00:00:00
Hello Hello My name is
00:00:01
Sergey I am the senior master of the reaper service
00:00:04
Today we have jf011 Nissan x-trail
00:00:08
2007, the box came after a
00:00:11
poor repair in another service
00:00:13
today we will disassemble it and repair it,
00:00:16
I will tell you about all its jambs, breakdowns
00:00:20
[music] we
00:00:21
will prepare it completely we will disassemble it we will assemble it
00:00:24
in general, we will carry out a major overhaul and,
00:00:26
most importantly, we will honor the cost of this
00:00:27
repair.
00:00:29
Well, let's get started; this is
00:00:31
the torque converter; there are not even
00:00:35
any marks on it that it
00:00:38
was restored; it was cut by
00:00:41
previous masters
00:00:54
[music]
00:00:55
first of all, we remove the tray; there are
00:01:37
no clearly visible chips
00:01:43
[music]
00:01:50
[applause]
00:01:52
this is a coarse filter it comes in two
00:01:55
types with a high intake and a
00:01:58
shorter, smaller intake, that is, for the x-trail there
00:02:01
is basically this long intake
00:02:04
for cars like the Nissan Teana or
00:02:08
Mitsubishi Lancer. These are exactly the same
00:02:11
filters but with a shorter intake, the
00:02:14
main thing is not to confuse
00:03:06
[music]
00:03:12
[music]
00:03:14
This is our hydraulic unit, then a little later we will
00:03:19
figure out what this thing is, what
00:03:23
is done with it, what changes. In what
00:03:25
cases does it, as a unit, change in
00:03:28
its entirety,
00:03:34
but now let’s put it aside; the
00:03:42
pan gasket is metallized;
00:03:45
there is no point in changing it as long as the
00:03:48
threads in the body are normal boxes That
00:03:51
is, if the tightening torques are enough to
00:03:55
tighten the bolts, then in principle it will never
00:03:58
go further. We disassemble the upper part. The
00:04:15
bolts in this box are also twisted
00:04:18
haphazardly, for example, these bolts with a
00:04:21
point are longer, unlike
00:04:25
all the others. I do not tighten them only in
00:04:27
certain places of the box.
00:04:53
[music]
00:05:01
means that here we see a differential, an idler
00:05:04
gear, a
00:05:07
driven cone gear, and the upper
00:05:11
part of it. Under this cover we have an
00:05:13
oil pump, a chain that
00:05:15
rotates it. Now we will look at these things.
00:05:19
As for the noise of this box, if they
00:05:22
hum, then for two reasons, as a rule,
00:05:24
this either the
00:05:26
roller bearings of the
00:05:30
idler gear are worn out or they are worn out
00:05:32
cone bearings, that is, ball bearings.
00:05:35
A little later I will show them
00:05:40
all this carefully. Put it
00:05:43
on the cover
00:05:47
and disassemble it further.
00:06:30
This gear that comes to the
00:06:33
oil pump was somehow
00:06:34
inserted strangely; it’s not latched; I do
00:06:38
n’t even know. I should probably ask. about this from
00:06:41
those who touched it before, why does it
00:06:44
stand like that,
00:07:22
it’s the input shaft hub,
00:07:26
there are problems with it in terms of wear of the
00:07:31
Teflon rings and such a
00:07:34
small cut begins in the body of the mark, but
00:07:37
sometimes
00:07:38
in this case we are all right with it, the
00:07:48
starter pack is here
00:07:51
the clutch,
00:07:52
so to speak, moving forward, now we
00:07:54
will disassemble it and also take a look.
