In this 40 min Dumbbell Strength + Bodyweight Cardio Full Body Workout (No Repeat | Intense Burn ) we will have a mixture of dumbbell strength and bodyweight cardio. There will be 14x bundles of triple exercise : 2x dumbbell Strength exercises, 1x bodyweight cardio. We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds rest between and a 25 seconds rest between each triple bundle.
