you say I can't afford a lot of stock00:14:41
but if you've already had that stock and00:14:43

person and you've been holding on to00:14:48
those stocks like my father bought he he00:14:51
he bought a few stocks and when he got00:14:53
them they were a couple bucks a like00:14:55
literally a couple of dollars a share00:14:58
and then they grow and they get he gets00:15:00
dividends from them and then they split00:15:02
and here we are 20 25 30 years later and00:15:05
now he's got hundreds and hundreds and00:15:06
hundreds of thousands of dollars worth00:15:08

couple might be able to afford they're00:19:07
now competing with the old couple that00:19:09
wants to downsize things are really kind00:19:12