00:08:36
Here they are, these same clutches here they are in
00:08:40
such a
00:08:41
normal state. But anyway, since
00:08:44
we have a capital box, we
00:08:47
change these consumables, that is, we take a repair kit
00:08:50
where all these Teflon
00:08:53
seals are available, there is a kit clutches,
00:08:56
which will also be replaced by a
00:08:59
set of pistons, there is a piston and a
00:09:03
timer;
00:09:04
it’s in this package, and in the package for reverse, there
00:09:07
is also a piston for the reverse movement;
00:09:08
it will also be replaced
00:09:23
further; things that I will remove, in
00:09:26
principle, rarely ever need to be
00:09:29
replaced, except for those cases when
00:09:32
he saws them off, more precisely, stuffs them with teeth
00:09:36
from the friction rings, that’s how I’ll
00:09:38
show you here now,
00:09:42
that is, these are the places where he
00:09:44
stuffs them with the teeth of the friction clutches; sometimes,
00:09:51
in such a critical state,
00:09:54
these parts are stuffed and then it is necessary
00:09:57
to change
00:10:02
[music]
00:10:07
This is the clutch that I’m disassembling, this
00:10:10
package is more precise clutch back here you can see
00:10:14
that several clutches are already so
00:10:16
burnt,
00:10:17
as I will repeat, in any case,
00:10:21
we install the repair kit, we also replace the clutches. That is,
00:10:23
this is not even discussed, it will go for
00:10:26
replacement
00:10:33
[music]
00:10:54
so we got the piston,
00:10:59
this is the piston of the
00:11:01
reverse package. That is, pressure is supplied to it
00:11:04
through this hole and it presses on the
00:11:07
package itself, including it,
00:11:13
so now we will take out the pump and
00:11:17
look at it
00:11:42
like this. I have already unscrewed the bottom bolt, we
00:11:45
take out the pump,
00:11:48
now we will check the condition of that
00:11:51
very valve about which Many people know,
00:11:55
have heard, read, looked at the
00:11:58
induction valve of the pump,
00:12:08
so it turns out quite freely for us
00:12:13
that we see the valve we have,
00:12:17
so to speak, is standard,
00:12:20
which is what it is basically equipped with, that
00:12:23
is, not Sonax, no tuning here, the
00:12:26
most ordinary Zhatkov valve which
00:12:29
tends to hang on average at
00:12:32
150 thousand mileage,
00:12:34
here it is a little torn
00:12:41
but has not yet frozen, that is, it basically runs
00:12:45
freely,
00:12:47
but with all this, we will
00:12:49
repair the pump, bore,
00:12:52
drill and install a valve from an improved
00:12:55
Sonax company, we will do this a little
00:12:58
later. When we start preparing the box without
00:13:00
assembly,
00:13:08
so with this part, now we will
00:13:12
turn the box over and take out the
00:13:13
cones with a belt,
00:14:45
so please, two cones leading the
00:14:49
slave with the strap,
00:14:56
we pull out the remaining seals
00:15:14
[music] we
00:15:44
tighten the strap with clamps
00:15:47
so that it doesn’t accidentally fall apart
00:15:54
and Let’s talk a little about it,
00:15:58
here we have a belt
00:16:02
47,
00:16:06
this is indicated here, the
00:16:09
last number 047 This means
00:16:12
that we have a strap with 24 connecting
00:16:15
strips that is, there are belts with 20
00:16:18
connecting tapes and on 24 20 20
00:16:22
the tape is called 066 But 24
00:16:26
tape like this one with number 047 is
00:16:32
now on the latest ones, more precisely on Yes,
00:16:35
you can say on the latest versions of 11
00:16:37
variators a strap
00:16:40
with number 0.83 began to be installed, it also has 20
00:16:43
connecting tapes, but according to the
00:16:46
developers, it is much stronger than even
00:16:49
this one.
