Тёплая вода - 500 мл Дрожжи живые - 30 гр ( 10 гр сухих) Сахар - 2 ст.л Соль - 1 ч.л Растительное масло - 50 мл Мука - 800-900 гр Начнём с опары... 1.Дрожжи и сахар растираем до жидкого состояния,вливаем воду и добавляем 100 гр. муки,размешиваем и оставляем на 15 мин. до образования шапочки на поверхности опары. 2.Опара подошла,добавляем соль и растительное масло,и начинаем постепенно вводить муку и замешивать тесто. 3. Тесто вымешиваем в течении 15 минут.Тесто должно получится НЕ крутым,а мягким и НЕ липнущим к рукам и столу.Оставляем в тёплом месте для подхода.Тесто должно увеличится в обьёме в 2-3 раза.
