54
but you know that
00:54:57
in Belarus, if Belarusians watch
00:55:00
independent Belarusian media that are
00:55:04
criminalized, let’s say then they are declared
00:55:06
low terrorist, then the
00:55:08
Belks very often watch
00:55:10
Ukrainian media and it is very important that
00:55:13
Ukrainian media invite Belarusian
00:55:16
representatives
00:55:18
for coordination for exchange
00:55:21
information, Belarusians also see this and
00:55:24
of course We need to build horizontal
00:55:26
ties between our societies because
00:55:28
we are fighting the same enemy and we
00:55:31
need to fight together and now is not the time to blame
00:55:33
each other for something to measure who is hurting more
00:55:36
now we just need to understand that as a
00:55:39
nation we must preserve our
00:55:42
relationship and free ourselves from this
00:55:44
Russian Russian Russian world
00:55:48
together,
00:55:50
but Alexey, you think there is a prospect
00:55:53
here, almost independent of the vocations of the
00:55:54
Tikhonov embassy in Kiev,
00:55:56
something like that I don’t represent the
00:55:59
Ukrainian authorities, an office representation,
00:56:00
but I say you don’t imagine yourself, you
00:56:03
imagine yourself, I’m saying this on purpose
00:56:04
Because that the quote will be cut,
00:56:07
I say based on my
00:56:10
own understanding of the situation, I am
00:56:13
absolutely right that the office
00:56:15
was guided by the principle of not spilling
00:56:17
Lukashenko, not letting him get drawn into the war,
00:56:19
the beginning of the war when the Belarusian
00:56:20
territory was used and such people were
00:56:23
surrounded, we still didn’t have enough Belarusians
00:56:25
when we were not yet completely
00:56:27
normalized No entered the war and so
00:56:28
on now after what began,
00:56:33
roughly speaking, the topic of Wagner and everything that is
00:56:35
happening, everything that we talked about at the
00:56:36
beginning, the situation has changed radically,
00:56:39
it has changed a little earlier, now we
00:56:41
can say that the red line has already been drawn The
00:56:43
situation is fundamentally different Putin
00:56:45
Lukashenko jointly attack in a
00:56:50
hybrid format this cannot cannot
00:56:54
mean maintaining the previous relations with the
00:56:57
Lukashenko regime formal formal
00:56:58
formal was not normal It is clear that
00:57:01
some agreements existed And
00:57:04
this case means, to put it
00:57:07
mildly, more openness of the law of the
00:57:09
elected president of his government
00:57:11
to the forces and the Belarusian people that you
00:57:13
represent, so I For some reason it
00:57:16
seems to me that these contacts will
00:57:17
intensify increase wider
00:57:18
coordination mutual support mutual
00:57:21
work and all these topics that
00:57:24
we are simply doomed
00:57:26
the phase that forced us to be
00:57:29
cautious the Ukrainian side is
00:57:30
over the
00:57:32
issues
00:57:37
need to be acted decisively so
00:57:41
I very much hope that contacts
00:57:46
and general
00:57:51
Well, dear friends, the hour we were on
00:57:54
air
00:57:56
80 more than 86 thousand watched us 42,000
00:58:00
gave likes Thank you very much to all
00:58:03
viewers Thank you very much Svetlana
00:58:05

00:58:07
a lot of interesting things, of course we also thank
00:58:10
Alexey Arrestovich that he also took the
00:58:12
time to participate in the broadcast, a
00:58:14
huge request to all our viewers
00:58:16
please share the links
00:58:18
especially those who watch from Belarus on
00:58:21
this broadcast from their accounts in social
00:58:23
networking groups Well, where you can, we
00:58:25
understand that you are limited in
00:58:28
connection with the process of dianonymization. In
00:58:31
such cases, but see for yourself what is best,
00:58:33
but it is important that it be watched especially
00:58:35
ah be maybe more widely and in power
00:58:39
in Belarus, but they look like that And
00:58:42
of course, Subscribe to this broadcast, we convey your attention to this
00:58:45
broadcast.
00:58:48