00:16:50
As for its condition, this
00:16:52
belt, which is held in the hands, the
00:16:55
protector is basically intact. That
00:16:57
is, this is the surface of the
00:17:00
segments,
00:17:02
but it still has wear, so to speak, that
00:17:07
is, the strap is somewhere- then perhaps
00:17:09
it slipped
00:17:13
as for the cones of this box, they
00:17:15
will be reground because
00:17:17
their surface is a little torn on this
00:17:21
on the output cone, they actually tried to
00:17:23
sand it manually with sandpaper before, it all
00:17:25
looks bestial
00:17:27
then this input cone itself will be
00:17:31
disassembled and the centering balls will not be changed
00:17:32
To avoid for
00:17:35
the future
00:17:38
I put such defects like this as an example,
00:17:41
that is, and here the centering balls work in it,
00:17:43
which over time wear
00:17:44
out and break and the cone
00:17:47
turns into something like this, just like I put here,
00:17:50
this kind of garbage that is already simply
00:17:53
jammed and it’s easy to work neither forward nor backward
00:17:55
it won’t, that is, everything
00:17:59
should
00:18:00
look like this, and some come
00:18:04
with such a defect, it’s completely
00:18:08
a cone that caught Klin due to the fault of
00:18:12
these very balls. As for
00:18:14
the valve body, we will
00:18:16
look at it and try to restore it. If this is
00:18:19
possible,
00:18:20
the solenoids will in any case be changed
00:18:22
to new place with pressure sensors
00:18:24
since their history is unknown, whether they have been changed
00:18:26
or not is not at all clear Well, then we
00:18:30
will prepare the box for assembly,
00:18:31
wash it, drill it, install an
00:18:34
improved valve, don’t go anywhere,
00:18:36
look no further So we washed the parts,
00:18:39
now the most interesting thing is
00:18:42
to make a cone leading to
00:18:46
restore the pump
00:18:48
we will drill it
00:18:50
and then we will work on the valve body
00:18:57
and now we will start with the bonus
00:19:01
now we will disassemble it and change the
00:19:04
centering balls in it Well, in principle, we
00:19:06
will assemble it back and additionally change the
00:19:08
Teflon sealing ring on the
00:19:10
cover from the repair kit and so
00:19:30
on we need to remove the bearing we
00:19:49
will install this whole thing in a bag
00:19:52
so that the balls do not scatter
00:19:54
all over the table,
00:20:06
we take such a powerful puller,
00:20:30
everyone lifts the cone to the end Now we will
00:20:32
press out the lid,
00:20:50
everything is ready to do this with a pistol with a
00:20:52
pneumatic pistol, it is extremely undesirable
00:20:55
because you can simply damage it,
00:20:58
it is recommended to do all this manually
00:21:08
[music]
00:21:23
here we have a package in the field of
00:21:27
these very
00:21:33
same balls that we need
00:21:35
to change 6 pieces
00:21:38
Here they are, no
00:21:43
matter what condition they are in,
00:21:46
we will exchange them for others, so I’ll show you the
00:21:53
already worn ball is
00:21:55
now focusing, you
00:22:02
can see that’s
00:22:09
exactly why it’s worth
00:22:16
that’s it so it’s worth changing them
00:22:21
because a little more and it would just
00:22:26
fall apart,
00:22:28
take the rest with it and
00:22:31
end up with a
00:22:32
jammed cone, as I showed earlier,
00:22:35
this is the reason for many breakdowns in this
00:22:39
variator.
00:22:45
So we need to wash it all out and
00:22:48
prepare
00:22:49
this Teflon ring, the
00:22:52
top covers will go to
00:22:55
we have a replacement in the repair kit,
00:22:59
then we’ll just assemble it and
00:23:01
press it in. Of course, we’ll change
00:23:03
the balls.
00:23:37
So
00:23:39
now, before assembling, we lubricate everything,
00:23:55
take a new sealing ring,
00:23:59
cover, and
00:24:14
lubricate the seal.
00:24:24
The main thing is that the lock doesn’t come apart
00:24:26
when the whole thing needs to be
00:24:29
pressed in,
00:24:31
so it’s ready, then we
00:24:37
carefully assemble it all
00:24:49
put the balls
00:25:24
ready,
00:25:34
close with a stopper,
00:26:05
everything is ready,
00:26:07
now all that's left is
00:26:10
to press the
00:26:18
fastening on, also wash the bearing under the
00:26:21
bolts,
00:26:23
now I'll also tell you about them
00:26:26
and tighten the whole thing
00:26:42
[music]
00:26:47
everything is neat, the cover is pressed in.
00:26:51
Everything runs smoothly, doesn't bite,
00:26:57
now all that's left is
00:27:00
the bearing and the fasteners
00:27:05
are immediately better if the bearing is sealed,
00:27:09
remove
00:27:13
this protection
00:27:16
because the lubricant is
00:27:20
washed out of it and often they begin to
00:27:23
hum,
00:27:59
everything is ready, the rest we will now tighten it with a
00:28:01
nut,
00:28:26
everything is ready, the
00:28:31
bearings often wear out. That is,
00:28:35
it can be either this one
00:28:39
or this one, basically even its
00:28:42
separator falls apart
00:28:46
if the box often hums. This is
00:28:50
usually either the bearings of the kunus pulleys,
00:28:53
so I took a bad one as an example
00:28:56
[music]
00:28:59
it’s from another machine from here, right here
00:29:04
[music]
00:29:06
or the
00:29:11
roller bearings from the idle
00:29:13
gear may be humming, worn out, as I said earlier.
00:29:17
Well, now we go all the way along the cone further
00:29:24
So now let's move on to the oil pump,
00:29:26
we need to install the place of a regular
00:29:30
valve, the
00:29:31
sonax valve is
00:29:34
larger in size. Therefore, we
00:29:36
will need a special tool, also
00:29:38
somax.
00:29:40
Now let's disassemble the pump so that it
00:29:45
can be installed
00:29:48
on a special tool
00:30:02
like this, carefully. We disassemble the
00:30:11
mechanism like this. To the side
00:30:14
we need to All we have left is the
00:30:17
body itself with the aluminum one, we knock out the guide from here,
00:30:19
it will interfere with us, so
00:30:30
all the guides have been knocked out,
00:30:33
now we need to install this body
00:30:35
on the tool,
00:30:37
now with the help of a special
00:30:40
guide we set it up,
00:30:47
now we need to fix this, we
00:31:02
have centered this whole thing in order to
00:31:05
feed it smoothly drill
00:31:10
next, take the drill,
00:31:18
lubricate it,
00:31:21
put it in,
00:31:31
pour in a little oil in advance
00:31:40
And as we drill, we’ll add more
00:32:04
carefully, take out the drill
00:32:19
Well, we’ve drilled it, now we need to rinse it out,
00:32:22
blow the
00:32:26
whole thing out,
00:32:29
now we take it, insert the valve,
00:32:32
we go in there without any effort, it
00:32:36
works there very tightly
00:32:42
and now it Definitely doesn’t depend
00:32:46
Well, we’ve put everything back together, tightened up the
00:32:48
pump, our pump is ready
00:32:55
now let’s move on to the valve body, now we
00:32:58
’ll disassemble it.
00:32:59
See how worn the valve
00:33:02
box is; pull out the valves;
00:33:05
clean it if necessary;
00:33:08
then how to do all this; install
00:33:11
new solenoid sensors; be sure
00:34:12
[applause] with
00:34:26
almost any repair, the solenoids
00:34:29
should be changed for new sets of 4
00:34:49
sensors can also wear out over time
00:34:53
and wear out their service life; of course, it is also
00:34:56
advisable to change them. Despite the fact that
00:34:58
they are not cheap,
00:35:02
one sensor at the moment at the
00:35:05
time of recording costs around three and a
00:35:08
half four thousand rubles
00:35:11
[music]
00:35:16
all prices We'll also show you at the end of the video,
00:36:23
we take out every little thing in the form of
00:36:25
filters,
00:36:26
four balls.
00:37:21
Let's now look at the state of the valves: are
00:37:25
they stuck or not
00:37:40
[music]
00:37:45
[music]
00:37:59
in principle, as I already said, the box
00:38:02
was done before.
00:38:05
So I think the valve body
00:38:06
was also listed, that is,
00:38:09
the valves are therefore
00:38:12
not stuck, but now we’ll see in general
00:38:16
when we take out the valves, how much
00:38:18
wear there is on the valve body itself in the form of
00:38:22
nadir Well, and so on, so
00:38:52
they took everything in half. You
00:39:00
see on the walls,
00:39:03
that is. For example, here is one
00:39:05
part like a mirror, and here on the edge
00:39:09
you can see where the Nadir valve worked
00:39:13
that is, the hydraulic units are completely
00:39:16
scuffed, where everything is already
00:39:20
in such nadirs,
00:39:24
everything is in such a state that it is simply
00:39:27
impossible to clean it and polish it; all that
00:39:29
remains is to throw it in the trash and
00:39:31
put some fresher box
00:39:36
without any nadirs on the edges
00:39:39
from a whole good valve in general, in
00:39:42
principle the valve body is not bad,
00:39:45
that is, the wear is not so critical, we
00:39:49
will save it now just until we disassemble the
00:39:52
rest of it, wash it, put it
00:39:54
back together and change the solenoids, sensors,
00:39:56
everything is as it should be,
00:42:11
the valve body is ready, all we have to do is
00:42:14
install the solenoids, the sensors must be
00:42:17
screwed on to the electrician,
00:42:20
that is, the operation is not complicated, but often
00:42:24
they still have to be changed if this is
00:42:25
especially a car of 7 or 8 years of production,
00:42:28
for example Nissan x-trail, as here, now we
00:42:31
move on to assembly,
00:42:39
lubricate the seals on the cover,
00:42:45
one adjusting washer under the cone
00:42:56
[music]
00:42:58
lubricate the bearing from the outside,
00:43:06
its seat in the body
00:43:20
[music]
00:43:44
[music]
00:43:47
everything is seated until the end we have
00:43:49
enough of this for now, then we take
00:43:52
this cone
00:44:02
[music] we
00:44:23
fasten the whole thing so that it does not
00:44:26
fall apart.
00:44:47
So now we install it to the side, the strap
00:44:50
is set clockwise,
00:44:53
the direction on it is indicated,
00:45:37
in principle, we have the cone almost
00:45:39
installed on the back cover, all that remains is to
00:45:42
fasten them
00:46:18
install the foot of the stepper motor
00:46:45
[music]
00:46:46
then lower the cone,
00:47:12
bite off unnecessary clamps,
00:47:15
now we have a belt that won’t go anywhere,
00:47:23
everything
00:47:26
turned out to be a finished assembly,
00:47:36
we coated the central part of the case with
00:47:40
sealant, installed a seal, now
00:47:42
we’ll carefully put it all on the
00:47:45
assembly
00:47:58
[music]
00:48:14
now we need to secure this whole thing
00:49:01
we install the reverve package with bolts,
00:49:07
new clutches, be sure to lubricate
00:50:17
it, we lock it
00:50:25
further, we
00:50:36
also check the iron bearings of the Golf 4, we
00:50:39
install it
00:50:43
next, we will need a clutch to
00:50:46
move forward, I already have it ready to
00:50:49
install the
00:50:52
pistons, the clutches have been changed, I lubricate the
00:50:55
O-rings with a
00:50:58
special trans gel
00:51:01
and carefully install it,
00:51:28
we check it before closing the Teflon ones the
00:51:31
rings
00:51:33
make sure that the bearing is installed,
00:51:37
we also lubricate
00:51:46
and close all this,
00:51:47
also having previously done here, lubricate the
00:51:54
rings
00:52:06
everything tightly,
00:52:12
then we install the pump
00:52:16
to start with the gasket.
00:52:20
Then we make sure that the
00:52:22
guides are always present,
00:52:25
we put
00:52:30
3 Bolts
00:52:33
under 6 grams; a
00:52:42
strange case at the back, we also have a
00:52:44
pump attached with a bolt But we have it
00:52:47
we'll screw it on later,
00:53:09
then the hardware is
00:53:57
now installing the chain for the pump, it's
00:54:16
all locked,
00:54:21
it's not going anywhere, we're putting on a protective
00:54:24
cap,
00:54:46
then the retainer for the selector
00:54:51
Well, all we have to do is install only
00:54:53
the differentials and the parasite
00:55:04
is ready. Now we can close it with the bell,
00:55:09
having changed the seals and lubricated it with sealant,
00:55:12
cover it all,
00:56:10
now all that remains is to install the valve body,
00:56:26
all the rubber seals let's lubricate,
00:56:42
check that everything is connected and
00:56:45
put it
00:57:10
like this
00:57:45
[music]
00:57:58
[music]
00:58:18
[music]
00:58:31
[music]
00:59:05
[music]
01:00:06
and finally install the rubber band on the
01:00:09
input shaft
01:00:24
ready
01:00:28
